Summary
Peter wakes up in a weird smelly green pit with practically no memory of who he is, how he got there, or why his wrists itch and his gums hurt.
Note
Hey gang! Thanks for joining me in the actual ficThis chapter will probably be pretty short because I'm writing this at 4 a.m. my time so \(-_-)/ I'll get to work on a longer chapter after some sleep. Also narration might be a little weird because I'm finding it a little difficult to write a nameless character.

Ok, that's definitely not water

OWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW

This, and more, left a young man's mouth as he gained consciousness, or I should say they would have left his mouth, had he not been submerged in a deep, green liquid. Instead several mouthfulls of the foul tasting goop ended up burning its way down his windpipe before he managed to claw his way to the surface of the water(?) Nope, upon a thorough second glance the boy was able to confirm that this, indeed, was not water.

After an agonizing swim to the edge of the water he managed to pull himself up, out of the definitely not water. And had the time to observe his surroundings, he found, somewhat to his surprise, that he was inside of a massive cavern (with the sickly green glow of the unidentified liquid he'd been kind of expecting some sort of nuclear storage facility).

Taking further stock of his surroundings the young man began exploring the cave to find some form of exit, and began cursing his luck because, after completing a full exploration of the cave, he found only one tunnel that seemed even close to his size. Now ordinarily this would be great, if you looked past the minor problem of the opening being nearly 10 feet above him.

The young man, was incredibly frustrated at his apparent lack of success, and looked around the cavern again noticing a large pile of rubble that looked much more climeable than the practically sheer rock wall beneath the only apparent exit.

He was halfway up the rubble pile when he put his foot on a patch of rock that had a rather slippery mold growing on it. The man slipped, and had already braced himself for a bruised/cracked rib or two before he realized something odd. He wasn't falling.
