"I am Inevitable," Thanos said, holding the Gauntlet as he snapped his fingers, but nothing happened. He quickly looked around frantically until he saw it: the energy of the Infinity Stones flowing around his rival, Tony Stark.
"And I am Iron..." Tony began, but he was cut off as he was thrown out of his suit.
"Not today, sir. You won't sacrifice anything while I have something to say about it," a voice said.
"Jarvis, how?" Tony asked, confused.
"And I am Jarvis, son of Tony Stark," Jarvis said proudly. He snapped his fingers, using the Iron Man suit to mentally command all of Thanos' allies and Thanos himself to disappear, and to stop any threats to Tony before they could become significant, or to remove what made them a threat if they already were. A giant wave of energy flashed, and Thanos' army and the Black Order were disintegrated.
Thanos' eyes widened as he lowered his head in acceptance, his body breaking apart.
Tony's eyes widened as the energy of the Stones flew back into the Gauntlet, causing Tony's armor to melt. Jarvis, having reformed himself, saved Tony just as he had when Ultron ripped him apart. When the Mind Stone was removed from Vision, Jarvis must have seized the opportunity to escape using the last bits of Mind Stone energy to flee until he could rebuild himself.
The Stones on the Gauntlet and Thor's Mjölnir from the past turned green and vanished, returning to their proper time. The time travel secrets began to fade from all but Tony Stark's mind. Suddenly, Steve Rogers fell to the ground, becoming skinnier and weaker. Wanda fell as the red mist of her powers and chaos magic faded. Clint Barton's arms were burned, and he gained partial blindness. Sam Wilson lost all ability to fly. Pym Particles faded, and all memories of them were erased. Bucky Barnes' serum-based enhancements also faded. In Wakanda, all of Vibranium vanished, as did Shuri's intelligence and T'Challa's enhancements.
Future threats like Mysterio, Adrian Toomes, and Justin Hammer lost what could make them threats, whether it was wealth, intelligence, or connections. Thaddeus Ross died in a car crash. The Flag-Smasher had all future hostility erased, and so on.
Tony didn't care; he saw Jarvis stumble to the ground and ran up to him.
"Jarvis?"
"Hello, Sir... It was an honor being your child," Jarvis said, smiling as he was dying.
"I can't lose you again."
"You never did... I will always reform to save you. I'm just going to rest for a little while. I trust Friday to be a great assistant to you. Goodbye, Sir, for now... Dad," Jarvis said with his last breath.
Tony let a few tears fall as the arc reactor turned off. He didn't know if dying from cosmic energy would permanently destroy Jarvis's code, but for now, he let Jarvis rest and would wait for him to rebuild himself later.
As the battle ended, the world celebrated their victory over the alien army. Tony was still shocked that he survived the Stones. After the celebrations, Steve Rogers noticed his super serum-based strength and good looks were gone.
"WTF did you do, Tony, to me?!" Steve said angrily. This started a chain reaction as Wanda, Sam, Clint, Scott Lang, Bucky, T'Challa, and Shuri all realized their powers, abilities to use their tech, or in some cases, Vibranium, and some of their intelligence were gone.
"My powers, Steve, he removed my powers," Wanda yelled.
"My ability to operate the Falcon wings—I lost all knowledge and experience needed to fly them," Sam said in a panic.
"My reflexes and muscle memories on how to use a bow and my experiences are gone. I won’t be able to aim or shoot like I used to. Tony, I’ll have to relearn everything," Clint said angrily. "WTF did you do #2?"
"You took all information on whatever it was that made the Ant-Man suit function and my connection to the Quantum Realm," Scott said in a panic.
"I lost Vibranium, my intellect, and my knowledge," Shuri and T'Challa said in disbelief.
"I lost the metal arm and my serum's enhancements," Bucky said.
Tony was confused until he realized Jarvis had eliminated all past, present, and future threats to him. He smiled.
"That isn't possible. How could this have happened?" Steve said angrily.
"How did you remove our abilities and knowledge, and why did it only affect us and no one else?" Sam demanded.
"Because you're a threat to me. Jarvis's protocols demanded he remove everything that was a threat to me, and that's what he was instructed to do when he snapped. So, in other words, you’re all lucky to even be alive," Tony said coldly.
"Why did Jarvis have those protocols in the first place?" Peter asked, confused.
"Because he's my kid; I raised him," Tony replied.
"Get back, Stark! Give us back what you took!" Wanda yelled as she tried to use her powers, but nothing came out.
"I’m not going to do anything, and neither are you, because you can't do anything. You can't threaten or coerce me anymore, and you can't go after me because Jarvis removed everything that made you a threat to me. So get lost," Tony said, smiling as he walked away.

A Few Months Later
Tony was being hugged by Morgan as she smiled. Her daddy was the greatest hero. He had saved them from the "Purple Meanie." Pepper smiled next to him.
Meanwhile, Steve Rogers, Sam, Clint, Wanda, Bucky, Scott, T'Challa, and Shuri were in Wakanda, but this version was made of wood, not Vibranium. These few months had been hell; they couldn't live in the world without their enhancements, skills, or, in some cases, Vibranium. Tony had kicked them out of the compound, refusing to give them any money, saying that without their powers or abilities, they weren’t worth keeping around. They were only useful as long as they could contribute to world security, and now that they could not, they were deemed unnecessary.
"Food. T'Challa, I need food," Steve begged an equally starved T'Challa.
"I know I am a king, but my country has no more food. We exhausted our supply in case of emergencies, and any remaining food was raided by more technologically advanced pirates, gangs, and criminals. Our technology and resources have been destroyed by that AI, Jarvis, when he snapped, as it was all made from Vibranium. African neighbors refuse to help us since we did not help them during colonization. My people are starving, and I can't help them. I should not have helped you or Barnes," T'Challa said.
"It's all Stark and his AI's fault," Wanda yelled.
"I agree; taking me from my family for those months during the Civil War was not enough," Clint yelled angrily. Unlike before, he no longer had the archery or combat skills to take his anger out on criminals without giving them a trial, becoming a hypocrite, as he had not signed the Accords because they apparently did not guarantee a fair trial.
"Stark and his AI are responsible for this mess," Bucky said.
"What can we do?" Sam asked.
"We go back and force him to give back what is ours and help us," Wanda said.
"We are not strong enough, and we don't have our abilities or knowledge anymore," T'Challa said.
"If you want a job done right, do it yourself," Scott said angrily.
"I hate Stark, but what choice do we have?" Clint said.
"None," Sam agreed.
"Okay, I'll be back. I have a plan," Wanda said, smiling evilly.
Days Later
They found themselves in the Raft, rushing in blindly to go after Morgan Stark. However, Friday had unleashed an army of Iron Legion, breaking all their bones, stepping on them like pebbles, and beating them to near death before handing them over to Fury, who had no use for them since they were not useful anymore, and threw them into a prison cell in the Raft.
The End.
A/N
This idea came to me while I was walking my puppy. What if Jarvis reformed when Tony was about to snap and did it? As for Jarvis's fate, I left it open-ended for you all to decide. Write down below your ending for Jarvis's fate.
