After his manor got caught in a battle between an A tier villain and a big shot hero, it wasn’t a surprise that it was destroyed and set ablaze leaving Angelina Vernon and Florida Vernon trapped inside the burning wreckage with their son, their last request was for the hero to save their baby and leave them behindSince that day it had left ‘Jay’ Jaylen Antonio Vernon(long name, I know.) Under the care of since then retired hero “Malachite”, besides that life had been pretty normal..except for the part where he got bit by a pink carb spider that gave him these powers and an opportunity to be like his mentor, to be a hero.He was getting the hang of being a hero despite only being in the business for months, it wasn’t until he and his mentor were set to move to new York permanently was when any normality he had went down the drain..what do you mean he’s being recruited—what do you mean he’s being put into a team—
