Deadpool and Negasonic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle were on a mission together and Yukio insisted on coming with them (convenient am I right?). It was going awesome sauce, until some very powerful dude showed up. He immobalized (I only vaguely know what that word means) Negasonic Teanage Mutant Ninja Turtle, causing her to get out of frame and be forgotten until the end of this fic, because she was only here to get Yukio on the battlefield
The evil dude turned to Yukio, pointing a gun at her -like a really strong gun-, Wade noticed this and then suddenly everything turned into slow-motion. Wade started running in her direction, as he also shouted to her so she could dodge the bullet. The evil dude puller the trigger -also in slow motion- and BOOOM
The bullet went trough Yukio, causing her to fall to the ground. The explosion (wait there was one?) caused something to conveniently fall on the evil dude, killing him ඬ and letting Wade and Yukio have their angst moment
“YUKIO!”
Wade screamed, rushing to her. He kneeled down next to her and tried applying preassure on the wound
“It’s futile, Wade, I’m gonna die”
She said, her voice gentle and calm, and also weak. A single tear formed in her eye as she smiled softly, looking up at Wade, her gaze so gentle. And Wade could already see tht bright light slowly leaving her eyes
“No, Yukio, please!”
Wade said, his voice breaking, as he put his hands under Yukio, lifting her head up a bit (yknow what pose I’m talking about).
Yukio slowly reached up to take off Wade’s mask, so the readers can see the tears slowly running down his cheeks.
“Bye Wade”
She said, in the same way she always did, with the same smile and tone, though this time, bittersweetness giving it something different
Wade silently cried for a few more moments, not wanting to accept that Yukio was dying. But.. if she was, then he should give her a proper goodbye
“Bye Yukio”
He said, trying to say it in the same way, but his voice broke, he just couldn’t do this. He cried over her dead body as she closed her eyes and peacefully left this world. She was too pure for this broken and shitty world anyway. Wade -and also everyone- just hoped she was now in a better place, a place that was actually worthy of her.
Rage, anger, fury suddenly hit Wade like a tidal wave (also dont know what that means). He was angry at the whole world, and this rage started consuming him, taking over his whole body -like his cancer, though emotions cant be killed by his regenatitive powers-
By the time Negasonic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle got back into frame, Yukio’s dead body was alone, Wade nowhere to be seen.
The next day, the news of *insert some important person*’s death -caused by murder- was on the… well news. And Negasonic Mutant Teenage Ninja Turtle had an idea of who it could be that killed that important hero. Wade. And she was right, just a couple hours later, he was seen killing uhh Thor? Is he alive? Can he even be killed? Idk much abt the mcu tbh.
Wade ended up killing the entire MCU
