Battle for the Mountain
Flaming gold fur came crashing down as heavens rockets aimed at the mountain. A monkey with six lotus like ears and snow-white fur though stood in their way after they knocked down the king.
"You're not getting our mountain!"
Cried the one of snow fur as he raised his fist, blazing purple coated his hand. Spinning his black and purple staff into the air he threw it at the sky, as a orb of black and red formed itself like a rift. Looking into the rift he looked back down at the fallen king.
"I'm sorry Shi Hou, but I will not let you deal with the suffering later in life, I will make sure that some lies off your shoulders!"
He stated with hard eyes. The shivering form of the other tried standing to look at the male, but the Six-Eared wasn't having it. A tear fell as he looked at the rift once more, an apology at the tip of his tongue that never went past his lips as his form floated into the rift. The gold figure on the ground only got up at the last moment as he looked at the rift.
"No....no....LIU'ER!"
His cry of suffering couldn't reach the other. Gripping at his red and gold staff, he stared at the rift, the thought of loosing the other hurt him more than anything. His ruby eyes flared as he stared at the rift the other disappeared into.
Summoning his cloud he flew up to it, knowing that he couldn't take the other out of it, he swung at powerful string of power into it. Weakening the rift he summoned ropes onto his hands that linked into the rift, dragging it together and successfully closing the rift. Doing so though weakened the king who sluggishly landed on the ground, holding onto his staff for support as he looked at his side. Red eyes widened as he looked at a black and purple staff next to a red, purple, gold, and black lantern.
His queens Staff and Lantern stayed but his queen had been taken from him!
The king kneeled down as he cried over both items holding them close.

A lot of time had passed since that day.

It had taken a few years before the brotherhood had returned to the mountain. None of them having had noticed the clear changes until they saw the king.
Dbk the tallest member looked at the king with a shocked stare once he saw his state. "Brother Wukong, what has happened little brother?!" The panic in his voice was evident, but this clearly caught the attention of the others as well. Yellow-Tusk walked up to him, picking him up easily as he usually did with all of them when he was worried for their health. "Usually Brother Six would have taken care of you by now Brother? Has something happened?" Azure asked gently, but as the name was mentioned a sob was heard, their worry having had spiked hearing the sobs racking from the small king.
Wukong rang with tears, hearing the name of the missing monkey still hurt him to this day. The others at the sight only panicked, Peng on the other hand immediate nuzzled himself into Wukongs side, something he had seen the Macaque do when the other was upset. Doing so had luckily calmed the ginger down long enough for him to tell them what had happened.
"Their was a battle against heaven a few years ago..."
A small growl emitted from the group as they heard that.
But it stopped once they heard the rest, eyes widening with shock, fear and panic.
"They had taken Liu'Er...."
More tears flowed at the sound of that, Bull King looking away to hold in his cry, Yellow-Tusk letting his tears flow as he held Wukong closer to his chest, Peng held his head down the thought of the black furred monkey being gone froze him, Azure turned to look at the mountain looking for the eerie violet glow he would see that would help them identify the shadow, there was no glow.
He was gone.
The Six-Eared Macaque was taken from them by Heaven itself.

But what the five hadn't known was that in the closed rift in the sky, in a arena with blinding white light, the fate of their shortest member was being placed.
"He should be killed like the rest of them!"
"No, he should not, he fought honorably even if it was for a unforgivable cause."
"How about a seal?"
"A seal?"
"Yes, sealing him away from the king could work in our favor."
"It could.."
"But what of his powers? Should those be sealed as well?"
"No, the area he could be sealed in should be capable of holding his power."
"So his power will be sealed in the area?"
"No, but that rift will have to be dealt with.."
"He was able to summon a rift that only the Ten Kings control.."
"It was placed upon him, he never used to have that."
"Indeed."
"Where should we place him?"
"Simple, the Kingdom of Wisteria"
"That seems like a valuable place for someone like him."
"Agreed."
"Wouldn't it be too dangerous to leave him alone?"
A tail twitched.
"He won't be alone."
Six ears flicked.
"Plus his magic won't let him be alone."
Shadows swirled.
"Alright."
Honey gold eyes opened.
But not for long before the light covered his vision once more.

In a field of moon flowers their was a small pond with lotus flowers, surrounding the area were trees that produced a violet wisteria. In that pond a glow of white light appeared as a white monkey was gently placed into the pond.
A young fox demon had entered the area as the body was placed.
"Jiejie!"
The little one cried, calling for it's older sister, who walked over gracefully.
"What is it little one?"
"The pond chose someone for the kingdom again!"
The older foxes eyes widened as she looked into the pond.
"Go inform the king, I'll go check on the being."
She instructed as the younger ran off. Looking into the pong and walking to it gently she loomed over the fallen white monkey.
"Another guardian angel for our kingdom."
She said gently, letting a tiny gasp slip as the six ears twitched in her direction.
And honey gold eyes opened slightly before closing once more.
