Peter in his black suit swung to the place where MJ told him to meet him. He lands onto an empty construction site and sees MJ. “Make it quick. I don’t have all day.” Peter sounded aggressive, he hadn’t been himself ever since he got his Black suit back from Green Goblin. He’d been acting more aggressive and violent. “Pete… for the last few months, you haven’t been yourself. I went to Reed and… he said the suit was an alien. Peter… I think that suit, it's the reason you’ve been acting so strange these past few days. Maybe you should try and remove-.” Peter interrupted her. “Remove it? The only thing this suit has done for me has given me the power to completely remove crime from this city and you want to remove it? You just want it for yourself, don’t you?” MJ took a few steps back. She was scared.
“Peter, that’s not what I want. I just want-.” Peter interrupted her again. This time, the suit’s black tendrils started to move. “What I want is for you to stop acting like I’m the problem. This suit has given me everything and you just want me to throw it away?!” MJ backed up even more. Reed had given her a taser in case things went south and she was actually considering using it. “Peter… you nearly killed Shocker.” “He had it coming!” The suit now had tentacles coming out from the back. They were pointing at MJ “The only way to clean up this city is to get rid of the scum completely! And you want me to feel sympathy for that bastard?!” MJ tried backing up again but the tentacles grab MJ and pull her closer to Peter. “DON’T YOU WALK AWAY From-.” MJ used the taser on him.
He collapsed onto the ground. “I’m sorry Peter. But this is for your own…” A growling noise came from Peter. “Peter… are you okay?” The tendrils on the suit moved. Peter got up, only now his suit had fangs. “Peter?” The suit let out a loud screeching noise and lunged towards MJ. She hit Peter with the taser again, only this just made it angrier. Tendrils shot out from his suit and they were aimed at MJ. She ran into a nearby tunnel as the symbiote chased her down like a wild animal.
The symbiote grabbed her by the leg and she used the taser again and got it to let go. MJ continued to run but symbiote tendrils appeared above her and pulled down the ceiling above her. She tries to move out of the way but her leg gets stuck underneath the rubble. Her leg is in tremendous pain. And the sound of metal bars hitting each other can be heard. The symbiote stopped chasing her and screeched. MJ remembered that the suit hated loud noises. MJ looked up and saw that the hole led to the St. Patrick Cathedral. MJ pulled out her leg and managed to climb up to the hole in the ceiling. MJ looked around and saw a chain to ring the church bell. She limped over there but the symbiote crawled out of the hole it made. MJ moved faster.
MJ manages to make it to the chain and she pulls it hard. The bell rings and the suit starts to react. It lets out a terrible screeching sound. MJ tries to run over to him but she hurts her leg even more in the process. “Peter please! Just take the suit off! I know you’re still in there! Please listen to me!” The symbiote doesn’t react kindly to this. It throws MJ at the wall and knocks her out.
This would cause Peter to finally wake up. He saw what the symbiote was doing and decided it was time to let it go. Peter moves his hand up to his head despite the resistance from the suit. The symbiote finally spoke. “WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!” Peter finally got his hand on his head. He grabbed the suit by the top of the mask. “What Reed told me to do.” Peter starts trying to pull off the suit. It feels like he’s ripping off his own flesh. Once the gooey substance detaches from his face, he tries to pull it off of his chest. He nearly manages to get it off his chest but the symbiote forms fangs and bites into his skin. Peter cries out in pain but still continues to try and pull off the alien. “Get. Off. Of. ME!” Peter manages to get the symbiote off. He throws it about 8 feet. It tries to go back to Peter but the bell from above continues to ring. The symbiote is forced to flee.
Peter lays there for a moment. He feels pain all over his body. It felt like he was on fire. Then he remembers MJ. He looks over to his right and sees her sitting there, unconscious. She seemed to be bleeding.
*3 hours later*
Mj woke up in a hospital bed. Her last memories were Peter in his black suit chasing her. She looks to her right and sees Peter sitting beside her bed. Peter looked up and saw that MJ was awake. He got up and hugged her. “MJ… I’m so sorry for how I’ve acted these last few months and I’m so sorry for hurting you. I should’ve never kept that damn suit and I-.” MJ stopped him. “You don’t have to apologize. I know you weren’t yourself.” She hugged him back and Peter started crying.

Eddie Brock was walking down the street. He had just gotten fired from the Bugle and Spider-Man was to blame. He terrorized him, broke his camera, and ruined his life. He walked into an alley and punched the wall. Just then, he felt something crawl up his leg. It felt… gooey.
