Chapter Twentyfour
Mokuba quickly picked Melissa up from the highchair and turned to Bobby with a grim face "Bobby listen to me very carefully, we're going to be under attack in less than fifty seconds I need you to take Melissa and wake up all the students frostbite them awake for all I care" Mokuba began sternly before passing Melissa to Bobby, “once you do use the secret passage to get to the panic room, you should be safe there” Mokuba told him who nodded standing up with Melissa in his arms securely.
"Yeah of course but what are you going to do?"
"I'm going to hold them off for as long as I can now go!"
Bobby nodded before running off and as he did Mokuba headed to the main door hearing them approach from there and came face to face with a SWAT team…
Guns aimed at him.
"Hold it right there!"
Mokuba gently raised his hands in an act of peace "look I don't want to hurt you, so just turn around and go back to where you came" Mokuba told them simply, "we're not going to listen to a freak!" One yelled twisting Mokuba's stomach like it did every time no matter how many times he’d heard the words be used to describe his kind.
They fired tranquiliser darts at Mokuba who quickly put up a forcefield to shield himself, they ricocheted off the shield and cluttered to the ground before Mokuba heard a heartbeat behind him.
Just as he closed his eyes a man with a dagger went right through him and Mokuba dropped the forcefield before he went crashing into them, Mokuba then threw them all back with a powerful gust of wind throwing them out of his home.
Mokuba heard more approaching making him curse and quickly shut the door with a powerful gust of wind, there’s too many for me to take alone Mokuba thought debating his options I’ll head to the kids and make sure they’re all safe.
"Mokuba!”
Mokuba’s eyes widened in shock recognizing the voice before spinning around to see Rogue running toward him "Rogue? What are you doing here?! What part off get to the panic room escaped you?" Mokuba asked as she stopped in front of him, "I came to get you" Rogue told Mokuba who sighed bitterly.

"Hello again Mokuba"
Mokuba protectively shoved Rogue behind him before he saw an old man with a couple SWAT guys aiming guns right at him "now look at you after all these years, time has done you justice and you’re with Rogue how splendid" the man said pleased causing Mokuba to look at him with a muddled look in his eyes, "do I know you?" Mokuba asked confused before Rogue angrily glared at the man.
"You son of a bitch! You’re my mother's friend, William Stryker, you tried taking me away!" Rogue yelled causing Mokuba look annoyed before Stryker rolled his eyes, "shush now child, I don't want you just your brother" Stryker commented causing Mokuba and Rogue to freeze in shock.
"Brother?!"
Mokuba shook his head "no way you've got to be fucking with us" Mokuba yelled causing Stryker to smirk, "you really don't know who you are do you Mokuba?" Stryker asked before Rogue pulled at his arm.
“Mokuba come on let’s get the hell out of here” Rogue pleaded before Mokuba shock his head still glaring at Stryker, “I’m not done with him but Rogue you go I'll be fine" Mokuba told Rogue who pulled at his arm even tighter.
"But we won't!"
Mokuba’s anger melted away as Rogue reminded him of the true reason the man Han soloed a SWAT team.
“Bye, bye”
Mokuba teleported them away from Stryker down into the tunnels that lead to the panic room, “come on let’s go the panic room is this way” Mokuba told him leading Rogue toward the panic room.
After a few minutes off walking Rogue looked at Mokuba curiously "Hey Mokuba did you...do you think what Stryker said was true? Could we really be brother and sister?" Rogue asked as they followed the tunnel, Mokuba bit his lip at that debating “I don’t know Rogue but if it is true we’ll figure it out” Mokuba assured Rogue.
They found the end of the tunnel and a metal door.
