Summary
What would happen if Wolverine lost his healing factor?

Logan awoke in a darkened lab, disoriented and weak. A sinister virus had infiltrated his system, engineered by a villain seeking to exploit his legendary healing factor. As the infection spread, Logan felt his regenerative abilities falter, leaving him vulnerable for the first time in decades.
Days passed, and the once indomitable Wolverine succumbed to fever and pain. Memories of battles fought and foes vanquished haunted him. He could no longer heal from wounds; even a simple cut became a source of dread. The virus was relentless, draining his strength and will.
Desperate, Logan sought out his old ally, Beast. Together, they raced against time to find a cure. In a lab filled with vials and equipment, Beast worked tirelessly, analyzing Logan’s blood for clues. “We need to isolate the virus,” he urged, sweat beading on his brow.
As Logan lay on the table, he felt the weight of mortality pressing down on him. He thought of his friends—Rogue, Storm, and the others—wondering if they would remember him as the fierce warrior he had been or as a shadow of his former self.
In a final act of defiance, Logan tapped into his remaining strength and fought through the pain. “I won’t let this virus take me,” he growled. With Beast’s help, they concocted an experimental serum that might restore his healing factor.
As the serum coursed through his veins, Logan felt a flicker of hope. The pain began to recede; he could feel his cells fighting back. With a roar that echoed through the lab, Wolverine emerged anew—scarred but unbroken, ready to face whatever came next.
