Nagami Family
Chapter 0: Prologue
"Daniel Park, You... You have two bodies, haven't you?" MN said looking straight in the eyes of daniel.
"What? What are you saying?" Daniel sweatdrops hearing what MN said. 'How, how did he know? Let me pretend I have no clue. I have to be cautious' he thought.
"What the? Two bodies? What's that about?" MN only laughs at daniels attempt to lie and pretend.
"You don't have to worry daniel. After all, I'm the one who knows most about this situation." Daniel frowns and was confused about what MN was trying to say. 'how can he know? what does he know? I... I want to know, but i can't trust him'.
"What do you mean?" Daniel asked still wary of the person in front of him. MN chuckles.
"It means I know how you ended up getting a second body. After all... I have it too." He said, a grin forming in his face.
Daniel's eyes widened, his thoughts were in conflict, still debating if he heard it right but was stopped when MN spoke again.
"I have a second body too."
Chapter 1: Nagami family
Mashihiro Nagami, the heir and only son of the nagami family that owns large companies all over the globe, making them one of the richest and most successful business owners.
And right now, that person... is still sleeping, refusing to get up from his bed.
Knock, Knock, Knock
A knock can be heard from the room, but mashihiro decides to ignore it. A few seconds later, the door opens and a maid goes inside and gets closer to mashihiro.
"Mashihiro-sama...please wake up. It's already morning." The maid said but only silence was heard.
"Mashihiro-sama, madame said that if you don't wake up now, she'll come up and wake you up herself." As soon as he heard what the maid said, his eyes suddenly opened and sits up from his bed.
"I'm awake! I'm awake! Haha" he laughs awkwardly. "I'll follow you downstairs after i finished getting ready. Tell her she doesn't need to come." Mashihiro replied nervously.
"Yes mashihiro-sama, I understand." The maid bows and goes out of his room. When she was gone, mashihiro let out a sigh of relief.
He gets up from his bed and prepares himself to go down. He goes out of his room and went to another room. He knocks on the door and enters inside. He approached the bed and there she was, the other heir and daughter of the nagami family, a girl with black hair, a pale skin with pinkish lips. When he stood beside her bed, she slowly opens her eyes and her beautiful blue eyes were shown. She has the same breathtaking appearance as Mashihiro.
Her name was Yuzumiha Nagami, the twin sister of Mashihiro. When she woke up, he only stared at her for a while and goes out of the room. She gets up from her bed with an expressionless face as she gets ready to go down too.
Mashihiro went down and directly went to the dining room where he saw his mother and father sitting in their chairs, waiting for them.
"Good morning mother, father." Mashihiro said greeting his parents. He sat down in his chair which was next to his father and the opposite of his mother.
"You're late. Where's Yuzu?" His father spoke, not looking at mashihiro as he continues to read his newspaper.
"She's nearly done. She's already coming downstairs." Mashihiro replied. And just as mashihiro said, yuzu came in the room and sat beside his brother.
"Since both of you are already here. Let's eat, we have something to discuss with you later." His mother said and both of them nods in response.
When they were done eating, his father dismissed all the staff from the room before they discuss something.
"I'm sending you both to Korea." His father said and this sudden news cause mashihiro to suddenly choke and cough for air. His eyes widening looking both at his father and mother for explanation, while yuzumiha was still quiet and expressionless.
"We're sending you there because we found out who's the rat who stole the documents 52 years ago." His mother explained.
"Dispose of them, every relative they have must not be spared. We have to make sure no one knows and no documents of that experiment still exists." His father added and looks at directly at mashihiro.
"We can't allow them to create a human with two bodies. So make sure you don't fail." The room was tense and mashihiro nods sweatdropping from the atmosphere and aura his father is creating. It was only dispersed when his mother spoke.
"Take care of yourself and yuzu alright? Atleast make sure to pretend you're close. The attendants here already thinks you and yuzu don't get along, so when you're in korea atleast pretend to be close, alright?" His mother worriedly asked.
"I know, it's just...hard to do so." Mashihiro replied and looks at yuzumiha beside him. "It just feels... weird." He added.
"We know, after all... you're the same person." His mother said looking both at mashihiro and yuzumiha.
Nagami family is well known for the large companies they own all over the globe, making them one of the richest and most successful business owners. However, some successful business have a lot of things hidden underneath them. The nagami family is the same. Despite being one of the successful business owners, they also work on underground business. They have organizations working under them. They're not necessarily bad nor they are good. They only kill when necessary.
Owning an underground business is not the only secret the nagami family has. The nagami family generation was gifted by a god that allows them to have two bodies. For every generation, twins were born with the same consciousness. However when one of the ancestors became afraid that one day the blessing will disappear, they tried to create a human with two bodies using their bloodline and half succeeded, this incident cause the god to get angry but luckily the nagami family was spared but the blessing they were given slowly disappeared, causing it to only came rarely in the following generations.
When mashihiro and yuzumiha was born. Their parents thought their child was just normal, however when the twins turns 5. They noticed something weird about them. For example, mashihiro and yuzu doesn't talk at the same time. When the other talks, the other was just expressionless. Another one is that despite being away from each other they know about what the other was doing. They also gets confused when their names were called. If yuzumiha was called sometimes mashihiro will come and vice versa.
Their parents thought that mashihiro has a second body which was yuzu and their doubts was confirmed when a certain accident happened. Mashihiro's mother secretly took yuzu out of town to buy some things for the holiday while mashihiro was still asleep. However they were ambush and nearly killed. If his husband didn't appear on time, they might be already dead. He said that mashihiro burst in the room crying and saying that they both got hurt and needs help. His father thought it was just a nightmare but since mashihiro didn't stop, he called her but no one answered and he got a bad feeling about it so he sends someone to get them. Luckily they made it on time and they were both safe.
Back to the present...
Mashihiro and yuzumiha arrived in Seoul two days after they were ordered to find the one who stole the documents. They both wore the same outfit. A black long sleeve turtleneck and a black long coat with a combat boots. They also wore a mask with and a hat to cover themselves to avoid some fans and paparazzi.
They mey William, their butler who will assist them in everything they need while adjusting to live in korea. He greets them and showed the way to their car and leads them to where they were staying.
They arrived at they're mansion and chose their own room. They rests for a while and afterwards, mashihiro decides to go to a clothing store and shop for clothes. When he arrived at the mall, a lot of people were looking at him, whispering about how breathtaking he looks like. He decided to just ignores it and looks around at the clothing store and picks a lot of male and female clothes for both of his body.
A while later, he notices a weird gaze looking at him. When he turns around he finds himself looking at a male blond staring at him. Despite his bangs hiding his eyes, he felt his gaze looking and studying him.
When he notices that mashihiro was looking at him. He immediately turns his head away, hiding his blush and ears that was red from embarrassment.
Mashihiro chuckles and decides to ignore it and continue shopping. 'cute' he thought. After a few hours of picking some clothes and accessories, he ordered his butler to deliver it back home. He got in his car and decides to go back home to rest more.
Three days passed, mashihiro and yuzu takes care of the things they will need while they stay at korea to follow their father's order.
Mashihiro's phone buzzes and he immediately picks it up. Reading the caller's name, he answers it and put it beside his ear.
"Mashii~ how are ya" the voice from the other line said cheerfully.
"I'm fine, when are you coming?" Mashihiro said.
"Hehehe, you already missed me?" The voice on the line teasingly said. "Don't worry, I'm already here. No need to pick me up, I can go there myself." He added.
"All right. Just... Don't cause trouble okay?" Mashihiro replied.
"Okay~" after that, mashihiro ended the call.
A few minutes later, William informs mashihiro of a man's arrival. He got up and went downstairs to meet the guest. When he arrived at the living room, he saw a blond guy with dark blue eyes, his hair was tied in a ponytail and his outfit is a white crop top and a black jacket slinging down his shoulders. It has a chessboard logo at the back and a rook piece in its right chest.
When the blond guy noticed his arrival, he immediately ran towards him and hugs him tight. Mashihiro only chuckles at his actions and hugs him back.
"You didn't need to come you know. I can do this myself." Mashihiro said. The man only shakes his head.
"It's boring if you're not there, Mashii~. Everybody agrees, if you didn't ordered them to stay they'll definitely come with you." The blond guy argues.
Mashihiro only sighs in response. The blond guy in front of him was Rian Kitamura, one of his friends and a member of his own organization in Japan called Chess organization. By it's name, people thinks it's just an organization devoted in playing chess but underneath that facade is an underground organization mashihiro and yuzumiha built in Japan. It's goal was to help those deserving of it and dispose of people that was already rotten to the core and doesn't deserve a second chance.
"When are those three coming?" Mashihiro asks looking down at Rian who was still hugging him. Rian pouts, sulking that his attention was on the others. He lets go of him and answered.
"They'll arrive after a week. They were still managing on passing their task to their partners so that the organization will be fine even if we weren't there."
"All right, I'll look forward to it then... Let's start again. We'll expand the chess organization to korea and build it from scratch." A grin forming in his face.
Time skip...One year later
A year has passed and mashihiro and yuzu were already 16. The chess organization was built and became one of the strongest organization to exist in korea. The others thinks it was just a rumor due to the organization being meticulous, avoiding and erasing evidence of their existence.
The organization's main mission is to find Park Joseong, the man who stole the documents about the experiment on creating a human with two bodies from their family. However, until now they were still unable to find his whereabouts or if he was still alive.
Currently, mashihiro was on his office looking for documents and clues about Park Joseong. While yuzumiha was on the other side dealing with documents about their organization. The phone rings and mashihiro picks it up.
"Hello?" He said as he answered the call.
"Son, its me." The caller said.
"Mother, what a surprise. Do you need anything? Is everything okay?" He asks.
"We're fine. We're just checking on you. You're taking care of yourself right? And yuzu too?" His mother asks worried.
"I'm fine and don't worry, I'm following what you said. I'm spending time with yuzu although I still find it weird but the others doesn't suspect a thing." He replied.
"I'm glad then. One more thing, your father and I discussed about this for a while and we think... it's best if you go to school, make some friends. Enjoy yourself for a while, following your father's order was important but it's also important to take a break. Just relax and take your time."
"I don't need a break, but i doubt you'll change your mind and back down. Right?" Mashihiro asked. Her mother giggled and answers.
"You know me so well. Rest up, I'll call you again." With that the call ends. Mashihiro only sighs and calls William to his office.
"Hey, Liam. Please get me a list of schools here in Seoul. Not necessarily famous or an elite kind of school. Just a low-key school will do." Mashihiro requested.
"Will it be a normal school or a specialty one?" William asks.
"Specialty school. Enroll us somewhere with a fashion class, since fashion is our family's main business." Mashihiro replied.
William bows and goes out of the office and immediately does what he was ordered to do. Mashihiro decided to went out for a walk with yuzumiha to lessen his stress on this sudden predicament.
While walking he heard some noises and notices the crowd gathering. They went to check it out only to see a black haired kid punching the other small and chubby kid.
Mashihiro immediately rush and caught his wrist to stop him from punching the other. The male was shocked and pulled his arms back.
"Who-who the hell are you?" The male shouted as he glared at mashihiro while rubbing his wrist.
"You shouldn't beat up someone. It's probably just a misunderstanding." Mashihiro reasons and looks back at the chubby kid behind him.
"Ha! This is none of your business" the man replied.
"Hey! I told you to stop it, let's just go!" The woman behind him said as she wraps her arms around the other male's arm while trying to drag him away.
"Tch, You're fucking lucky today. This isn't over." The man threatens but mashihiro just stared at him with a blank expression in his face.
"Are you okay? Here let me help you up." Yuzumiha asks as she held out her arms to help him get up.
They went to a convenience store and bought him some ointments and started treating his injuries.
"Are you sure you're okay now?" Yuzu asks while putting some ointments in his face.
"Ye-yeah, I'm fine. It doesn't hurt that much anymore. Thank you" The chubby kid said.
"Oh right, I haven't got your name. I'm mashihiro, and that's my twin yuzumiha. What's yours?" Mashihiro asks while yuzu was expressionless and still focused on putting some bandages in his face.
"A-ah, I'm da-daniel, Daniel Park. Thanks for helping me." Daniel said. 'they're really nice' he thought.
After they made sure he was okay once again, they left and bid him farewell as they separated and went back home.
