Family Changes
Bruce:
Bruce is just your average genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist. He's gone to, and still attends, therapy in this universe. Bruce also still has issues with feelings and communication, but it's better than canon. He also, of course, won't hit family members. He still uses his Brucie Wayne persona, but it's more so to keep horrible people from getting too close to him, so they underestimate him and he won't have to have to many social interactions when he doesn't want to. There would also be hints of Batman and moments where you could see the vigilante that he could have been (inspired by Caffeine, Our One True Hero). Oliver Queen, who is still Green Arrow, is also somewhat scared of Bruce since they grew up together and he's seen enough of the real Bruce Wayne to be wary.
Jason:
Jason will still get adopted after Dick, and he'll have some problems adjusting before he gets used to being in the family. Instead of getting killed by the Joker, he ends up getting arrested the night he goes to see his biological mother. He ends up in juvie for a few months. Afterwards, he gets into trouble constantly, getting in and out of juvie constantly. Things come to a head when he's about nineteen or twenty, getting into big trouble. He also messes up in a way that someone innocent or several innocent people get hurt. This causes him to turn his life around. Jason wants to be an English teacher, but he has some trouble because of his record and they live in Gotham. He also refuses to get an help from Bruce. Jason ends up working with the Outsiders as a consultant with some of his shadier associates for community service and to make amends. He becomes friends with Roy and Kori.
Tim:
Tim can be a regular visitor to the Wayne Manor. He'll practically be a member of the family. Tim will do well in school, graduating as valedictorian. Then Tim will go to college and intern at Wayne Enterprises.
Cassandra:
Cassandra gets away from her parents, meets Bruce (unknowingly through Dick), and gets adopted and sent to therapy. She'll be a CIA operative that travels constantly. She'll also do ballet as a hobby.
Stephanie:
Stephanie will know Tim from college, where she is going to be a nurse. She and Tim date at first but have an amicable breakup. Stephanie gives her daughter up for adoption but still keeps in contact with her.
Duke:
Duke will be a foster kid with Bruce until his parents are awake. He goes to high school, and Duke may still be a meta human, just not a crime fighter. Bruce helps bring his parents justice through legal means, and Nightwing can do his part, as well.
Alfred:
Alfred is a normal butler, who may have been MI6 at some point in his life. He's just not involved with assisting with the vigilante community.
Damian:
To fit this story, Talia will be a good mother and a good person. All she's known is the League and the will of her father. She's on a mission due to a contract with the Court of Owls, and Talia meets Bruce. They end up falling in love, having a private relationship that results in Damian. Talia, after having her worldview expanded, leaves the League and disappears to protect Bruce and her baby. She's constantly on the run, and Talia trains Damian to protect himself and survive, but he's not raised to just be an assassin. In fact, Damian's never killed anyone, being taught only to kill in self-defense. She's also told him stories about his father. She also is an ally of Nightwing in this universe, going to him for help to get away, but not telling him why. She can also know his connection to Bruce after doing the spying. Eventually, the League finds them, and Talia protects Damian at the cost of her own life. Damian escapes and searches for his father and her ally Nightwing in Gotham or Bludhaven. He'll still have his prickly personality with a hidden sweet side, but Damian won't be as arrogant as canon. He may or may not become Robin.
