Inside a tall building with glass and steel with concrete, the office of Derek Bishop is seen as he looks through the stock market and over seeing his profit margin increase by 12.3%, with exports up to 4.1%. Suddenly, Derek's phone rang as he answers it

Derek Bishop: This is Derek Bishop. Who am I speaking too?

Master Planner (Doc Ock voice disguised): Well I see your behavior has improved. Would prefer it be that way

Derek was left stunned with the voice he recognizes

The phone hangs up as Derek looked worried about what to do. Looking at the photo of his family and fearing for their safety

With her homework finished, Kate packed up her things in her bag and got up. Leaving her friend's with curiosity about her and Brigham broke up

Kate walks out of the library with a slight headache from the studying and her friend's insistence of her relationship with Brigham. But on her way, Kate sees Missy carrying some boxes as they slightly moved while she keeps them steady

Kate Bishop: Missy?

Missy Kallenback: C-Come on. Just keep it steady

Kate Bishop: Hey Missy

Missy Kallenback: Ah!

Kate called up to her, which caught Missy by surprise as she dropped the boxes

Missy Kallenback: K-Katherine?

Kate Bishop: Oh crap, I'm so sorry

Missy Kallenback: N-No, it's okay. It's my fault

Kate then helps Missy with the boxes and gave them to her, but is left wondering about something

Kate Bishop: Don't worry, but they feel kind of heavy. You sure it's okay to carry that much?

Missy Kallenback: I'm with the prom committee. So it's a lot of work

Kate Bishop: Really, because that's a lot of stuff for you to carry?

The two then begun walking together through the hallway as they chat

Missy Kallenback: I heard about your modeling career. It must be pretty amazing

Kate Bishop: Oh… Yeah. Thank you… So you're with the prom committee?

Missy Kallenback: Yes. The prom is in two days so everything has to be done tomorrow before the big day

Missy Kallenback: I have to play my part so that everyone will have a good time. I know it sounds silly

Kate Bishop: Actually I don't. It's very admirable of you. Wish more people were like that

Missy smiled after hearing Kate complimenting her, but later as her a question

Kate Bishop:… Has there been a part of you wondering if there is more to this then just the popularity?

Missy Kallenback: What do you mean?

Kate Bishop: I don't know. Like you wish something was different with your life. Something that it doesn't make you feel so… empty

Kate Bishop: I've been doing this so many times and I've now realized… I'm not comfortable with it anymore, and it's weird because I've never felt that way before. I just felt like my life means nothing now

Missy Kallenback: How can it be? You're the most popular girl in school. You're now a model for a top magazine, and there are even hints that you would win prom queen

Kate Bishop: And that's it. I know I'm going to become prom queen because that's how they want me as. I appear in a stunning dress and I hear them calling my name, I go up in stage and put on the crown, I dance with the prom king and then what comes after that? It took me a while to realize it, but it meant nothing

Missy Kallenback: What makes you think that?

Kate Bishop: Because they expect me to prove that I'm better then everyone else, but I have nothing to prove, and I can't do anything about it because that's what I grew up in. Don't get me wrong though. My life has been amazing, and I really did have fun being a model, but in the end I feel like I am living up to their expectation. I know that I am popular because everything I've built and done has got me to were I am, but I don't just show off and prove to everyone else that I'm better then they are. I ask for more popularity and it will just make me more needy and desperate, but that's what I have to be. I'm a Bishop, the daughter of one of the most respected and wealthiest families in all of New York, and as a Bishop I have to live up to the expectation and reputation for my family. That's the responsibility I have to live up to just to maintain my family's position. You understand what I mean right?

Missy Kallenback: I… I think I do, but what made you think like that? What happened?

Appearing down while hiding her upset face, Kate remembers how she was almost assaulted by the stranger who wanted to cause harm to her. Still remembering how Peter saved her from what she feared was her worst fate, but the feeling still remain in her and wonders what she could have done

Missy Kallenback: K-Katherine?

Kate Bishop: You know what? Forget that I ever said anything?

Missy then thinks about Peter, and how it caused her to blush thinking about him

Kate Bishop: Oh, and is he someone we know here?

Missy Kallenback: He's actually… not from this Academy

Kate Bishop: Wait, as in someone from outside this Academy?

Missy Kallenback: Y-Yeah

Kate Bishop: Heh, unbelievable. Seems like the good ones are always somewhere else

Kate Bishop: There's this guy I've met, and he's… like no guy I've ever met before

Missy Kallenback: R-Really?

Kate Bishop: Yeah. I don' know how, but I might actually be interested in him, and I think… he might be interested in me too

Missy Kallenback: He must be special to you

Kate Bishop: He is and he's really nice. Heck he's the first guy that doesn't try to impress me, and most guys tend to do that. He doesn't even do anything to woe me over or try to use me or seduce me or anything; he treats me like a person. Never had someone speak to me like that, but he was polite, smart… and brave. But there was something else in him that I couldn't quite put my finger on, but apart from that he's just amazing, and a part of me wonders what people would think if I were to go that route with him

Missy Kallenback:… Katherine. I never thought you would feel like that?

Kate Bishop: Me neither, but I'm left wondering what to do. You ever had that feeling about a guy you really like and want to say it to him?

Missy Kallenback:… I do… and I really wanted to say to him, but…

Kate Bishop: But what?

Missy Kallenback:… I'm just scared. Scared that he would reject me, but he's been a really good friend to me. A very special friend that didn't do anything wrong, but I worry for him. He works too much to help his family, but he's really caring and kind. I just don't know if he would ever be interested in someone like me

Kate Bishop: Well that's no excuse for you to think like that. If he's that special to you then you should ask him out

Missy Kallenback: Y-You think I should?

Kate Bishop: Yeah you should. You should never let a guy that great slip away, and if you don't say how you feel about him then you'll lose that guy to somebody else and you'll never find another like that ever again

The two briefly laughed until they stopped as they are about to go their separate ways

The two went their separate ways smiling as Kate and Missy now realize what they want to do next. Still unknown to the both of them that they are talking about the same guy, Peter Parker, but while she was walking, a flower is then brought up on Kate's face as Brigham Fontaine is seen holding it in front of her

Brigham Fontaine: Hello Kate

Kate Bishop: Brigham. What do you want?

Brigham Fontaine: Kate listen, I know I've never been the kind of boyfriend you've wanted me to be

Kate Bishop: That's right you're not, and what happened to Taina?

Brigham Fontaine: Alright, I admit. I wasn't thinking straight and I felt bad about what happened back then

Kate Bishop: I was mean to her since then, Brig. I thought she was going to steal you away from me, but what I've found out is that you were flirting with her and the two of you kissed

Brigham Fontaine: It meant nothing, and what

Kate Bishop: That's still no excuse after what you've done, and how I helped made her life a misery

Brigham Fontaine: Look Kate, if there was a way to back in time and undo the things we've done then we would take it, but it's been months and we need to move on

Staying in silent, Kate walks away and did not look back. Leaving Brigham covering his face as he held the flower tight and crushed it while he smiled

Missy is seen entering the Gym with the boxes as the other prom committee members are there

Linda: Missy, is that all of it?

Missy Kallenback: I got the boxes you asked for

Linda: Alright then

Missy handed the boxes to Linda, but also sees Dan, Rick and Luke speaking with Janice, Amy and Edna

Missy Kallenback: What… are they doing here?

Linda: Oh them. They just want to take a look at what we do

Missy Kallenback: But Janice Foswell? Why would they-

Linda: Listen. We need to get this done soon, and since you've worked hard I think you deserve a break

Linda: It's nothing we need you for. So just go and grab a bite to eat

With her insisting, Missy left the gym, while Linda place the boxes down and meet with the others

While sitting on the couch and watching TV, Peter and Nico are seen with Aunt May as they see the news report of further violence

Channel 7 News Reporter (on TV): It appears that the situation in the city is now escalating as reports of more fatalities have been notified. Among the victims are the notorious Nasty Boys gang, who were discovered all dead at the scene with no sign of survivors. Now recently we have reports of a body being discovered in an alleyway. Identified as Lindsay Leighton, a high school student from Midtown, who was missing few weeks ago was discovered with her body completely burned, which makes it impossible for the NYPD forensic team to figure out what happened. Already the city is in a state of panic as how many deaths will the public see on the street, and while there have been reports of new vigilantes appearing to combat the situations, many are asking whether none of this would have happened if Spider-Man was still alive. Whatever the case, what we do know is that the situation here won't return to normal any time soon

He three looked at the TV with concern as to how things have gotten

Peter Parker: Don't believe it

Nico Minoru: I know. It must be really bad

May Parker: That poor girl and she was a student at your school?

Peter Parker: Yeah, but I've never actually talked to her for that matter

Nico Minoru: Well this would be dubbed the worst day ever

May Parker: I'm sorry that this happened

Nico Minoru: Don't blame yourself Aunt May. This… I somewhat expected to happened. Just I didn't think it would be like this

While May went to open the front door, Peter and Nico are left wondering as the growing situation continues to develop

Mitchell Han: No kidding. Pete maybe in trouble in there!

Meiko Yin: Then we move. Whatever he did might have made this operation easier

Suddenly, Brigham, Janice, and Dan got out from the front door and was confronted by the three gangs who pointed their guns at them

Brigham Fontaine: Whoa!

Janice Foswell: No wait!

Dan: PLEASE DON'T KILL US! WE'RE DRUG ADDICTS!

Marcus Quentino: Who the fuck?

Christopher Chen: Just some dumb kids

Meiko Yin: Leave now or you will be hunted and executed like animals

Janice Foswell: In the car now!

Dan: But-

Brigham Fontaine: Move now!

The three Hawthorne students rush in to the car and drove off as quick as they can and left the area

John Powell: Kids these days

Marcus Quentino: No kidding

Meiko Yin: Focus here. We're moving in

Warehouse (Feather Mash's Hideout): Inside

Peter watched in shock and horror to see all of these gang members being killed in front of him, with the wet floor flowing with blood. Venom continues his killing until one is left, who dropped his gun and begged as Venom held a gun at him

Feather Mash Gang Member: N-No! No please! I-I give. I give!

Venom: So you can continue spreading more drugs on the streets? I don't think so

?: I-I won't do drugs anymore! I swear!

Venom: Sorry, but I'm afraid your time has run out

?: No please

Venom: Goodbye

Peter Parker: EDDIE NO!

Recognizing the sound of his voice, Venom turns and was surprised to see Peter holding his gun at him

Venom: Peter?

Peter Parker: EDDIE! DROP IT NOW!

Venom: What… are you doing here?

Peter Parker: SERIOUSLY EDDIE!? IS THIS WHAT YOU'VE BEEN DOING!?

Venom:… They don't deserve to live

Peter Parker: What!?

Venom: THEY DON'T DESERVE TO LIVE!

Peter Parker: YOU CAN'T DECIDE THAT!

Venom: BUT YOU CAN!?ALL THEY DID WAS PUT MORE PEOPLE AT HARM'S RISK! YOU KNOW THIS ALREADY AND YOU DID NOTHING

Peter Parker: I'M TRYING MY BEST!

Venom: YOU MEAN BECOME ONE OF THEM!?

Feather Mash Gang Member: Oh god, please help me

Venom: THE FILTH DIES! ALL OF THEM WILL DIE AND YOU WILL NOT STOP ME!

Peter Parker: VENOM!

Venom: WE WILL BE THIS CITY'S SAVIOUR! NOT YOU!

Peter Parker: DON'T!

Venom: HE DIES!

Feather Mash Gang Member: OH GOD, PLEASE NO!

Peter Parker: NO! ( Spider-Sense ) Huh!?

Feather Mash Leader: YOU BUNCH OF UGLY FUCKERS!

Before Venom could pull the trigger, the Feather Mash Leader got up and fired his gun at them. Hoping to hit them both, he instead shot and killed the gang member Peter was trying to save as he fell on the ground bleeding

( BAM )

Feather Mash Gang Member: Ack!

Peter Parker: NO!

Feather Mash Leader: Fucking piece of shit!

Venom: THAT WAS NOT NICE!

( BRRRRAAAAKKKKTTT )

Venom opened fire at the gang leader until his weapon was out of ammunition, while Peter rushes to help the gang member who was shot. Applying pressure on the wound as he coughs blood

Venom: Damn

Feather Mash Leader: Out of ammo!?

Peter Parker: Hey! HEY!

Feather Mash Gang Member: Akk! *cough* Grrrrkkkk

Peter Parker: Hey! Just stay with me, okay! Hey!

Feather Mash Gang Member: Grrrrkkkk! Grrrrrrkkkkk…..

With his lungs filled with blood and his vision losing, the gang member dies as Peter looked at him with shock. Once again reminding him of the little girl that died in his arm, which marks as his biggest failure, as Peter was left stunned

Peter Parker:… No…

Feather Mash Leader: YOU FUCKING CUNTS RUINED MY BUSINESS! YOU TWO ARE FUCKING DEAD!

Venom: Like you have any chance against me, BECAUSE NOW YOU'LL DIE!

Feather Mash Leader: JUST TRY ME FREAK!

Venom: AAAAHHH!

Feather Mash Leader: HAH!

Venom charges in to attack, but the gang leader threw a grenade pack and shoots at it. Causing the grenade to explode in front of Venom, as he was knocked back to behind Peter with some of the symbiote suit being exposed and revealing Eddie

( KABOOOM )

Venom: AAAARRRRRGGG!

Peter Parker: EDDIE!

Feather Mash Leader: NOW YOU'RE MINE!

The Feather Mash Leader got out of cover and pointed the gun at Venom, but as he pulls the trigger he realizes that the gun is empty

Feather Mash Leader: What the!?

Venom: Argh! That was unpleasant!

Feather Mash Leader: I'm not done! I'M NOT DONE YET!

The gang leader took out his knife and turned his attention to Peter, who looked at the injured Venom. Suddenly he sees visions of the Vandemere Hotel incidents and remembered the bodies of the Maggia and the Karneli families dying in front of him, along with the little girl that died in his arm. Thinking about it, Peter is suddenly filled with anger about his failure to save the people. Meiko and the three gangs busted through the doors and appear to see the Feather Mash gang leader about to kill Peter

Meiko Yin: Peter!

Willis Wong: KID!

Mitchell Han: PETE NO!

Willis took out his gun and was about to point at the gang leader who was about to kill Peter, as his spider-sense was triggered and felt him approaching. But Peter was left stunned but suddenly clenched his fist with the feeling of failure once again

Peter Parker:… Enough

Feather Mash Leader: DIE YOU SHIT!

Peter Parker: ENOUGH!

Fueled with anger, Peter quickly turned and evaded the knife strike by the gang leader. Delivering a powerful punch, but instead of his face, Peter's fist was instead aiming directly at the gang leader's throat, were a cracking was heard from the impact

( KRAKK )

Feather Mash Leader: Akkk…

Feeling his trachea completely broken, the gang leader dropped his knife and struggles to breathe. Falling onto his knees and is quickly loosing consciousness, the gang leader falls to the ground as he feels his last inch of oxygen has being cut off and appeared weak until his body stopped moving and became motionless. Peter looked on and was stunned to see what he has done, as Meiko and the others approached

Meiko Yin: Peter?

Peter Parker:…

Meiko Yin: Are you alright Peter?

Mitchell Han: Pete, you okay man?

Willis Wong: Kid?

Peter Parker:… I… I… Eddie

Peter turned and sees that Venom is gone. Leaving him in silent as the other three gang leaders approach and sees the deceased Feather Mash Leader on the floor

Peter Parker: Gone… He's gone

Willis Wong: Who?

Peter Parker: I… I thought-

Christopher Chen: I don't believe it

John Powell: Me neither. Did the kid really do this?

Marcus Quentino: All by himself? And he wasted this chump that easily!?

Meiko Yin: Peter, you've truly excded my expectation

Peter Parker: Well I-I-

Mitchell Han: Pete, you rock man!

John Powell: Who would have thought the kid actually pulled through?

Peter Parker:…

Willis Wong: You alright Peter?

Peter Parker:… I… I killed him?

Willis Wong: Hey, just take some breaths man. You'll be okay

Peter Parker: I… actually… killed a man

Meiko approaches and placed her hand on Peter's shoulder while trying to comfort him

Peter Parker: M-Meiko?

Meiko Yin: This is something you are not use to Peter. I understand how you feel, but you have also prevented even more deaths from accruing today

Peter Parker: B-But

Meiko Yin: You are young Peter. There is still much to learn, but for now you've completed one of your trials

Peter Parker:… I killed a man. I… killed

Warehouse (Feather Mash's Hideout): Outside

Standing from afar on top of a building structure from where no one can see him, Kraven witness the incident and appeared impressed by what he sees

Kraven:… So my prey. You now wear the skin of another being. To hid yourself in plain site while you stalk your prey and strike, clever my young spider. You are starting to think like a hunter, but you are not a true hunter. I now know who you are my spider, and I shall claim your blood as well as your soul. I will not claim you yet, but I will test you and I will break you… You will be mine my prey. You shall be mine… Spider-Man. No… Peter Parker

AUTHOR'S NOTE: My god this has been a nightmare for me. Sorry for the delay, but my computer kept on crashing and I've lost a portion of what I've been typing. I had to get it fixed, and it's now running slightly slow, but also I have to redo most of what I've been typing. Hell, I don't even know if my action scenes here are good now. They're somewhat quite weak in my opinion. Anyway, I have to redo all of the chapters I've done, and so it might take a longer time to put up chapters now

Here I wanted to have Peter do more gangster activity since I've been having him appear as Ronin, and here he has commited his very first kill. Also with Venom I'm adding a sort of "Lethal Protector" vibe with him, but what will happen in the end with make his decide what to do with his life. And to add the fun, Kraven now knows who Spider-Man is, and will take advantage of it that will suit his needs

Bad blood brewing with the Chang family, as Whitney's relationship with her older sister, Monica, is not doing well. Especially if it involves someone from her past, which I will get to later on

Harry Osborn appears and tries to reconcile with Peter, who is still unsure now

Making their first appearance are Powell and Quentino, the other two of the three Wild Packs member. First appeared in the Ultimate Spider-Man comic series. Like Chen running the Lotus Shadow, Powell runs the Mighty Stallions, and Quentino running the Heat Barons

Janice Foswell being a complete bitch because she thinks she's better then everyone else. Kate now discovers that Brigham is seeing Janice behind her back, but she doesn't known what the two are planning to do with her during the night of the prom. The Hawthorne prom will appear really soon, and what I've planned for then will be real bad. Tony Stark gets a mention in this as a former student of Hawthorne Academy

If anybody read my first story should know I tend to add a political element to it with some real-life elements. Namely with Whitney Chang mentioning Monica Chang about "Slorenia" a fictional country that did appeared in the old Avengers comics and the "Avengers: Endless Wartime" graphic novel. Anybody who read about Iraq involving the group known as ISIS should know how they came to be right now. The US government armed and trained the rebels in Syria to overthrow the government there, which consists of different groups with different ideology. Among those groups is the "Al-Nusra Front", which is a terrorist group with links to "Al-Qaeda". Despite this information being known to pretty much everyone, the US government along with the CIA still armed and gave money to these group just so they can overthrow the Syrian government without even thinking what would happen after that. As a result, portions of Northern Syria and a large portion if Iraq was taken by this group, and ISIS was formed after that. Now we see Western Media blasting ISIS as a terrorist group and not realizing they are blasting the very same group the US government and media themselves have championed in Syria. And to make it worse, the US government is still funding and supporting the rebel groups in Syrian without realizing they've now joined ISIS. They are practically supporting ISIS in Syria, while fighting ISIS in Iraq. Now with the ISIS group fully armed with US-made weapons and received training by the CIA in Syria, you can expect terrorist attacks will be made, and the US government won't admit they are indirectly responsible for ISIS's rise to becoming a genuine threat. Because by admitting that ISIS's creation was their doing would be another US foreign policy failure, and the US government has a horrible foreign policy regardless of who runs in office. Look at Obama's videos in YouTube about it, and remember the photo of John McCain he took with the Syrian Rebels. Google it. It's Afghanistan in the Soviet Union all over again, because if anybody knows their history, the "Mujaheddin" was a group the CIA funded, armed and supported during the Soviet Union, and after that the group they supported has turned against them and became "Al-Qaeda". We all know what happened after that. This is why no one likes the US government because all of them are just a bunch of retarded a-holes that likes to think of themselves as a world police force and think that they are better then everyone else, and it's a guarantee that once Obama leaves office after the 2016 election, someone much worse will continue to put everyone else at risk, whether they be Republican and Democrats. They're like HYDRA if you think about it. They pretend to be patriotic and say they will fight for justice and human rights at front, but in back they are a bunch of retarded stereotypical racist a-hole with shit loads of money and just likes to control people and spy on you 24/7. I've also been paying attention about the situation in Ferguson, Missouri. The US government is basically HYDRA in disguise

Anyway, further delays to be expected but I will try to get it up soon. Might make the chapters long because I really need to try and move the story forward. Anyway, thanks for your support on this
