Arriving in front of the entrance of the police department is a limo, as Harry got out and met with one of Lindsay's friends, Zoe, who appeared in tears

New York Police Department: Inside
Harry enters the police station with Zoe, as it was filled with cops that are having some difficulty due to increase of crime, but later sees Lindsay's parents with George Stacy, as they are seen coming out from a room and in tears, along with Lindsay's friend, Krista. George Stacy turns and sees Harry

George Stacy: Harry, what are you doing here?
Harry Osborn: Captain Stacy
Zoe: H-He's… a friend of hers
George Stacy: Oh…

Outside Vandemere Hotel
On the rooftop were the fight is taking place Venom is seen firing his black web-bullets and launching tentacle attacks, with Black Cat performing her acrobatic moves and evading the hit while using he new electric claws to scratch of his tentacle attack
Venom: Well, looks like the kitty cat got some fancy moves
Black Cat: Oh I've just barely started
Venom and Black Cat continue their fight, as Whitney is still seen being stuck to the pillar
Whitney Chang: Hello! Is nobody gonna get me out of here!?
Black Cat: Hang tight sugar because it's going to take a while!
Whitney Chang: Oh god, this is so not what I pictured my day would go!
Venom: I will put more hurt on you if you keep on getting in my way!
Black Cat: And what's stopping you if I continue to do so!?
Just then the red gas was seen coming from the hotel room were Ronin was in

While distracted Venom sees an opening and knocks Black Cat down on the ground

Venom: Love to play kitty, but I have a ninja to skin!
Venom swings off and head in to the hotel. Leaving Black Cat annoyed

Whitney Chang: Now that he's gone would you mind getting me out now?

Venom jumped through the window and sees Ronin on the ground
Venom: Now it's just you and me bro, because I'm gonna… what?
As the room was cleared of the red mist Venom sees the entire room full of lifeless and decayed men, women, children, and infants. Leaving him shocked as he turns to Ronin, who is still seen holding the deceased little girl in his arm
Venom: Oh my god
Ronin:…
Venom: W-What… what happened!?
Ronin:… This wasn't how it suppose to be
Venom: What?
Ronin:… The men here were criminals… Crime families no doubt, and yet I tried to save them… I don't know how I would feel about them, but seeing children suffer like that… Another act I could not succeed

Venom: Tell us, what the hell happened here!?
Ronin: Eddie… I-
Carmine Karnelli: OH MY GOD!

Just then one of the family members who has not been decayed, Carmine Karnelli, is seen holding the body of his deceased wife, as some of the Maggia and Karnelli men are seen standing up
Maggia Men 1: Oh man is anybody okay!?
Maggia Men 2: Oh my god!
Karnelli Men 1: Boss! Boss you okay!?
Carmine Karnelli: Marla! Marla!

Carmine then sees his own daughter being held by Ronin as he runs to her and picks her up. With Carmine in tears as he held her deceased daughter in his hand

Carmine Karnelli: Katherine! Oh my beautiful Katherine!
Ronin: Katherine?
Carmine Karnelli: My beautiful baby girl I swear! I'll find who did this and make them pay! I swear a vendetta on those who spill on the blood of our family! A blood feud!
Venom: Why. Why did this happen?
Ronin:… Blood… The blood!

Ronin: The poison. It works on a specific DNA, meaning this guys is a-
Just then Scorpion is seen coming through the mist holding her kunai with rope as Ronin sees her
Ronin: Oh no!
Maggia Men 1: What the!? ( STAB ) ACK!
Maggia Men 2: HOLY!
Karnelli Men 2: FUCK!
Maggia Men 2 took out his gun and was about to shoot her, until Scorpion used her leg and grabbed his neck, while grabbing his gun and pointing at Karnelli Men 2 and shot him in the head, while she snaps Maggia Men 2's neck. Karnelli Men 1 was about to take out his gun, until Scorpion launched her kunai with rope at him as it pierced right in his chest
( PIERCE )
Karnelli Men 1: Ugh!
Scorpion: COME HERE!
With her strength Scorpion pulled Karnelli Men 1 to her and broke his arm and grabbed his throat, until Scorpion removed the bottom part of her mask and spew acid from her mouth. Melting Karnelli Men 1's face off as Ronin and Venom watched in shock
Scorpion:… At last. We meet
Venom: Oh my god
Ronin: (D-Debra Whitman?)
Scorpion: So you must be Ronin. The one in the black I don't know who, but if you think you can pretend to be Spider-Man then you had another thing coming
Venom: You! You did this!?
Scorpion: I have to admit for a first time experiment the result appeared to be a success
Carmine Karnelli: You… You did this… to my family!?
Scorpion: He's still alive?
Carmine Karnelli: YOU'RE DEAD FREAK!
Camine took out his gun and was about to shoot Scorpion, but a sharp boomerang appeared and was aiming at him, until Ronin took out his sword and blocked it. Saving Carmine as Ronin stood in front as other villains appeared behind Scorpion
Ronin: Oh this is not what I need
Kraven: My word look at this
Wizard: My word indeed
Boomerang: Holy shit that stuff actually works!
Rhino: Oh my god. D-Did… Did we
Wizard: Focus Rhino
Rhino: B-But
Scorpion: Would you rather risk your little arrangement with the good Doctor?
Rhino:…

Scorpion: I wouldn't believe it if I saw an actual ninja in this city, but I must admit I was actually looking someone to challenge me
Ronin: Well I wouldn't disappoint because I'm going to take you down!
Filled with anger of what happened Ronin held his sword, with Scorpion holding her kunai
Ronin: THE DIE IS CAST!
Scorpion: GET OVER HERE!
Ronin and Scorpion attack each other head on, with each blocking the other's attack, as the other villains joined in
Rhino: Should we get involved?
Wizard: Be my guest
Kraven: Never interrupt a creature's prey
Boomerang: Whatever. I just want to gut that son of a bitch!
Venom: NO!
Just then Venom move to attack Boomerang, Wizard and Rhino to ensure they don't harm Ronin
Boomerang: Whoa!
Wizard: Dear me!
Rhino: What the!?
Venom: IF ANYONE'S GONNA HARM THE NINJA THEN IT'S GONNA BE ME!
Wizard: You mindless brute! I'll have you ( Twip ) Aagh!
Venom web-pulled Wizard and grabbed his leg as he starts bashing him on the ground and threw him out the window
Boomerang: WIZ!
Wizard: AAAAAAAAA ( CRASH )…
Wizard appeared and crash onto a car, as he still felt the pain from the impact. The two villains saw what happened as their attention is towards Venom
Kraven: Impressive. Stronger then Spider-Man himself
Boomerang: You'll pay for that!
Venom: Then let's see you try!
Rhino: Then have at it!
Boomerang threw his boomerang at him, as Venom used his tentacle attacks to deflect, until Rhino charges in and grabs him
Venom: ( grab ) Ugh!
Rhino: You're mine!
Outside Vandemere Hotel
( KRSHH )
Rhino rammed Venom through the window as the two fall to the ground
Rhino: You're gonna be squashed freak
Venom: And you are going to be road kill!
( BAM )
Rhino: Ow!
Venom head-butt Rhino and broke free as he swings out
Venom: Enjoy the fall horn head!
Rhino: You son of a-
( CRRAAASSSH )
Rhino crashed landed as Venom landed on the ground, but then he got up and confronts him
Venom: Well that's something
Rhino: You may not be the web-creep, but you are about the closest thing I can get to squash!
Venom: Then I'm going to skin you alive and make a trophy out of your head!
Kraven: Well at least I have something in common with this new foe!
Kraven jumped of the window while carrying Boomerang and landed, with the three villains confronting Venom
Kraven: I enjoy the thrill of the hunt
Boomerang: Whatever. I just wanna stick it in his head!
Venom: Then bring it! BECAUSE I WILL RIP OUT YOUR HEAD!
Meanwhile in one of the rooftops, Black Cat helps out Whitney, who is still stuck, as she took out her claws
Whitney Chang: What!?
Black Cat: Make any moves and they'll be a scratch on that face of yours!
Whitney Chang: Oh god no!
( SLASH ) ( SLASH ) ( SLASH )
Black Cat slashes of the black webbing and freed Whitney
Whitney Chang: Oh man
Black Cat: Relax you're fine
Whitney Chang: Well it better not be stuck to my hair
Black Cat: Don't worry. It comes of with ice or peanut butter
Whitney Chang: Lovely. Now who are you and what do you-
Suddenly Whitney sees Beetle up in the air and set up his weapon
Whitney Chang: Holy crap it's that Beetle dude
Black Cat: Who?
Vandemere Hotel: Reception Hall
Ronin and Scorpion fight with every skill they know, but it appears they have manage to counter their every moves while neither is willing to give in
Scorpion: Is that all you have!?
Ronin: I've got more where that came from!
Scorpion threw her kunai at him as Ronin blocked her attack and moved in to strike, which she pulled back her kunai and blocked his attack. While the two fight, Carmine picks up a gun from one of his deceased men and prepares to fire at Scorpion
Carmine Karnelli: Kill the bitch. I'm gonna fucking killed that bitch!
Outside Vandemere Hotel
Meanwhile outside, Beetle loaded his rocket launcher and pointed at both Ronin and Scorpion. Planning to finish them both off
Beetle: I know this will piss of the fat geezer, but this would work to my favor
Using his targeting system, Beetle has aimed his rocket at the two and prepare to fire
Beetle: Enjoy the afterlife you pair of ugly wankers!
Black Cat: Don't think so buster!
( WHAM )
Beetle: Urgh!
Beetle prepares to shoot, until Black Cat jumped in. K nocking him off balance and caused him to fire indirectly into the hotel
Vandemere Hotel: Reception Hall
As the two continue fighting, Ronin and Scorpion sees the rocket missile heading their direction
Scorpion: What the!?
Ronin: Oh hell!
With the rocket missile heading towards them, Scorpion runs towards the window and jumps off, with Ronin seeing Carmine Karnelli and gabs him
Carmine Karnelli: Huh!?
Ronin: COME ON!
Carmine Karnelli: But my family!?
Ronin: We have to go now!
Carmine Karnelli: No!
Ronin: I'm sorry
Carmine Karnelli: NO!
Ronin grabbed Carmine and carries him as he runs towards the window
Outside Vandemere Hotel
( KRSHH )
Ronin jumped out of the window and landed on a car, as the rocket hit inside as the room exploded, with Carmine watched in sadness and Ronin looked back in disbelief. Scorpion was seen holding on to a lamppost and jumped down to the ground
Ronin: Oh god
Carmine Karnelli: NO! MY FAMILY! MY PRECIOUS!
Scorpion: Agh. What the hell!?
Beetle manage to get himself balanced as he sees that Ronin and Scorpion are still alive
Beetle: Bollocks!
Black Cat then grabbed a nearby lamp-post and stood on top of it as she confronts Beetle
Black Cat: Whoopsie
Beetle: You stupid cunt! You made me miss my shot!
Black Cat: I'm sorry. Can't blame a girl for wanting some attention
Beetle: I'll give you some attention
( BRRRRTTTT )
The Beetle took out his gun and open fire as Black Cat evaded all of his shots while mocking him
Beetle: STAY FUCKING STILL BITCH!
Black Cat: Come and make me!
Meanwhile Venom continues his fight with Rhino, Boomerang and Kraven, as he stood his ground against the three villains. Kraven then moved in closed and slashed his back with his claws
( SLASH )
Venom: OOOOWWW!
Kraven: You may be strong, but you move slow like an old gorilla!
Venom: SHUT UP!
( WHAM )
Kraven: AGH!
Venom launched a tentacle attack and knocked Kraven back
Venom: WHO WANTS SOME!
Boomerang: HEY UGLY!
Venom: Huh!?
Boomerang: HAVE SOME EXPLODING BOOMERANGS!
( KABLAAM )
Venom: AAAAGGH!
Boomerang appeared and threw exploding boomerangs at him as they explode. Causing him injury as the smoke appeared, as Rhino charges in
Rhino: YOU'RE MINE FREAK!
Venom: NOT FOR LONG!
With his quick reflexes, Venom used his strength as he grabbed Rhino's horn and threw him in mid-air. Then he turn to Boomerang, who is about to throw another exploding boomerang at him
Boomerang: Another one coming your way!
Venom: NOT QUITE!
( TWIP )
With his quick reflexes, Venom fired his webbing as the exploding boomerang became stuck on Boomerang's hand
Boomerang: What the!?
Venom: Enjoy!
( BWHOOM )
Boomerang: AAAAAGGH!
The exploding boomerang was set off, as it blew of Boomerang's right arm. Causing him a considerable amount of pain as the explosion burned his skin off from his arm
Venom: Look at that. You lost an arm there
Boomerang: YOU FUCKING BASTARD!
Just then Kraven moves in and jumps directly for another strike
Kraven: You're mine!
Venom: Not for long!
( TWIP )
Venom fired his black webbing and threw Kraven across the road as he landed near were Ronin and Scorpion are fighting, as she landed some blows until he landed a kick and both held their weapons
Scorpion: You stood your ground well, but you lack the skills
Ronin: Already knew that, but I'm still the guy that's going to kick your ass!
As the battle rages on, Carmine Karnelli sees the Scorpion and is filled with anger as he picks up two guns
Carmine Karnelli: Sons of bitches. YOU SONS OF BITCHES!
Ronin: What the!?
Carmine Karnelli: DIE!
Scorpion: Argh!
Carmine Karnelli: DIE YOU MUTHA FUCKERS DIE!
Carmine fired at Scorpion and attempts to hit her, while Ronin went out of firing range, until Beetle sees the remaining Karnelli member
Beetle: Bloody hell. Well I know how to sort the bugger off
Beetle activates his gauntlet as he displays his mini-beetle drones
Black Cat: What!?
Beetle: Be with you in a minute sweetheart!
Beetle flies above and revealed himself to Karnelli and sent out his mini-beetle drones
Carmine Karnelli: WHAT THE!?
Beetle: GO ON MY SON!
The mini-beetle drones took off and head directly at Carmine and attaches itself onto him
Carmine Karnelli: AGH! WHAT THE FUCK!?
Beetle: INJECTED BY THE TOSSER ON YOUR ARSE BATIMAN!
Carmine Karnelli: AAAAAHHH!
Beetle: GET IN!
( EXPLODE )
With the drones attached onto Carmine Karnelli, Beetle activates his gauntlet and set them off. Killing Carmine Karnelli in the process as he exploded into a million pieces
Ronin: NO!
Venom: The hell!?
Black Cat: Oh my god!
Beetle: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!
Meanwhile, Wizard is still seen injured on the damage car he's on as he tries to get up
Wizard: Must… get help… Can't… Let this… end
Hobgoblin: I'm afraid it is
Hobgoblin appeared and fired a laser beam from his finger tips as the car he was on exploded. With debris exploding everywhere
( BOOM )
Wizard: AAAAAAGGH!
The Wizard was burnt on the floor, while in deep pain. Caught the attention of both the heroes and villains as they see Hobgoblin, along with Menace, Bullseye, Typhoid Mary, Diamondback, and White Rabbit
Venom: Huh!?
Rhino: Is that?
Kraven: It is
Boomerang: Ah hell
Black Cat: What the?
Beetle: Well this is interesting
Ronin: No
Scorpion: Hobgoblin
Hobgoblin: Well this I not what I expect to see
Diamondback: And yet they are here
Bullseye: Holy crap, its that dude
Typhoid Mary: So they've done the work for us
Hobgoblin: Doesn't matter, White Rabbit?
White Rabbit took out her umbrella and approached towards the burnt and injured Wizard while she sings
Wizard: Are you… joking!?
White Rabbit: ( singing ) "It's time. It's time! When logic and proportioonnn have falleeeeeeen sloppy dead and the white knight is talking backwards and the red queen's off with his head! Reeeeeeemember what the dormouse said: Feed your head" ( Ka-chik ) FEEEEEEED YOUR HEAD!
Wizard: AAAAAK!
White Rabbit turned her umbrella into a tommy gun and opened fie at Wizard, as the fire killed him in the process. Shocking the group to see him dead in front of them
Beetle: Fuck!
Black Cat: Oh god!
Venom: Whaa!?
Boomerang: WIZARD!
Kraven: No!
Rhino: Oh god no!
Scorpion: Wizard!
Ronin: Oh no!
With Wizard dead, Hobgoblin took out his pumpkin blades and readies his assault on them
Hobgoblin: Well now, it's time you all face the wrath of the Hobgoblin!
AUTHOR'S NOTE: The most hardest thing to do in this story is get the action scenes right, and I still don't even know if I did got it right. Another element I'm adding are sound effect, which is also a challenge if you need to get the sound right
Anyway, here we have Ronin, Venom, and Black Cat versus few members of the Sinister Syndicate, but now the Hobgoblin and his crew are also there and trouble will be upon them
Some delays are to be expected, and fight scenes tend to take more time to do so. Anyway I hope you enjoyed it
