Summary

Wilson Fisk who is the gangster known as The Kingpin is back in New York City with a mission of polluting the drinking water as a way to force the citizens of the city to buy drinking water from a company that he finances.Can Spider-Man with the help of his student Gill Gal team up to stop the gangster to bring New York City to her knees?

Note

The story is loosely based on the Spider-Man cartoon called "The Wrath Of The Sub Mariner" from the 1980s. In this case instead of the Sub Mariner teaming up with Spider-Man, it will be his student Elizabeth "Erika" Parker who besides being a champion swimmer in the breast stoke area of the sport, she is also secretly Gill Gal who gained her power as the female answer to The Creature Of The Dark Lagoon.

Spider-Man is laying down in a prone position after the Kingpin released a net that contained electricity which like sleep gas can knockout anyone. As Spider-Man nearly a state of sleep, Gill Gal who has a hearing aid that picks up what he is saying, Erika Parker who is not related to Peter touches her chest area and changes into a female version of the Gill Man (Creature From The Black Lagoon) but looking like a female version enters the offices of the Kingpin as she tells Kingpin "Okay Kingpin. Yiu knocked down the webslinger. Just try that on me. Tough guy, I don't sweat you."

Kingpin then snaps his fingers where all of a sudden ten armed masked men wearing camouflage green uniforms have their rifles aimed at our heroine. Erika then gasps in horror when she tells the Kingpin "Okay tough guy. Now you have your goons aiming your weapons in an attempt to rub me out. Guess what? I also have the agility of a speedy boxer. Fire away goons. Come to mama."

Then one of the hitmen fires his rifle at Gill Gal who jumps out of the way and then she executes a flying somersault which shocks the other hitmen to the point that are in suspended animation like statues as Kingpin yells in horror "Girlfriend you are not human. No one who looks like a creature from the Black Lagoon movies can execute a move like that."

Gill Gal then shoots from her mouth a mist that has a stun cloud that covers Kingpin's face as he is frozen stiff like a statue as Spider-Man tells his student "Thank you for being my savior. Could you get this net off of me since I am still a little bit woozy from the shock."

Gill Gal replies to Spider-Man "No problem. I am sure that the electrical power has been shut off. Since my policy is to better to be safe than sorry. Let me put on these rubber gloves over my hands so I can free your pretty self from getting your bell rung."

Spider-Man thinks to himself "If Black Cat is my friendly enemy, then Gill Gal makes Batman look like Superman's closest friend by comparison. Now Kingpin will be brought to justice for his crimes after my partner calls up the police since Spider-Man is like an actress promoting a movie that flopped big time in the box office."

Then Gill Gal makes a phone call to the local police as she has the attention of the operator as the police will be going to Kingpin's office to take the rotund businessman to the slammer as well as his henchmen.
