They're made of the same soul, Rose and her brother, in the most literal sense of the idea— no amount of distance can separate them.
So when she looks at this stranger promising her safety and revenge, and a murmur in the back of her mind warns her that this is the man that wronged Jericho, that his intentions are far from safe or kind, she does what any good older sister would do.
She takes the stranger's hand and starts planning her revenge, because to hurt one of them is to hurt them both, and a good sister can't stand for that.
