“I know how to braid hair,” Anakin insists, but she’s tangled in ribbons and Padmé’s hair is in knots, so it sounds less like she’s trying to convince her wife and more like she’s trying to convince herself.
“Really, I can do this myself— I’ve had plenty of practice,” Padmé assures, and Anakin just sighs.
“I know, I know, but it feels nice to do things for you!”
