Tara’s alive.
No one should’ve been able to survive the weight of all that rubble, and yet she did— the earth would never bring her down, not when it could cradle her instead.
It makes her bitter, oddly enough, that she didn’t get to go out in a blaze of glory, but at least she’s alive.
