Xiao
Aether fell on top of Gorou with a loud thud.
"SORRYYYY!" Aether quickly got up, but fell back down again, his face buried in Gorou's stomach.
"It's OKKK!" Gorou had never expected the boy to be so heavy. It was carrying so many boxes of lemons... well not exactly. Aether tried getting up again, but just ended up rolling on the side so he could take his time getting up.
"Are you guys ok?" Yoimiya had finally caught up with them, bending down to look for any injuries.
"Yess! I just tripped on him but we are all fine." Aether rubbed the back of his head, sweat started to form on his temple.
"Are you sure?" She asked, still looking for any injuries.
"It's okay Yoimiya!" Gorou replied, sitting up giggling before taking his time to get up.
"Hmp." The green haired guy appeared next to Yoimiya, folding his arms and glaring at both Aether and Gorou.
"Ah, we should introduce ourselves!" Aether rested his arm around green haired man's shoulder.
"I'm Aether! But you probably already know that from a certain someone." He looked at Yoimiya, as if she had committed murder.
"I didn'tt!" She folded her arms in the exact way the green haired guy folded them.
"Xiao! Introduce yourself!" Aether nudged Xiao, using his waist.
"Xiao." He titled his head up and glared down at Gorou. From the position Gorou was in, Xiao looked like a god, with his head up, glaring at him while having his arms folded. His eyes stared deep into Gorou's soul and he gave off a type of god aura. Gorou was suddenly filled with goosebumps from head to toe.
"I'm Gorou!" He bowed slightly in respect.
"Now that we know each other..." Aether looked at Xiao and smirked.
"Wait! What about meeee?!" Yoimiya stood there, crossing her eyebrows just like an angry bird, just like the baby birds in Angry Birds.
"No one cares about you." The tone of Xiao's voice sent more goosebumps and shivers down Gorou's spine. How could someone be so... scary but be friends with someone like Aether?
"Rude!" Yoimiya turned her face in disapproval, waiting to be emotionally supported by one of her friends. But that never happened. Each just stood there, looking at each other and then Yoimiya's back.
"Let's go." Xiao started walking off to the cherry blossom tree again.
"Come join us Gorou!" Aether started following Xiao, while waving his hand to invite Gorou.
"What about me?!" Yoimiya turned around furiously.
"Shut up." Even though Xiao was way ahead, he had perfect hearing and sounded even more threatening from afar.
"Don't worry. Xiao is like a baby, you just need to get closer to him first. Then you will know what I'm talking about." Aether gazed at Xiao before dragging Gorou with him.
"Bastards." Yoimiya stood there, smoke puffing out of her nose while she walked back to the table with Hu Tao.
"Why don't you sit with everyone else?" Gorou asked suddenly.
"AH I'M SORRY! I DIDN'T MEAN TO ASK YOU THAT IN SUCH A MEAN WAY! AH I'M SORRY!" He whined, bowing up and down.
"IT'S OKAY!" Aether calmed down Gorou after he had a full meltdown, an apologising meltdown.
"Well, to answer your question. I used to sit with everyone else but ever since I started getting closer to Xiao, I've learnt that he is claustrophobic. So we started sitting underneath this tree, it's not a hassle to walk to and there are barely any crowds here." Aether looked at Xiao, who was sitting under the tree, practicing his breathing exercises.
"I feel like me and Xiao have a connection, but I can't describe what I feel." Aether exhaled but kept his eyes on Xiao.
"When I was new to this school, he was the only student that would actually give me a proper tour. Everyone else would prank me, sending me into the janitors closet or giving me fake passes. But after my first day, I had realised many things about Xiao. He isn't that scary, he just has bad experiences with students in this school, causing him to be cold to anyone he doesn't know. Many students also avoid him because of that, both in class and at lunch. Even on the bus. It's ridiculous." Aether sighed and shook his head in disbelief.
"Wow..." Gorou had to process so much. He had just met this guy, and he was already telling him about how him and Xiao met.
"Ah, i said too much again." Aether slapped his forehead.
"No! I enjoyed listening to you." Gorou gently held onto Aethers arm.
"I mean to say, it's sweet how you care about Xiao so much." He looked at Xiao, still sitting there, as still as a stone.
"Thank you Gorou. Not many people enjoy listening to me." Aether's mood was like a rollercoaster.
"Anyways! Let's go! You can get closer to Xiao!" Aether dragged Gorou again, towards Xiao and the Cherry blossom tree.
"Xiao! Is it okay if Gorou sits with us?" Aether asked as he let go of Gorou's wrist and went to sit down next to Xiao.
"Sure." Xiao kept looking at the ground, not paying any attention to Gorou.
"Do you guys have any lunch to eat?" Gorou asked trying to start a conversation with both Xiao and Aether.
"Yeah. I gave it to Aether." Xiao moved his gaze towards the cherry blossom's leaves.
"Oh what was it?" Gorou looked in the same place Xiao was looking at, trying to figure what was so important for him to be paying all his attention to it.
"Ramen." Then silence.
"..."
"RINGGGG!" The bell rang loudly, making Gorou jump.
"What do you have now?" Aether asked, finally breaking the silence.
"Hmm, let me check." Gorou took out his timetable from his bag.
"Geography." He groaned in disappointment.
"Me and Xiao also have geography. Let's go togetehr!" Aether started getting up, swinging his bag over his shoulder.
"Sure!" Gorou was short behind to follow getting up.
"..." Xiao still sat still, before slowly getting up as well.
