Maths Class
"Good morninggggg." Itto walked into the classroom stretching his arms out.
"Itto. We have discussed this many times now. No.1 Don't come late to my class No.2 Don't interrupt the class." Mrs. Beidou stated, watching Itto.
"But Missssssssss, I was helping the new kid." He sat in his chair yawning and pointed at the door. Gorou realised this was his que to walk inside the class and introduce himself.
"Hi Miss." Gorou walked into the classroom and felt all eyes on him again.
"Wow, you weren't lying Itto. Welcome! Would you like to introduce yourself to the class?" Ms Beidou stepped back and allowed Gorou to stand in front of the class.
"Hi everyone, my name's Gorou, I'm 16 and just moved from Liyue High School." Gorou smiled, trying his best to not look down.
Miss Beidou broke the silence, "does anyone have any questions for Gorou?" A hand rose straight up. Gorou looked at the student, she had dark brown hair and scarlet eyes.
"Can we be friends?" She rose up from her seat and smiled at Gorou.
"Sure." He replied, *yes, first friend! Wait, Itto's kind of like my friend as well... Second friend then!* He smiled back at her and waited at the front for a few minutes for any further questions.
Just before he was about to sit down someone asked, "Why are you so skinny?"
Gorou looked around the class but couldn't tell who said it.
"It was me, duck face." A guy rose up from his chair, possibly could be a friend of Itto's but he didn't know.
"Dottore, don't be rude. I apologise Gorou, go take a seat next to Hu Tao." Ms Beidou pointed at Hu Tao, who was the same brown haired girl who asked to be his friend. The girl smiled and rose up to help Gorou know who it was. He hurriedly walked to the right side of the room and sat in the seat next to her.
"Now class start doing chapter 12, exercise 5, questions 1-7 while I help out Gorou with the work." The teacher wrote the expectations on the board before walking over to Gorou to teach him the work.
"So Gorou, do you need any help?" She bent down slightly to take a better view of his book.
"No miss, I understand what to do." Gorou started writing down question one, then he was able to solve it within 2 minutes.
"Well, I'll come take a look at your book at the end of the lesson to check that you do." She rose up and started walking around the room before coming back to her desk to sit down.
"When's your birthday?" The girl next to him whispered.
"May 18, when's yours?" He asked back, moving onto question 3.
"Aw, your older then me, I'm July 15." She replied back.
"When did you come to this school?" Gorou asked, already starting question 5.
"In year 7, so 2 years ago. I was about to ask when you came but that would be kinda dumb of me." She giggled quietly.
"Guess when I came then." He quietly chuckled.
"Hmmmm, 9 years ago?" She asked, obviously proud of herself.
"Nope, only 2 hours ago." He replied.
Big mistake. Hu Tao started laughing her head off, causing all the attention to go on herself, but she just couldn't help it.
"Hu Tao, stop laughing and do your work. You're distracting everyone else around you." The teacher looked up from her phone and gave a glare to Hu Tao.
"Oops. Sorry miss." She looked back on the question she was on, trying to stop herself from laughing again and getting into trouble.
"Sorry, am I that funny?" Gorou whispered after some time.
"No sherlock, I started laughing because a cockroach went in my mouth." She rolled her eyes but giggled quietly. Gorou had to cover his mouth with his hand to stop himself from laughing.
"Ring, ring. Ring, ring." Miss Beidou's phone started ringing, scaring her.
"Students, this is a very important call, I'll be just outside. Continue doing your work." She stood up from her chair and walked to the door, answering the call.
"Hey baby gworl." Miss Beidou closed the door behind her. Just as she did, the class started laughing.
"That is so normal here." Hu Tao commented, slapping Gorou's shoulder from the laughter.
"Do I have to get used to her saying that now?" He whined, slapping Hu Tao's shoulder as well.
"Yes, yes my child you will." Hu Tao slowed down her slaps, same with Gorou.
"Oh wait! Have you met Childe yet?" She asked him, staring into his eyes.
"No? Why?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
"NO WAY! YOU HAVE TO! I WILL SHOW YOU HIM LATER! AH MEMORIES!" She started slapped Gorou's poor arm again.
"My arm..." He whined before giving her a puppy look.
"I-... If I were a guy, I would be gay for you." She snorted by accident and looked at Gorou in shock. Gorou couldn't help but laugh at her.
"Okay students, who's finished?" Miss Beidou came back in the classroom, putting her phone into her pocket. The whole class raised their hand, even Hu Tao who didn't even finish question 1.
"Well everyone is good, I just need to check Gorou's work." She started walking over to Gorou's desk.
"Did you do the work?" Hu Tao whispered, trying not to look suspicious.
"Yeah, did you even finish question 1?" He asked, also trying not to look suspicious.
"No." Hu Tao replied.
"Show me your work Gorou." Miss Beidou stood in front of his desk, waiting to check his book. Gorou slowly turned his exercise book around to show his answers and just watched the teacher put on her glasses.
"Hm, let's see. Yep, 1+ 6x. Correct. Yep, yep, yep. Alrighty then." She turned his book back around to face him and looked at him in the eye.
"Good job Gorou! Everythings right." Just as she said her sentence the bell went for next period.
"Class dismissed! If you didn't do the homework, then it's due tomorrow. I'll be checking." She yelled above the bell as the students started packing their bags and walking out of the classroom.
Gorou saw Itto walk out of the class with a bunch of his friends. Or at least, he thought they were his friends, since it seemed like they followed him around. Just like butlers or servants.
"What do you have now?" Hu Tao asked packing her stuff into her aesthetic maroon bag. Gorou checked his timetable, while putting his bag onto his shoulders.
"Commerce." He sighed as he waited for Hu Tao.
"I have gardening." She fake cried while putting her bag on her shoulders and joining Gorou.
"Meet me in front of the lockers after class okay?" She looked at Gorou making sure he understood where that was.
"Okay. See ya." He waved goodbye to her and started walking up the stairs to his class.
"See you Gorou! Stay out of trouble!" She yelled, waving and smiling.
*Commerce here I come* Gorou thought as he reached the second floor.
