English was absolutely tiring. Don’t get it wrong, Charles absolutely loves English, but the kids in the class were the definition of stupid. He doesn’t mean to use such an insult but these kids couldn’t read any Dr. Seuss book.
Once the bell rang, Charles immediately speed runs out of that class, he knows that if he slowed down even just a bit he’d run into the ‘always making out’ couple in the hallway. How could you make out with someone in front of the whole damn school? It wasn’t his problem, he just needed to get to the cafeteria to meet his sister, Raven. It was always so hard to find Raven through the crowd. Almost every girl had blonde hair, it was hard to tell who was who. Once Charles grabbed the shoulder of a wrong girl and nearly got into a fight. Never again. Charles usually found Raven waiting for him at the one of the large table where their friend group sat. People who filled the chairs were Hank, Erik, Emma frost, Jean, Scott, and others that Charles couldn’t remember the name of. Most of the table was friends of friends, other than that there was an open spot next
