Peter is excited, in one week the avengers are coming over for their monthly get together. He couldn’t wait for Thor and Loki to come back to earth. Harley comes over into the living room, “ Hey darlin how are you? Everything alright?” Peter looks at him, “Hey Harl’s I’m doing good. I was just thinking about next week. What about you?” Harley's face lights up with a smile “I'm doing great sweetheart. Are you going patrolling tonight?” To which Peter replies, “Yeah, so don’t go staying up, you need to sleep. Got it?” Harley chuckles “yeah yeah whatever you say, princess. Good night love. See you tomorrow.” Peter blushes “love you, good 2,611 days have passed making it the start of a new week, and Peter was at his decathlon club meeting when Mr. Harrington interrupted the discussion.
“Alright kids, I have an announcement to make. Because the team won nationals, the school decided that you guys can go on a field trip to… drum roll please” No one moved. “Um… ok well the place is Stark Industries!!” The group unanimously explodes in excitement. “Ok ok students calm down now, the field trip is on Saturday the 3rd. So you have to find a way to get to the school on your own and a way back from the school. You also have to sign waivers and NDA’s before you can go.” He looks at the time, “Well, it looks like times up today, come and grab the papers on the way out. Ah Mr. Parker, stay back because I have to talk to you briefly.” Flash laughs out while leaving “Ooo Penis Parker is in trouble!”
After everyone leaves Mr. Harrington begins to speak “Now Mr. Parker, if you don't come clean right you won't be able to go on the trip.” Peter gets confused by this “About what sir?” Mr. Harrington sighs “Your fake internship at S.I. Mr. Parker.” Peter gets upset as he already gave the school proof of his internship. Even Flash believed it! “But I'm not lying, I do have an internship!” Mr. Harrington looks guilty “Look Peter I’m sorry but, the school doesn’t need a liar to take future possible field trips to S.I. away.”
Peter knowing nothing will change his mind replies “I understand Mr. Harrington, have a good day.” Peter runs out to Happy’s car. When Happy hears him get in the car he speaks up, “Hey kid! Ready for-” he sees Peter surprisingly angry and upset,
“What's wrong? What happened? Who did it?” Peter speaks with a pout “Can I just tell you at the same time as everyone else please?” Happy watches as Peter Starts to collect himself, “Sure kid.” The rest of the drive is quiet. When Happy and Peter reach the penthouse they are greeted by Tony, Pepper, and Harley chatting. Tony looks at them as they walk in and notices Peter is upset. "Who hurt my kid? He's only been at the school today. I'll have to get Friday to get me the camera feed for it later,,,” he thinks before getting up and asking him himself, “Bambino are you ok what’s wrong?” Peter goes up and hugs him while replying, “My decathlon team is going on a field trip here next week…, but my teacher said I couldn’t go. He said because they don’t need a lair to ruin the school's field trip opportunities here.”
Pepper then approached Peter and asks, “Why would your teacher think that you're a liar sweetheart?” Peter looks down and mumbles. “He thinks that my internship is fake.” Tony blurts out “What! But I filed the paperwork and gave it to the school!” Peter sighs and lets go of Tony then clings onto Harley who is still on the couch before speaking again, “Yeah well, he’s the only one that thinks it’s fake. Besides the field trip is on the 3rd, and now that I think about it, I don't want to be embarrassed by everyone. So…. maybe it’s a good thing.” Harley hugs him a little tighter. While the adults all looked with pity at him.
After Tony thought for a while he spoke up, “Friday make a protocol to notify me and Happy if his teacher… What's his name?” Peter quips in “His name is Mr. Harrington.” Tony then continues, “If he gets near Peter while he is chaperoning the kids, tell us where they both are. After he leaves, ban him from all Stark industries buildings.” Friday replies, “May I ask why not just outright ban him from all buildings?” Harley then replies “There's only a week till the field trip, for them to find a new teacher willing to waste their Saturday watching kids, It would be unlikely. So it wouldn't be fair on the them.” Friday then states. “Protocol has been made. What would you like to name it?” Happy chimes in “Name it protocol Bambi.” Friday responds, “Affirmative may I recommend watching a movie to unwind for the night?”
Harley speaks up “Come on Sweet pea you get to pick the movie tonight!” Peter protests “But it’s your night to pick one!” Harley “Ok and I decide to watch whatever my boyfriend wants to watch,” Peter curls up in his lap, “Can we watch star wars the clone wars please?” Everyone gets down to start to watch the show, ending the day on a good note. Sooner than expected It's the day everyone is present at the tower.
Peter wakes up and lets out a big yawn. After getting dressed he went out to greet all of the avengers that made it. “Good morning Underoos you're just in time for lunch, Thor made it.'' Tony greeted him while drinking his 12th cup of coffee for the day. Peter Knowing Thor can’t cook for anything responded, "Um.. sorry uncle Thor I promised Harley I'd show him the new Mexican stand in the cafeteria, b-but please make sure to save me some! I would love to have it later!” Thor beamed “Of course man of spiders! I’ll make sure there's enough left for you, and of course for Stark's son as well, I know how important it is to keep promises with loved ones!” Peter smiles “Thank you uncle Thor!” then grabs Harley so they can get to the elevator.
Once inside Harley asks, “Darlin, love, light of my life, why did you stop me from eating food THE THOR made?” Harley asked, looking at Peter. After a few seconds Peter answered “Um…well you see Thor can't cook and I'd rather not have my boyfriend die of food poisoning.” Harley sighs and then smiles as the elevator doors open to the cafeteria, “Ok love show me this new stall” Peter happily obliges “Come on this way!”
All of a sudden, someone cuts them off while they were walking. “MR. PARKER WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?! YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED ON THIS TRIP I HAVE THE GROUNDS TO SUSPEND YOU OR EVEN EXPEL YOU-” Before he could continue Harley interrupted, “NOW! Why are you talking down to my darling like that?” At the same time Friday activated the protocol Bambi. When Mr. Harrington looked at Harley, “And who are you little boy?” Harley angrily shouted “I SHOULD BE THE ONE TO ASK THAT! Y’all come into my company thinking you can talk to my partner like that!” Peter adds on more calmly, “He’s one of the heirs of this company um.., Harley Kenner heard of him?” Flash overhearing this laughs, “ Damn Penis Parker, I knew you had an internship but I didn’t know you had to get on your knees for it!” Harley feels as though he sees red and runs up to Flash punching him in the face which ends up being how the avengers find them.
Flash falls to the ground with Harley still hitting him, now in the gut and face. They look over and see Peter with worry in his eyes asking Harley to stop beating up Flash, when they hear Mr. Harrington start yelling at Peter to make Harley stop. Hearing this, Harley changed targets, and as he lunged towards Mr. Harrington Steve grabbed him, while Bucky grabbed the teacher to be escorted off the property. Clint followed after with Flash. Tony then states to all the students present, “Sorry guys but I think this will be the end of your field trip. I'll have Pepper get with your school to talk about having your parents pick you up sooner. Oh and have the bus pull around. Tour guide please lead them down to their bus pick up area.”
After the group left Tony looked over at Peter and Harley, “Go get some food then come up and we can watch a movie ok Underoos, Harls?” Peter nods his head. Harley replies “Yeah got it old man.” Harley puts his arm around Peter and afterwards they go get in line for Mexican food. Once they head back up they eat their food while enjoying each other's company.
Once they finish, they go to the living room and start watching movies with the others. Peter falls asleep after the fourth movie into Harley’s arms. With his family around, he knows that they will always be there for him.
