No one POV
Naruto was walking towards Tsunade’s office for a new mission as he walks into the office, he sees all the rookie nine, their sensei’s and team gai.
“your finally here brat. Now I can tell you all why you all are here. I have heard from the other shinobi that there is no inter-team bonding between you kids. So you all will go on a mission together and find the coded scrolls in the village of the clouds ”said Tsunade
Chaos ensued. All the kids were yelling on top of their voices.
“SHUT UP AND GET OUT OF HERE.FIGHT SOMEWHERE ELSE.” Tsunade said punching the table
Naruto had been silent the entire time in Tsunade’s office which is weird since he was never quiet
Naruto POV
I was thinking about what Tsunade had said while we were walking towards the training grounds to discuss further details of the mission. Every year all the rookie teams are made to go on a mission together to have team bonding. I knew this because I used to spy on the genin teams as a child. It was a tradition but we did not have it because, well, a lot happened.
“…….. these are all the details of the mission. We will meet at the gate tomorrow at 5 and start the mission” Kakashi sensei said
“LET US HAVE THE YOUTHFUL FIRE OF TEAM BONDING” Gai and Lee yelled. I swear they have the same braincell.
I was nervous because I had changed a lot after the trip with pervy sage and even before I used to pretend a lot of times during the academy and afterwards too but I told myself to calm down.
THE NEXT DAY
Dammit I’m late, I’m late, I’m late.
I finally reached the gate. When I reached Sakura punched me and said-
“WHY ARE YOU LATE YOU DUMBO” I could have easily dodged that but I’m lazy so I let her hit me
“OW OW IM SORRY SAKURA” I yelled. I don’t know why I still let her do it before the trip with pervy sage it was because I had a crush on her but now I don’t, she is not even my preferred gender.
I looked around to see everyone there and even a few extra people like Ibiki sensei and Anko sense from the chunin exams
‘Yo! I’m here can we start this mission’ Kakashi said
“YOUR LATE” Sakura yelled again I covered my ears because they are sensitive.
“Let’s just start the mission ” Asuma sighed and said
IN NARUTOS MIND -
‘Do we have to this mission?’ Kurama said (The nine tailled fox )
We were not friend but we are not enemies either right now. We both have understood that we need each other to survive so we act civil with each other.
‘Finally awake sleepy head and yes we have to this hell of a mission.
