This companion to "An Unexpected Turn" follows the relationship between Kankuro and Naoki while still going through the storyline of Naruto Shippuden. It would make more sense to read "An Unexpected Turn" first but you're more than welcome to read it in any order you please. I hope you enjoy reading this work as much as I do writing it.
