Anna and Game Night

When is there ever a time when Anne and Kat aren't trying to set chaos? When is there ever a time when Anna doesn’t join them? When is there a time when they all had to get scolded by their partners? When —

“Dear?” An angelic voice came from the kitchen as she traced the sound back to her beautiful girlfriend. They had to throw away their burnt cookies and retry again. At least, Jane was in a better mood now.

“Help?” Anna chuckled, rolling up Jane’s sleeves and planting a kiss on her temple.

“What was that for?” Jane asked as she went back to cutting out cookies again.

“What? I can’t kiss my beautiful girlfriend now?” Anna teased as Jane threw a batch of cookie dough. Anna was laughing, then Anne walked in.

“Food fight!” Before Jane could say anything, Anne grabbed a handful of flour nearby and threw them in Jane’s direction. Jane forgot what she was doing and dragged Anna in front of her to protect her.

“I will protect you!” Anna tried to defend Jane, but a certain someone also joined in. Cathy splashed water from a bottle onto Jane; Anna moved right in time to defend her.

“Knight in shiny armor, huh?” Before Anne could cause anymore chaos, her girlfriend stepped right in. Picture this, Anna covered in flour, water, and cookie dough while Jane was hiding behind her. Anne’s hands were covered in powder white as Cathy held a somewhat empty bottle of water. Kat was following behind Catalina as the first queen wanted to strangle someone.

“Corazón [heart], don’t you fucking dare,” The first time any of the queens hear Catalina curse. They all stood there. Anne and Cathy looked guilty as Jane hid behind on Anna’s shoulder.

“Anne Boleyn and Catherine Parr, what on earth were you two thinking?!” Catalina voiced left Anna’s mind as she and Jane went up to the shower, “Let’s head out before we get caught up in this mess.”

She knew that Anne and Cathy were in deep shit when Catalina said their full name. She could hear Catalina’s voice when they reached their bedroom.

“Wanna join me?” Anna questioned Jane who was about to go to her room. Jane nodded as Anna went to go get her clothes before heading off to their shared bathroom. It was the bathroom that connected Anna and Jane’s room together. Anna had discarded her clothes when Jane came in with her clothes. Anna brushed off bits of food from her clothes while Jane stood frozen, staring.

“Engel [Angel],” Jane stopped staring as she started to strip as her cheeks flushed red, but Anna paid no attention and turned on the shower and got in first. Jane just stood there, flustered before getting into the shower. God, Anna looked so majestic even when there was white powder in her hair and bits of cookie dough on her face. You could still hear Catalina chewing out Anne and Cathy while Kat laughed in the back, even in their high pressure shower.

“Come here, I want to wash your hair,” Anna moved out of the way as Jane walked under the showerhead. The water drops ran through Jane’s hair as Anna poured a healthy amount of vanilla scented shampoo. Jane sighed as Anna started to massage her scalp. Her hands undo every knot in her mind. Jane was humming quietly, thinking that Anna couldn’t hear her.

“You sing beautifully,” Jane paused as her face went red, but Anna’s hands never stopped massaging. Her voice never faltered,  “please continue.”

“Only because you said please,” Jane continued to hum quietly and soon became singing quietly as she started to sing ‘you are my sunshine’ (Christina Perri). Anna had already lattered Jane’s hair with conditioner as her hands were all over Jane with body wash. When Anna was on her knees to get the lower half of Jane, Jane grabbed her chin.

“You’ll never know, dear~” Anna stared at Jane as her hands continued to massage Jane’s thighs.

“How much I love you,” A blush creeped on the fourth queen. Her skin was growing a bit cold from the lack of water reaching her, but Jane’s touch was heating her up just fine. Then, Jane’s tone turned into sadness.

“Please, don’t take my sunshine away,” A tear washed up upon Jane’s face as Anna got up and kissed her tears away.

“I’m glad that I have you,” Tears of happiness rolled down as Anna held Jane close as she cried gently on her shoulder, letting the water soothe them both.

“I won’t leave you, promise,” Anna started to wash the conditioner out of her girlfriend’s hair. Jane’s breathing became more even as Anna kissed her temples.

“You guys better not be having sex in there!” Catalina knocked, shouting from Jane’s locked door. It caught both of them off guard.

“We are not!” Anna yelled back as Jane just buried her face in Anna’s chest.

“Come out! We are having game night!” Catalina roared back, leaving them to finish up showering. For a moment, they both burst out laughing for a moment. They got out of the shower as soon as possible, and Anna was drying Jane as Jane laughed. Jane was ticklish, and Anna was making the most out of it.

“Anna! They are waiting for us!” Anna was kissing Jane’s stomach and her neck where she was most ticklish. Jane couldn’t stop laughing as Anna smiled and loved every moment of this. Anna let Jane dry her as she made jokes and goofy faces every time she looked at her.

“Stop making me laugh, honey!”

“Not when you are this adorable, Liebe,” Anna smiled, and then they finally finished up and got out into the living room where they were setting up the Game of Life. Anne was picking her car as they went to their respective color. Catalina went with yellow, Anne went with green, Kat went with pink, and Cathy went with blue. All that was left was red and orange. Anna and Jane sat down and looked at the remaining cars as Anne and Kat were placing pink pegs into the driver seat of everyone else's vehicle. Jane was looking a bit upset as she stared at the orange car.

“I’ll take the orange one, Liebe. You can have the red one,” Jane looked at Anna in disbelief, but she simply nodded and took the orange one.

“But-”

“Anytimes we played the Game of Life, you were always so upset that they didn’t have a white car, so you always ended up with orange,” Anna explained as Cathy went over the rules to Kat, who was trying to remember how to play the game.

“T-Thank you, Anna,” Jane thanked her as she remembered how Anna always remembered how she liked her tea to be made and added her secret ingredient; her tea was always better. However, Anna would never spill what it was, saying it was love.

“No need to thank me. I love you, Jane Seymour,” Jane’s heart skipped a beat when Anna said her full name. Gosh, how was Jane’s heart going to take it when she changed her last name to Von Cleves? Anna smiled as Jane's face became red as she tried to not think how their (future) married life was going to be.

“You guys, done being sappy over there?” Anne disturbed their moment.

“Like you and Königin are any better,” Anna defended. She remembers a time when some guy gagged when Anna kissed Jane in public once. It was a group hangout, and each couple were holding each other's hands. Anna wanted to kiss Jane, so she got Jane to turn her head and kiss her. She giggled, but then they heard sounds of gagging. Never in a million years would she expect to have to pick up Jane from the police station because Jane started arguing with the guy. The guy didn’t back off and started using homophobic slurs on Anna because of how ‘unfeminine’ she was. Not only that, he touched Anna. Final straw. Jane, without any thought, kicked him straight in the balls with heels. Then, Anne and Kat joined in too. Catalina made sure that Anna was okay, and Cathy went to call the police.

“For once, can you not start a fight, querida,” Catalina Intercepted as Kat spun a five on the wheel. Anne spun a three, Cathy spun an eight, and Catalina spun a one. They were spinning to see who went first.

“Ladies, first,” Anna led Jane to spin first.

“Why thank you, love,” Jane kissed Anna’s knuckles as she spun an seven. Anna then spun an eight.

“How does it always end up being a competition between Anna and Cathy?” Jane chuckled as Anna and Cathy somehow both spun a one. Then, they both spun a five. Finally, Anna spun a nine while Cathy spun an eight.

“So order is Anna, Cathy, Jane, Kat, Anne, and then me,” Catalina reiterated as she sighed. Cathy was reading To Kill a Mockingbird as Kat tried to get her attention. Anne was in Catalina’s lap. Anna was holding Jane’s hands. They were gathered around their coffee table as Kat and Cathy sat on the floor, while everyone else sat on the couch. Everyone got their money as they started with the game.

“I’ll take the college route,” Anna went and spun a three. Majority went through the college route except for Jane and Kat. It was a major shock that Anne took the college route. Before they reached the marriage part, Cathy was in the lead, Anne in second, then Anna fuming in third, while Kat, Catalina, and Jane placed respectively. Anne was the first to reach the marriage part.

“I could like rob Catalina and stick her in my passenger seat,”

“I don’t even trust you to drive,” Catalina bit back as Anne tried to take her piece. She stuck out her tongue, but Catalina really gave her a French kiss.

“R-rude, but you are second to last right now, so who is really losing here?” Anne was trying to recollect herself.

“I mean that there are no rules saying that,” Kat interrupted as she traced invisible patterns on Cathy’s arm, “so hypothetically, she could.”

“Are we going to play by those rules?” Anna asked as she smirked, looking at Jane.

“Why not? We would land on combined paydays, buy houses together, have children, and retire like married couples?” Cathy listed as the group decided to go by that, so Anne basically took Catalina’s peg. Then, Cathy hit the next marriage point. She took Kat who was overjoyed basically hugging Cathy when it happened. However, Anna had overplans. She constantly spun low numbers like she was doing it on purpose. It was to the point that she was dead last, she reached a lot of paydays till Jane reached the marriage checkmark. At this point, Catalina and Anne had already bought a house and had two children. Kat and Cathy had one child. However, Anna had managed to achieve every single payday spots as well as good action cards and landed on her bonus number. When she moved with Jane, she began to spin higher numbers than five. The person winning right now was Anne with a high paying job and taking the risky route despite Catalina protest. Soon, they were the first to finish, ending with a luxury flat, some bonus from both of their jobs combined and two children. Kat wanted to take the risky route, but Cathy refused it. They ended with a studio apartment, a child, and somehow three pets (two cats and a dog). Cathy got a shit ton of bonus as a doctor whenever someone spun a ten. Kat also paid decently well. Then, Anna ended with a dream vila, a child, and a lot of bonus because Anne kept on spinning on nines. Anna’s career was as a lawyer, and the bonus number was nine. At some point, Catalina spun for Anne but also landed on a nine. Needless to say, Anne probably paid up to $200K to Anna because of her spins. In the end, Anna and Jane won by a large margin. Catalina and Anne won second place, while Cathy and Kat sat with numbers really close to Catalina and Anne.

“Well, that was fun,” Anne sighed as she went to clean up the board game. Jane squeezed Anna’s hand. Anna lent in as often this was a sign that Jane wanted to say something to her privately. Instead, when Anna lent in, Jane kissed her on the cheek and was lightly giggling like a little kid. Gosh, Anna really did adore Jane. She pushed Jane down on the couch as her lips met with her neck. Jane’s laughter filled the living room as the other queens watched Jane come undone with neck kisses.

“Anna! Stop it!” Jane tried to sound mad, but her tone was just full of joy. Then, a sound of Anne taking pictures of them on Jane’s phone. Her phone had fell out of her pocket.

“Anne. HOW THE FUCK DID YOU GET MY PHONE?!” Jane escaped from Anna’s grasp as she went around the house chasing her second cousin; Anne ran with the phone until handing it off to Kat who froze for a moment before starting to run too.

“We sure are dating crazy people,” Catalina sighed as Anne managed to hop over the kitchen table without hurting herself with Jane’s phone.

“But I wouldn’t have it any other way,” Anna stated as she watch Jane tackle Anne down by also jumping over the table.

“Likewise,” Cathy looked up from her book to see Kat join the pile. Her face agreed as she looked at the way Kat smiles.

“Cuddle pile!” Kat jumped on top of Jane.

“Oof!” Anne said as Jane finally got her phone back.
