Time travelling Obi-Wan makes BAMF speech to Sidious
Ben did not smile, but for the first time in weeks Obi-Wan felt true amusement from him.
"Did you believe you could win, Sidious? That the Sith would at last destroy the Jedi, all at your hands?"
Ben's lightsaber ignited and the Sith Master - Sidious - produced a hissing sound of temper when it easily redirected a bolt of Force lightning into the wall.
"Do not be too upset. The problem with this goal of the Sith is that it's impossible to achieve."
Obi-Wan glanced at the others, but they were just as focused on Ben as he had been, as Sidious was. Power gathered, weighing on the room like a storm nearly arrived, and Obi-Wan's eyes were drawn back as well as his master became wreathed in a hazy blue glow.
"You can never destroy the Jedi, Sidious. After all, you cannot kill the Force. And we may have taken a winding path away from our nature, just as you planned, but no person and no path can change what we are."
And Ben did smile then as the blue glow around him ignited.
"I am not a servant of the Senate. I am not a servant of the Republic. I am a Jedi. That means," Ben's smile faded and his voice claimed depth and echoes human vocal chords should not be able to produce.
"I am one with the Force and the Force is with me."
