With her help, they try to keep their secret hidden as best they could in a village filled with experienced ninjas. However, it seems like faith has other plans for them as all four are kidnapped one day on a wrongly labeled C-rank mission. Note
The inspiration for this story was from another story I read on the Fanfiction site. It was called "Mama is a student" I loved it so much that I made my own version of it. How you all like it. If you don't then oh well, this was mostly for me anyway.

In the future pt. 2

Shikamaru hung up the phone with Mia, he got up to look for his cellphone. Since he was still in the academy, he was allowed to carry a cellphone just like the rest of the civilian population does. However, when he becomes a ninja, he would not be allowed to take his phone out of the village while he's on a mission as possible village secrets could be leaked through the use of the phone. With that in mind, children going to the academy are only permitted to get their own cellphones after reaching the age of ten with good grades.

Shikamaru didn't mind putting forward some effort to get a cellphone if it meant that his parents wouldn't be so strict with his curfew as before. All he needed to do was let them know where he was so that they wouldn't worry, though it didn't stop his mother from doing much of that in recent months. After finding his cell, Shikamaru pulled on a light jacket and headed for the door while dialing Chouji's number. He was a little mad that Naruto had not gotten proved for a phone just yet since his new identity as Mia was still technically pending. One of the laws of the village was that you had to be a legal resident of the village to actually purchase the phone.

"Hello?" Chouji picked up after two rings, "Shika, what's up, I was just about to come over to your house."

"Change of plans, Cho," Shikamaru said as he made his way outside. He turned to close the front door behind him after calling out a quick 'later' to his parents. He would be sure to text them later after he was done talking to Chouji and Hinata.

Chouji could hear the urgency in Shikamaru's voice, "what's the matter? Is there something wrong with Mia?"

"Yeah," Shikamaru started running towards his clan's gates, "apparently Sasuke followed them to the library and is taking him to SkyLight Cafe."

"What?! You mean that cafe?" Chouji asked thinking about the one and only cafe in the village with that name. Apparently, there have been rumors floating around that couples can go there to do other things rather than eating.

"That's the one," Shikamaru replied running through the gates as quickly as he could. "I'm heading over there right now, I'm going to call Hinata so you can just meet me there. Hopefully, that bastard doesn't try anything before we get there."  Chouji grunted his response before they both hung up the phone, Shikamaru dialed Hinata's number and told her the same thing. However, before Shikamaru could tell her to meet him there, she had already hung up the phone.

He could only assume that she was pissed and would meet them there whether he said to or not.

A few minutes later, the trio meets up half a block away from the cafe. Hinata was visibly upset and the two boys had to restrain her a bit before she charged into the restaurant to give Sasuke a piece of her mind. Or rather, her not so gentle palm. Once that was settled, Shikamaru her and Chouji together to make up a plan. "okay guys, here's what we're going to do. I've never been to this place before, but I've heard enough stories from the older kids in my clan and from kids from other classes. It would be best if we enter in from the back of and sneak our way through until we find them. Then we just need to separate them and get Naruto out of there without Sasuke knowing. We'll deal with whatever happens next later."

Chouji and Hinata both nodded their heads and put their plans into motion.

Ten minutes earlier

Mia followed behind Sasuke to the restaurant. The sun was already starting to go down, by now she would have been getting ready for Shikamaru, Chouji, or Hinata to come and pick her up from work before walking her home. However, Sasuke derailed that idea by taking her out on this date. Lin was even on his side with going, making it seemed that Mia should be overjoyed that Sasuke would ever invite her to a date. Even though Mia had stated to Lin many times that she did not want to start dating anyone yet. She had two babies on the way and was still in school, where would the idea of dating anyone fit into the picture?

Mia sighed, she was tired of thinking about it, all she wanted was the normal routine back where she could hang out with her friends.

Sasuke looked back at her with a small smirk, "what's the matter, getting nervous?" He asked thinking that she would say yes, then he would be able to comfort her.

To his disappointment, Mia said, "no, not at all." The honey blond decided to not let Sasuke see into her inner thoughts with her actions. One false move and he might really get some bad ideas. It was at this point that Mia was starting to wonder about her friends, had Shikamaru called up Chouji or Hinata yet? Were they already on their way to help her? She didn't know for sure, all she could do was hold out hope that all of this would be over soon.

As they got closer to the cafe, Mia saw a somewhat tall building that could rival the hospital. The front walls looked to be made up of mostly class than cement, it stood up amongst the other building in the area. What made it look even more out of place was the way the inside didn't look like a typical restaurant. There looked to be As they made it to the front of the building, Mia could make out some partial walls inside of the building, making her think that that glass wall at the front was now pointless. At the very top of the building was a sign that read, 'SkyLight Cafe' in bold lettering lit up by bulbs of light around each letter.

"Uh, is this the place you were talking about?" Mia asked still trying to look around on the inside, but thanks to the partial wall that seemed to be covering everything, there was nothing to be seen.

"Yeah, pretty exclusive, right?" Sasuke asked before holding the door open for her.

Mia was hesitant to walk in front of Sasuke, but she took a deep breath and walked quickly past him, and stood off to the side waiting for him to enter. She didn't want her back to be exposed in front of him, it made her feel vulnerable. Sasuke chuckled, thinking that her actions were kind of cute, he made his way inside, there was a receptionist desk off to the left and out of view of the windows, from the outside about two percent of the front looked to be covered by normal cement, so anything on that side couldn't be seen. Sasuke made his way over to the receptionist desk and started talking to the woman seated there who instantly recognized him.

"Ah, Sasuke, are you here for your regular suit?" The woman asked.

Mia raised her eyebrow at him, Sasuke didn't notice. "Yeah, we'll be ordering the usual as well," the Uchiha stated, the woman behind the desk nodded and handed him a key after typing up something on the computer. "Great, tell Ming I said hello," he said taking the key.

"Will do," the woman said happily watching him walk off.

Mia really didn't like where this was going, but she still followed Sasuke to this 'suit' while she took in every detail of her surroundings. The majority of the building was covered in glass from what she could see, it looked like the outside design that she saw extended all around with the glass reaching up to the ceiling. She was able to see the sky from the inside, which must have been the driving factor behind the name of the place. There was only a hint of light left from the sun, but they were able to see where they were going by the floor lights that lit there way. The walls around them were a light blue color, the lights on the floor looked like mini candles. If you put that together with some of, what she assumed to be fake leaves and vines hanging down from the tops of the partial walls, Mia would have called the place nice. Ass the skylight feature from the room made it even better, there were many times when Mia got up in the middle of the night to watch the stars after a nightmare, it calmed her down greatly.

"We're here," Sasuke said braining Mia back to the present.

Mia was a little confused to see a door with the numbers '839' neatly painted on the door. She got the idea that this might be an apartment or something, it didn't sit well with her, "um, could you show me where the bathroom is first?" She asked a little nervously, this place had a unique look to it, but it was clear what that door would lead to.

"So you are nervous, huh?" Sasuke chuckled, "it's fine, we're only going to have dinner. Don't worry about it so much."

"No, I get that much...but I just need to use the bathroom first, that's all," Mia said with a roll of her green eyes.

Sasuke thought it over for a moment, but he convinced himself that she was being silly. It was their first date, well, her first date anyways, so he shrugged, "fine, it's back that way to the left. If you get lost, just remember the numbers on the door," he stated as he turned back to open the door. He let the door swing open to show her the low table covered by a white table cloth, pillows on the floor, which was covered by a light blue carpet, and a rose-shaped light placed at the center of the table. It all looked so romantic, but Mia felt anything but. "I'll be waiting for you, Mia," Sasuke said before walking into the room.

Mia nodded her head then quickly made her way over to the bathroom. Following the direction that Sasuke gave her, she walked down a hall that looked exactly like the one she walked to get to the room. Once getting to the bathroom, she realized how much of a maze this place was, she couldn't imagine what it would be like to get lost in there. She couldn't imagine herself getting trapped in that room, that thought made her worries rise and her breathing short. As soon as she made it into the bathroom, she felt like she couldn't breathe, there was a sharp pain in her stomach that felt like someone was stabbing her from the inside, much like how it felt earlier that morning. But the pain was much, much worse now, there was a throbbing in her head and the room started to spin.

Before everything went dark, she heard someone call out her name, only, it wasn't 'Mia', it was 'Naruto'.

Then she couldn't remember anything else but the feeling of herself falling.

At some point, she woke up again to the bright fluorescent lights of the hospital. Her brain slowly tried to figure things out, it took a few minutes, but she realized that she was Naruto. A ten-year-old boy, who had been kidnapped about six months two days ago. A boy who had been raped and was now somehow pregnant with twins.

A boy who had been hated by his whole village, except by a select few.

This boy was who she was.

"Naruto?"

The confused boy turned his head slowly to the sound, his vision was filled with the sight of his friends. Hinata Hyuuga, Chouji Akimichi, and Shikamaru Nara, all three were standing at his bedside looking down at him with worried faces. Naruto cleared his throat to speak, it was remarkably dry, "he...hey guys...what...what are you...doing here?" He croaked out softly in a whisper.

Hinata gave a sigh of relief, "thank goodness, you had me so worried Naruto!" She held herself back from jumping on him for a hug, she wiped a tear from her face as she ran her fingers through his hair instead. Throughout the whole time, from when they found him passed out in the bathroom up until they brought him here, he still managed to maintain his transformation. She was honestly impressed by his will to keep his identity hidden.

Shikamaru stepped closer to the side of Naruto's bed, "do you remember anything that happened?"

"What happened?" Naruto whispered with his dry throat, he tried to think back. "I was going to the cafe with Sasuke, then I asked to go to the bathroom...there's nothing after that." Hinata poured out a drink of water for him and put it to his mouth to drink. He took a couple of gulps of water, his throat felt ten times better after that, "thank you."

"That's all you remember?" Shikamaru asked, Naruto nodded, "okay." He turned to Chouji, "see if you can find Dr. Filo to tell her that Mia's awake." Chouji nodded and left the room while Shikamaru turned his attention back to Naruto.

Meanwhile, the blond was starting to get a sense of his reality now. "When did you guys bring me to the hospital?" He asked trying to sit up in a more comfortable position, the overwhelming pain he had been feeling before he passed out was now gone. That's when it clicked, he was still pregnant, his mind instantly started to panic, he placed a hand on his stomach, his hand was rewarded by a soft kick. He had only started feeling them about two and a half months ago to the point that he questioned if he was only having two. He breath a sigh of relief that he could still feel them kicking a little bit, he turned to his friends, "are they okay?"

Hinata and Shikamaru shared a look, one of uncertainty, "yeah." Shikamaru started, "Dr. Filo said that they were okay, but it seemed like there was something else that was causing your pain."

"Something else like what?" Naruto asked.

"We don't know, we were waiting for the doctor to come back to tell us," Hinata replied. "But she said that if you still feel better later, we can take you home as soon as this evening."

"Oh, okay...wait." Naruto shook his head, "how long have I been out for?" He looked at his friends with concern.

"Oh, you know..about two days, give or take..." Shikamaru said with a tired sigh.

"Two days?!" Naruto asked in disbelief, "why so long? Are you sure I'm alright?"

Hinata was quick to calm him down, "relax, you're body was stressed out, so you passed out. They ran a lot of tests on you while you were sleeping, Dr. Filo is supposed to brining back the results soon." That seemed to somewhat calm Naruto, but he was still worried about how much time he had missed.

"You were sleeping like a baby while the rest of us were up watching up," Shikamaru gave a small chuckle, "almost made me jealous. At least we know that you're okay now."

"Maybe," Naruto pouted, "and Sasuke?"

Shikamaru shook his head, "don't even worry about him right now. We took care of him."

Naruto raised an eyebrow, "you guys didn't kill him while I was asleep, did you?" Hinata and Shikamaru remained quiet for a while, Naruto's eyes widened, "oh my god, did anyone find the body yet?"

"What?! it was a joke!" Shikamaru and Hinata burst out laughing, "is that really the first thing that popped into your mind?" Shikamaru asked while Hinata continued to laugh.

"Well~" Naruto shrugged, "maybe not the first."

"No, no, don't worry, he's still alive," Hinata said reassuringly, "but he won't be if he had gone through with whatever he was planning that night," she giggled.

Just then there was a knock on the door, Dr. Filo entered the room with Chouji. "Hello, I heard laughing so I didn't want to interrupt you," she said with a bright smile.

"No, it's no problem, Doc, come on in," Naruto said cheerfully. He rubbed his stomach gently, he noticed that Dr. Filo wasn't wearing her usual lab coat, instead, she was dressed in light purple scrubs, and was holding a filing folder. "Are those my results?"

Filo nodded, "yes, these are the results that will tell me what happened to you to cause you to faint the way you did." She opened the file to look, she read over some things before addressing her patient and her friends, "from what I gathered from your friends, you seemed to have been going through a bit of stress. Since you are pretty young, your body is already under a lot of stress, so I want you to stay here for one more night to make sure you're alright. When you leave, try to do your best to not over-exert yourself, I also checked the twins an hour ago and they seem to be doing well." She stated, "lastly, please make sure to continue taking your vitamins, and I'll come to check on you later during dinner to make sure you're alright."

Naruto turned to his friends, "I guess I'll be missing another day of class then."

"Not exactly," Chouji said as he came over to Naruto's bed with his bag. "We took notes for you so you don't fall behind," he took out a stack of notes from his bag and handed them to Naruto. Shikamaru and Hinata also gave him notes and a couple of textbooks to study with.

Naruto smiled, "great, now I have something to do while I wait."

"Make sure to get some rest too, Naru-chan," Hinata reminded.

The next day

Shikamaru and the others made sure to stay with Naruto for the rest of the day. For dinner, Chouji went down to the cafeteria to get some lunch for everyone so that they could keep up the tradition of eating together after a long day. It was the same warm energy as back home in the abandoned house they had unofficially moved into. They were happy to be together and even more happy that their dear friend had not been in worse condition when they found him.

As per Shikamaru's plan, they used the back entrance to sneak into the building and started their search. It didn't take them long to find Naruto as he had literally run right past them without even knowing it. Hinata followed him into the bathroom to see what was wrong since he had looked panicked when he rushed past them. Happy to know that he was alright, she called out to him, but the moment she did, he started falling to the floor. She rushed over to him quickly to catch him just in time before he fell to the ground.

When she saw that he had passed out, she eased him onto the floor and went to get Shikamaru and Chouji to help her get Naruto off the floor, and to the hospital. Once they arrived at the Hospital's children's center since they didn't trust the regular hospital to not somehow find out about Naruto's true identity. They asked for Filo urgently, she was located shortly after and Naruto was taken away for testing and treatment with Filo leading the team.

Now that Naruto was fine to leave, the group of four helped Naruto pack up his things to leave. They all slept together in Narutos hospital room to be sure that he wasn't alone. They took turns staying with Naruto since they brought him in, but since he would be leaving the following day, they decided to make it a sleepover. Using Shikamaru's laptop and snacks that Chouji bought to make the best of the situation. They made sure not to be too loud as they watched their moves and played some of the games that Hinata brought.

When it was time for Naruto to leave, Hinata gave him so clothes to change into. A simple sleeveless dark green summer dress that came down to his knees. He wore a navy blue cardigan, courtesy of Chouji, and a pair of flip-flops. They left the hospital together and made their way home, Shikamaru had already told Iruka what was happening and gave the school a note from Filo for their records. Of course, in this case, Mia did need a guardian to sign off on her treatment, which Marco, aka Chouji, gladly took care of.
