Summary
Sometimes, your life struck you as something you would read about online. Then again, that's probably because, at one time or another, you had.A gathering of one-shots based off of Dialogue, OTP, and other one-shots based on prompts I find online. Most of them are pretty short, some off them can be seen as connected but aren't necessarily connected.
Note
We know Kakashi and Itachi worked together on ANBU for a while, and frankly the way Itachi looked up to Kakashi was adorable. We are also aware of the fact Kakashi was kind of an asshole when he was younger. Then I saw the dialogue prompt and this was born.

Do Not Mess With Her-Sasuke

OTP Prompt

Uchiha Sasuke

Don’t mess with Sasuke Uchiha’s girlfriend.

It was pretty common sense, even without his warnings.  Except, everybody assumed that, if they messed with you, he would be the one to wreck their shit.  So, naturally, people still holding a grudge over what happened between the time he left and returned to the village, decided to get back at him by going after you.

You were a medic nin, you worked in the hospital and it was easy to assume whatever parts of your mission reports were redacted simply had to do with the medical history of the shinobi you were working with.  You volunteered at the local daycare, had a small set of pots hanging outside of your kitchen window, every pot filled with herps you found useful for healing tonics and antidotes.  Your cat was a friendly and cuddly little fluffball that couldn’t tell the difference between an enemy and his owner.  You were harmless, you were basically a civilian, your skills in healing what landed you the rank of Jounin.

You were, admittedly, a little focused on balancing the grocery shopping as you made your way back to your apartment, and the fact that you were outnumbered, should have guaranteed a solid victory.  It clearly did not, as the second you felt the prick of the sleep dart you yanked it out of your neck and narrowed your eyes before looking around.  Expecting you to pass out at any moment, the ambush began.

Sasuke couldn’t say he was happy with Naruto following him back to your apartment, with your work schedule it was going to be another week until you had a complete afternoon free, but there was just no getting the blonde to leave.  All thoughts along that train ended when they heard a litany of screams just down the street, coming from the direction of your apartment, causing the two members of Team 7 to take off at a dash, the screams getting louder as they got closer, before skidding to a halt as someone landed on the street, having been thrown from the balcony at the end of the staircase leading to your apartment at the top of the apartment building.

“Oh god…all his joints are…elbows and knees don’t bend that way…” Naruto cringed when he saw the unconscious, but still alive, shinobi lying on the ground, jumping when two more landed on the ground, a third ran past them screaming, and they heard you angrily yelling from the top balcony.  Looking up, they saw you holding the last one by the scruff of his shirt as you threatened to throw him over the balcony as well.

“Who sent you?” You demanded as the man trembled and struggled to remember what words are.

“[Y/N]!” Sasuke called out, not even fazed with your show of violence, the future Hokage being an entirely different story, and catching your attention, “Let him go, he’s learned his lesson.”

You looked away from your boyfriend, still on the street waiting for you to make your move, before narrowing your eyes at the last attacker and let the trembling man go, “You have three seconds to get out of here before I snap you in half.”

There was a reason Sasuke told people not to fuck around with you, and it had nothing to do with what he would do.

“The fun part about being a medic nin,” you explained as you talked to the boy after you had finished training with your respective teams, the young Uchiha having asked just why you chose to be a healer when you were clearly capable of being a fighter, “Is that you know exactly where to hurt people and still keep them alive until you get what you need out of them.”

Sasuke coughed as he almost choked on his water, years of training with you during your years at the Academy, and he had never noticed you were such a closet sadist.  As far as he knew, you were just the only girl that didn’t lose her shit over him, only looking at him as a sparring partner worth her time.

Considering what he had seen when the two of you sparred, he was going to be sure to stay on your good side.  He didn’t even want to know what you were capable of when you knew the details of how the human body functioned, and exactly where to hit to cause maximum pain or instant death.

“You alright?” he asked when he reached you, picking up a few of the groceries before pressing a gentle kiss to the top of your head.

“I’m still angry,” you pouted, arms crossed as you glared down at the unconscious shinobi lying in the street, your arms crossed and shoulders shrugged upwards in an adorable show in anger.  Even in your most dangerous state, you were freakishly adorable.

“Naruto is on his way to the Hokage’s mansion.  He’ll talk to Kakashi, and they’ll take care of it,” Sasuke offered, opening the door with the artificial, yet still very much his, arm that he had thanks to some mystic healing trick he wasn’t even going to ask how you managed to pull off, “Let’s just get inside and enjoy the rest of the day.”

“Fine,” you agreed, still pouting as you walked back inside the apartment, “But I’m still angry so expect angry sex sooner rather than later.”

It took all the self-control Sasuke had not to drop the groceries he had saved and slam the door shut after him, and to remember to grab your key from the doorknob and lock the door behind him.  Once that was taken care of, however, the groceries ended up on the floor just inside the door for a few hours.
