Chapter 1
Third POV
In Konohagakure a 'chuunin' sat in the Hokage office waiting for the Hokage to speak. "Iruka, I would like to assign you as the jounin teacher of team 7." Iruka looked confused but nodded anyways. The Hokage then waved him off.
Iruka POV
The next day I was reading off the teams until I finally got to team 7's. "Finally, on team 7 is Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura and Uchiha Sasuke." I watched as Sakura cheered that she was on Sasuke's team. "Your sensei would of been Hatake Kakashi but since he is in recovery you'll have a different sensei until he's able to teach you." Shutting the book I sat down and waited for the other sensei's to collect their gennin teams. After 3 hours Naruto groaned then looked at me. "Iruka-sensei! When's our sensei going to come get us?" I let out a small sighed. "Well your sensei is right infront of you." Naruto yelled in confusion. "But aren't you a chuunin Iruka-sensei?" Sakura asked. "The Hokage promoted me officially yesterday." Sakura nodded. "Well let's do introductions. Start with your name then what you want to achieve in the future." I pointed towards Naruto so he can start. "My name is Naruto Uzumaki! And I will become Hokage." I nodded then motioned for Sasuke to go next. "My name is Sasuke Uchiha in the future I will kill a certain someone and restore my clan." I motioned for Sakura to go next. "I'm Sakura Haruno and in the future i-" Sakura looked at Sasuke and giggled. "Well as you now I'm Iruka Umino and I have no real goals for the future... maybe have a family? I don't know. Well since introductions are over I want to see you in training ground 3 tomorrow at 8 sharp." The group nodded before I decided to shunshin home.
