Naruto and Sakura came closer to each other. Sakura was looking stunning in her white bridal dress. Naruto held Sakura's hand and looked at the shining silver wedding ring. The wedding ring was glinting in the rays of sunlight. Sakura felt safe with the blonde-haired man standing in front of her in an Armani suit. The Rolex which Naruto was wearing in his hand was shining like a diamond. The wedding venue was buzzing with life and happiness around.
They came closer to each other for the wedding kiss. Naruto held her waist firmly and her hands touched Naruto’s collar while moving back to his neck. Both held each-other very lightly. Gently, Naruto was just about to touch her soft red-painted lips and all of a sudden, the alarm clock rang.
Naruto opened his eyes grudgingly. His wishful, beautiful dream was broken, but it was a special day for everyone. Naruto got ready in his special suit tailored for his best friends’ wedding and reached the church with the groomsmen. He went inside the church and saw Sakura standing inside a room in her bridal white gown..
Naruto walked to Sakura and complimented, "You're looking beautiful, Sakura-chan."
Sakura thanked him with a smile and acknowledged, "Finally, you're here. I was waiting; in fact, we all were waiting for you. Thanks for being the best man for my wedding."
Meanwhile, the mutual friend Ino came and added, "Sakura, Sasuke-kun has arrived at the gate of the church. He's looking damn handsome in an Armani suit and a Rado watch. And look at our idiot Naruto. He has dressed in his same old suit again!"
Naruto glanced at Sakura and answered, "Sakura-chan has gifted it to me. How can I wear anything else? Right, Sakura-chan?".
Sakura gave him an approving look and murmured, "That's why you're my best friend Naruto. Love you."
The next moment, both of them were gazing deeply into each other's eyes. The brief eye contact was broken when Sakura’s dad shouted her name and asked her to join on the stage. She blinked her eyes twice on hearing her father shout and walked away towards the stage.
Naruto couldn’t help himself anymore in anything. He just looked at Sakura walking away from him……once again. The girl of his dreams walking away to her husband… and his other best friend... She would be forever his first love and the only girl for whom he would give his life away.
As soon as Sakura went outside the room, Ino took Naruto aside and requested, "I can't do it anymore. I tried to be fake and taunted you a lot. Now, please move on and forget her. Forget her like a dream, Naruto."
Naruto looked at Sakura's back, smirked and answered, "That's what I'm doing since morning..."
