Summary of Dandy's Town AU:
If the toons were in a town, Gardenview doesn't exist, and the world is full of toons; no humans. Ichor and Twisteds don't exist either.
...so basically an excuse to dump heaps of fluff on the toons :3
A list of important roles:
Dandy - the mayor, obviously
Astro - Dandy's assistant
Teagan - one of Dandy's advisors
Shelly - head of research and history; town museum curator
Vee - celebrity game show host
Sprout - head of medicine; runs a diner with Cosmo as well
Glisten - celebrity idol (he does a lot tho; fashion, singing, etc)
Poppy - owner of popular pop company
The relationships will be named before the start of each oneshot if applicable
