Escape

She began her day again.

It had been approximately 85 days since she'd been transmigrated in this world. She was adjusting. She was coping.

'I should get out of here quickly.

You should. The ninja around here are already keeping their eyes on you to see if you're a threat.'

Nodding, she placed a small genjutsu on herself and moved towards the market place of the new town she was in. She could easily blend in with the civilians and the shinobi couldn't do much in such a public area. If they weren't too high levelled ones of course.

Although she doubted someone would send strong ninja for someone like her.

'You should've learned that chakra repression seal first before doing anything else!'

She gritted her teeth in annoyance. She knew that she should've learnt it first but she didn't. She didn't think that learning the basics of that seal would take so much time. If she did knew that it would take so long then she would've just spent all her time learning that seal. But the past was the past now. She couldn't do much except try to loose the ninja trailing after her.

She moved in one of the shops.

The ninja smirked as they caught sight of the genjutsu placed on one of the women in a clothing shop. They had finally found that little Uzumaki, they'd been searching for. They split up and surrounded the shop.

One of them moved inside and placed a genjutsu on the whole shop and released poison. The civilians were quick to faint, and so did the woman. The genjutsu dispelled itself and a little dirty red head came into view. The man who released the poison grinned as he moved towards her and tied her arms and legs and took her out the backdoor.

"Come on."

The group gathered together as they all moved towards the outskirts of the town.

She moved in her small cave as she activated the storage seals she had drawn on her clothes to hold her supplies.

She began to rub out the ink from her clothes with the water she had gathered.

'I need a plan. Something to get me out of here. Something to fake my death. Something to make the world forget me.'

She gritted her teeth and took in a deep breath. She could practically hear her heartbeats with how quiet everything was. She didn't even register the shock that she would've been captured just now.

She glanced at the kunai her mother had once handed her when they didn't have any hope and her thoughts came to a stop. If the worst came then she would only have one option. So what if she would not be able to die honorably in the battlefield like most of her clan? She could still save a tiny bit of honor of her clan if she went out like that.

Suddenly, everything was calmer. It was still too quiet but she couldn't hear her heartbeats anymore. That meant her heart wasn't beating too fast. That meant that she was calm.

Taking in another deep breath. She finished up her work and drew up new storage seals in her clothes. If she took proper care of them then they should last for about 2 years. Her weapons should last less than that if she was going to be using them regularly, but the metal could be sharpened again. She could learn some reinforcing seals to make her weapons more durable but she wouldn't have many things to test it out on. There were many things she needed to work on.

But she guessed that she would have to deal with the ninja after her first.

They hadn't stopped coming for her and she had just gotten the memories of her shadow clone, showing that they were in the forest. She had traps set in place but she knew they wouldn't hold. She didn't know their strengths, their weaknesses or even which village they might be associated with. She was at a severe disadvantage.

'You should've moved to a different place sooner. Why didn't you do what your mother did?'

She did not respond to the question and stuffed whatever belongings she had in the storage seals and ran out of the cave. Deciding against going the opposite direction from which the ninja were coming, so she ran to her left. The left side of the forest was more dry, so there would be less of a chance of her leaving behind obvious footprints. There was also a small hiding place on that side of the forest for her to use.

She just wished for them to not have sharp noses and sensing abilities.
