Tobirama’s Consequence
A messenger arrived just a few minutes after Hashirama sent the scroll to the Uchiha, “The council requests both of your presence to discuss something.”
Tobirama huffed, not looking forward to this, and got up from the other side of the desk, his brother quickly following him as they headed to the council room.
The elder starts yelling the moment they enter the council room.
“First, you didn’t tell us you were Omega when you presented! We find out not because you tell us but because you are pregnant!” a council member shrieked.
“You shouldn’t be on the battlefield after your first heat! You should have returned to the battlefield only after your father had passed away. Instead, you hide that you are an Omega!” the second Council member roared.
“You never told us and probably never would have!” a third council member exclaimed.
“You’re pregnant, and we don’t even know who the father is?!” the head council member shouted.
“The pregnancy is already problematic, but you’ve broken Clan laws by using scent blockers, and you might have been using heat suppressants too. I don’t know!” another council member screamed.
“That’s enough,” yelled Hashirama.
“May I speak, Hashirama-sama?” asked the head of the council; Hashirama nodded, and the head of the council continued, “Tobirama, who is the father of the child you are carrying?”
Tobirama explains, “A month ago, I embarked on a mission that turned out to be suicidal when I ran into Izuna on the same mission. We made a truce to survive, and as we reached the end of the mission, we had sex in the cave. The father of my child is Izuna Uchiha.”
“This has to be some joke! You slept with Izuna Uchiha! I thought you hated Izuna; isn’t he supposed to be your rival, not your lover?!” A council member yelled.
“The father is Izuna Uchiha!” another council member shrieked.
“Tobirama, we thought that you hated the Uchiha clan. Now you’re telling us you’re pregnant with a half-Uchiha, half-Senju child!” One council member shrieked.
“We’ve always assumed that Hashirama would be the one we’d have to deal with regarding a pregnancy with an Uchiha as a father!” a fellow council member exclaimed.
The head of the council shouted, “Enough shouting!”
There was a pause between shouting and yelling for a moment before everyone settled down and stopped screaming.
“All right,” said the head of the council. “We need to decide a suitable punishment for you breaking Clan laws. Effectively, you are immediately banned from the battlefield for the duration of this pregnancy and longer as a punishment. How long you will remain banned from the battlefield depends on your cooperation. However, you may not return to it if Hashirama has a child.”
“Understood,” said Tobirama.
“Now,” continued the head of the council, “You are required from this point on to follow all laws pertaining to Omega within the Clan, including obtaining an Omega collar. It is also expected that you will be tutored and learn all the proper skills of an Omega that are expected of an Omega in our clan. You must always wear the collar until you have been officially mated and married.”
“Yes,” Tobirama confirms.
“Tobirama’s wardrobe needs to be updated immediately for his position as Clan heir and Omega.” A council member stated.
A council member adds, “We need a more substantial punishment than simply forcing him to follow Clan laws now that we know his Omega status.”
“You’re right,” another council member agrees. “That is not sufficient punishment.”
A different council member interjected, “I suggest he should be banned from leaving the compound unless it is for official talks or a formal event where the heir of the Senju is required to attend.”
There was a nod of agreement among the members of the Senju council.
“Now back on track,” said the head of the council, turning to Tobirama and asking, “Also, when you had sex with Izuna, was it consensual on both sides?”
“Yes, it was consensual,” Tobirama confirms.
“If it was consensual on both sides, then that means you’ll have to marry Izuna!” shrieked the council member.
“Well, we all need to do an investigation, so we can make sure you’re both fully capable of giving consent,” added the other council member.
“What will we do regarding Izuna?” asked a fellow council member.
“During the last battle, Izuna suffered a severe injury. He will probably die from his wounds if we don’t do anything, as we are well aware that Uchiha’s healers are lacking in the medical Ninjutsu field. Therefore, we must act immediately!” explained another council member.
Hashirama spoke up, “Well, I sent a letter to the Uchiha Clan with the information that Tobirama is pregnant, and the father is Izuna just before you summoned us for this meeting, and with an offer to heal Izuna.”
“Hashirama-sama, it doesn't matter that you are clan head. This should have been discussed and notified prior to sending a letter to the Uchiha Clan.” yelled the head of the council.
Hashirama drooped his head, depressed, and mumbled, “Tobirama came panicking to me when he found out he was pregnant and worried about Izuna, so I did it without thinking.”
“Aniki, stop acting like that,” Tobirama said, frustrated.
“Tobi,” Hashirama whined as he put his head over his brother’s shoulder.
Tobirama sighs.
The head of the council ignored Hashirama, acting depressed. Instead, he said, “Let us discuss what we intend to do regarding the Uchiha Clan. Ideally, we would have preferred to have been informed before sending a formal letter to the Uchiha Clan. However, it's already done, so we need to prepare in advance what contents we want in the peace treaty and what demands we want to be met.”
Senju council members began discussing all the demands they would have for the Uchiha Clan. At the same time, Hashirama whined and tried to stop them from being unreasonable with their demands. Senju council discussed the peace treaty contents and their demands for several hours before the response from the Uchiha Clan arrived. Hashirama traveled to the Uchiha compound immediately to heal Izuna to reduce the chances of him dying from infection despite the council's disapproval.
