Sakura stared with fond eyes.
He couldn't look away.
Even if he tried. He just couldn't.
She's finally here.. in his arms.
He had dreamt of this day for months, and now actually experiencing it, it's a strange feeling.
His heart ached from happiness.
She's so small, warm and plump. He couldn't help but wish he could hug her a little tighter.
'I'll have to wait a little longer for that..'
However long that may be, he'll wait.
Sakura's soft smile grew wider as she started stirring awake. "Hey my love.."
The baby in his arms finally opened her eyes and she stared up at him. Her eye's weren't his but her small lips, hair, and nose were. He felt pride knowing she'll be an exact replica of him.
The baby in his arms slightly coos, a smile forming on her face that exposed no teeth just yet.
Sakura's own smile turned into a grin and he lightly touched their foreheads together.
"I love you.."
"..my everything."
