Two days later
" So when we get into the village I want you guys to remain calm. I know that a lot of things have changed around here since you guys were last alive so adjusting may be a little difficult," Shikamaru said as they were closing in on the Kohana entrance gate.
"Ok and thank you, guys, for bringing us here," Kushina said as she was finishing off her conversation with Mikoto.
"Also some of you may not get the reactions you expect when you see your loved ones okay? And Asuma me and Chouji is going to take you to see Kurenai and Mirai alright so you need to be prepared," Shikamaru said as they continued a steady pace to the village.
"Alright thank you so much for helping take care of them while I was you know dead and everything. I appreciate you guys so much," Asuma said as he brought both of them into a hug.
"Oh Sensei it's nothing Mirai is like a little sister to us and you know it and we love both you and Kurenai just as much as we love our own families so you don't have to thank us at all we're just keeping our promise to you," Chouji said as they were still hugging it out.
While they were hugging and crying it out Sasuke and Itachi were informing their mother and father about what they should expect when meeting their families.
"So yeah you have a total of nine grandkids and we're married to your best friend's sons so yeah that's pretty much it," Sasuke finished as Itachi went on to talk to the following Uchihas, apologizing for killing them and not working on a better solution than killing.
"So do you know how Neji will react he is our son and I don't want him to hate us," Nicole announced when she was by Shikaku and Shikamaru.
"I don't know he will react Mrs Hyuuga. I know I'm married to him and everything and I do get him but he is still unpredictable sometimes you know. So we'll just have to wait and see ok," Shikamaru said as they arrived at the village gates.
"Dad!!," Mikoto shouted as she ran up to her father at the Gate.
"Hey sweetheart," Sasuke said as he picked her up and gave her a hug.
"Who are these people well I know some of them cause their related to us, but I thought they were you know dead," Mikoto said whispering into her father's ear.
"Well sweetheart it's a long story and I'll tell you soon as you tell me where your mother is so we can talk about this," Sasuke said while letting his daughter on the ground and walking in the village.
"Ok but mom is at the Hokage office so you should meet him there Kawaki and Menma wanted to talk to you about something important when you got back," Mikoto said as she was walking alongside her father into the gate.
"Dad!!," Tobs and Sora yelled as they hopped onto his back.
"Hey my little terrors," Shikamaru said smiling at the twins even though they couldn't see it while they were on his back.
"Sora and Tobikuma Nara what did I tell you about running off like that!!," Neji yelled as he was getting close to the gate.
"Sorry mom," the twins said at the same time which still did creep their mom even though they were teenagers now.
"It's ok but what did you guys run up here for any...," Neji said as he looked up from his phone.
"Hey babe I wasn't expecting you to be back so early and what is...," Neji didn't get to finish before he was attacked by two people hugging him.
"Oh sweetheart we missed you so much," Nicole said crying as she hugged her son.
Neji stood there in shock cause he never expected that he would get to see his parents again so he stood there for a few more moments until he finally just broke down crying in his mother and father's arms.
"I missed you guys so much. I never thought I would get to see you again," Neji said through tears.
As this was happening Naruto was wondering what the commotion was outside. He was in the middle of explaining the situation to Kurenai and Mirai and they were on the verge of tears.
Kurenai was happy to find out that there was a possibility of of Asuma being alive she missed him so much she had always wondered how he would feel about their daughter. She wondered if he would love her just as much as she did. Would they did have been together as a family if his death didn’t happen there was so much she wondered. But today she was going to get the answers he had been wondering herself about for the last seventeen years.
“Thank you Naruto for informing me about this I am so happy you don’t understand how this makes me feel,” Kurenai said bringing Naruto out of his inner thoughts.
“Oh it’s no problem Kurenai and you know Mirai is like a little sister to all of us. Also, can you stay here a minute I hear some commotion going on outside and I want to know what’s going on,” Naruto said standing up and moving to the door of his office.
“Okay Naruto you go and check it out me and Mirai will still be here since she just came back from a mission,” Kurenai stated as she hugged her daughter.
“Thank you so much I’ll call you if there’s something big going on out there ok,” he said finally walking out the door.
“Mirai baby you’ve been quiet what’s wrong Sweetie did something go wrong during the mission,” Kurenai asked her daughter as they were sitting down.
“No mom it’s just I’m nervous about dad, because what if he doesn’t like me you know? What if I’m not the child be expected me to be,” Mirai said as streams of tears started to roll down her face.
"Oh baby your father is going to love you no matter what and if he has a problem with you it can go back to just being you and me ok. No matter how much I love your dad nothing is going to break our relationship Mirai your my baby ok," Kurenai said as she pulled her daughter in for a big hug.
Entrance of the hokage building
"Hey Lord Seventh how's your day going," said a civilian as Naruto was about to walk out of the building.
"I'm doing well thank you and what about you," Naruto said as he was looking out the door observing.
"It's good thank you for asking," They replied as Naruto was walking out the door.
At the gate
"Well Lee where is Tenten," Lee's mother asked as she was looking around the village.
"Why are you asking about Tenten and how do you know about her any way I haven't mentioned her," Lee said as he was looking at his mother confused.
"Well she is your sister and my daughter so why wouldn't I ask about her," she replied as Lee stood there with his mouth open.
"Your telling me that Tenten is my sister!!," Lee exclaimed as he looked at his mother.
"Yes!! Tenten is your little sister you have a one-year difference because after I have you I got pregnant with her when you were just a few months old," She replied as she looked at her son smiling
"Wow this is very shocking I never expected she was my sister you know," Lee stated as he felt tears start well up in his eyes.
"Oh sweetie I know," She said as she pulled him into a hug.
"Well let's go look for Tenten she may be with her wife Temari since she just came home from the mission I don't know but I'm going to ask Neji before we go ok," Lee said to his mother as he started to walk towards Neji which his parents was still hugging.
"Hi Lee," Neji said as he was struggling to breathe with his mother and father's tight grip on him.
"Hey Neji I was wondering if you know where I could find Tenten," Lee said as Neji told his parent's to finally let go of him so he could talk.
"She should be at her weapons shop Temari said she was going to check up on her since she just came back from the mission and everything. And earlier she said she was very tired when she went to work this morning. And why are you looking for Tenten anyway you have something you want to tell me," Neji said as he was laughing at Lee's facial expressions which keep changing as he continued looking.
"Well I just found out that she is my sister and our mom was looking for her so you know,” Lee shrugged.
“Are you kidding me right now you mean to tell me that you and Tenten are siblings? Well isn’t today an interesting day for all of us,” He smiled.
“Well thanks for telling me Neji. I’m finna go check on my sister!!,” He yelled as he ran towards his mother.
Neji laughed as he turned towards his husband and went to hug him. “I love you so much,” he smiled as they hugged.
Kakashi was standing with his and Iruka’s parents they were all looking around as Kakashi planned his next move on how to tell his partner that his parents whom he loved and missed so much were here standing next to him alive and healthy.
“Dad,” Nori and Sakumo shouted as they ran toward their dad happy to see him after a mission. “Hey my little demons,” Kakashi said as they ran towards him. He was very happy to see his kids he hated being away from his family for too long. He loved his kids and Iruka so much they were his everything and he wouldn’t change that for anything in the world.
“So dad who are they???,” Sakumo questioned raising his eyebrows.
“Well they’re your grandparents,” he commented as Sakumo and Nori looked at each other confused.
“But aren’t they dead??,” they both commented.
As Kakashi explained everything to the kids Iruka was walking up with Houki behind him on his phone. Iruka was trying to figure out what was going also be did want to see his husband after he was back from his mission. He was also curious about what Naruto had said two days ago at his house.
Iruka was getting really excited when he got closer and closer to his husband. He was starting to feel like he knew something good was going to happen.
As Iruka walked up Kakashi wasn’t paying attention he was still busy chatting with Sakumo and Nori. So when Iruka said something he was kinda shocked.
“Hey!!,” Iruka announced as he walked up to his husband.
“Hey babe,” He replied as he kissed Iruka on the forehead.
“Kakashi who is this sweetie?,” his mother asked as he went to pick up Houki.
As Kakashi was holding Houki in his arms he started explaining who everyone was to each other. Iruka's parents after learning it was their son standing there in front of them there was a whole event of crying and just happiness overall as the group started to calm down they headed toward the Hatake compound to catch up more and just start to bond with the missing members of their families again.
Naruto was still wondering what all the commotion was as he started to walk to the village gates he was also starting to get very worried. As he got closer to the gates Naruto started to run towards them because he seen the main person he thought he was going to see ever again.
"PERVY SAGE!!!," he screamed as he ran towards the gate jumping on his grandpa crying.
Kushina and Minato were just staring with tears in their eyes they both knew how much their son loved his grandpa even though he loved everybody he was close with, Jiraiya had a more special part in his heart just a deeper connection. Both of them were so happy to see one of their sons it was just so heart-fulfilling just to be able to see this moment in their eyes they had missed so much.
They praised Kurama, Jiraiya, Lady Tsunade, and Iruka for making their son into the person he is today they never gave up on him and they loved that so much.
"I missed you so much," Naruto mumbled crying into Jiraiya's shoulder.
"I missed you too kid," Jiraiya smiled crying as held Naruto hugging him.
Jiraiya loved Naruto not because he was his grandkid but because he was just an amazing person that he had a great bond with and it did hurt him when he die knowing that he was going to be leaving his Naruto and Tsunade alone and he didn't want that but it happened, but now that he's back he definitely was going to make it up to them, along with his son and grandsons also.
Sasuke was just staring at Naruto he knew how much Naruto missed his parents along with how much more he missed Jiraiya because of the special bond they had. He loved seeing his partner happy no matter what any outsiders had to say about him Sasuke was a husband that would do anything just to make his partner happy even if some of the things did irritate him a little.

Sasuke smiled as he kept looking at the love of his life he knew what made Naruto he was like this when he came back to the village after long missions. Even after having the kids Naruto's love was so different to him still to this day and every day when he wakes up to him he still wonders how he ended up with such an amazing person who just lights up his whole world.
"Mom looks so happy," Mikoto said as she stared at her mother.
"He does," Sasuke smiled at his daughter as they started to walk over to the Uzumaki family as Itachi stayed back with their parents.
As the Uzumaki and Uchiha families were getting everything sorted about the other Uchiha and where they would be staying at the compound and the basic household needs they would be helping them get since they haven't got any money or anything right now.
Neji and Shika were talking about how they were going to approach his dad to his mom not wanting to shock her into the hospital along with getting Asuma ready to approach his daughter and Kurenai. Lee and his mother were arriving at Tenten's weapons shop about to break the news to her about them being siblings.
Since Temari had left Kankurou by himself to check up on her wife he was stuck with his parents and how he was going to break the news to Gaara and not risk getting Sand coffined he surely wants to go with the easier option here.
Iruka and Kakashi were at the House just catching their families up on everything that has changed since their deaths and just having a good time in general.
Gaara was in the comfort of his home just chilling with his kids and doing some last-minute work on his computer since he wasn't in Suna. He was also waiting on his husband to get back from this mission to hopefully tell him who all alive again so he can go ahead and set up that therapist appointment that he will probably greatly need.
Temari was walking into the gun range of her wife's weapons shop looking for her since she couldn't find her in the office. Temari did know that her wife loved to release anger through shooting when she was stressed. Tenten was in fact in the shooting rage she was feeling a lot of stress she was nervous about the outcome of Lee finding out that he was her brother she had found out a few weeks prior who was all her living relatives. She found out that Lee was her older brother she loved that he was her brother and that he shared blood with her. She did always feel like there was a deeper connection between the two of them than just friends she felt he was the missing family that she felt she needed.
Tenten also knew who their mother was and that Gai was their uncle her grandmother had told her everything about how when their mother died Lee had got separated from her and how she had got sent to her house and everything.
She was stressed because her brother could get hurt even though she knows Lee could protect himself the worry never went away and after finding out this news it just made it worst than before.
Temari did eventually find her wife and just cuddle her after she told her that was enough shooting she just wanted her to relax, and after the few days Temari had herself she just wanted to be with her wife and kids to be able to forget about it a little.
Yoshiro Nara was playing with her two younger grandkids telling them about their grandfather and about all the different things he did as a shinobi. She missed her husband if there was a way for her to see him right now she would be the happiest in the world she loved her husband he was her other half and she just missed him so much.
He also put up with her bullshit when she was nagging both of them oh how she just missed those moments.
As everyone was in their own little world some looking back at the little moments others just having fun with their kids. Some worry about the little things, and some are just happy to have the people they love back in their lives. Overall some don't know what's in store for them until the time comes for them to know.
