the truth revealed and a sensei gained
It took around ten minutes to walk to the Hokage's office, during the walk the trio got to know each other a bit, well Megami got to know them a bit more. They didn't learn much about her but they didn't expect to. But soon enough the child trio finally made it to the Hokage's office, and once they get there Shisui softly knocks on the door. Once he hears a light 'come in' he opens the door, holding it open for both Megami and Itachi to walk in before he closes it behind him.
The Hokage smiles at the three children who he's been expecting, two of which he's known since their birth and the other he's only met once when she was a child and knew her through letters. "I've been expecting you three." He turned towards the two Uchiha boys with a soft smile, "Do you two mind waiting outside while I talk to the newcomer?"
Shisui and Itachi nod both bowing towards the Hokage, Itachi being the first one out of the room while Shisui stops beside Megami giving her a smile of encouragement, "Good luck, we'll be waiting outside for you to finish, and then maybe we can show you around the village more depending on what the Hokage says."
Megami smiles at him feeling her cheeks redden a bit, "I'd love that, and I'll see you in a bit."
"See you." Shisui gives one last smile before leaving the room.
The Hokage smiles at the two's interaction, "I see you've grown close with Shisui in the small amount of time you've been here, Megami. You've grown so much since I last saw you, but then again that was when you were a baby."
Megami's eyes widen as she realized that he knew who she was, "You know?"
He chuckles softly nodding his head, "Yes, I knew from the moment Itachi and Shisui found you in front of the gates. Your father informed me that he'd be putting you under my watch until he was ready to see you again."
The blue haired girl frowned, "So, do you know exactly why he... why he put me here?"
The old man nods telling her he did in fact know why, "He did inform me why he sent you here. He wanted you to be safe and have a safe childhood where you wouldn't be judged and shamed because of his mistakes. That's why he sent you here." The Hokage looked towards her seriously, "I've sadly heard about the unfortunate events of your clan, so I do give my condolences but if you're anything like your parents I doubt you want to hear it. But I do get why you lied about your memory to the doctor."
Megami's eyes widen before she looked down guiltily knowing she was caught in her lie. Though the Hokage just smiled laughing softly at her, "You really do remind me so much of your mother, you always end up feeling bad for everything wrong you may have done."
The young girl's head tilts back up as she makes eye contact with the Hokage once more, "You've met my mother?"
The Hokage nods, his eyes shining at the mention of one of his dearly passed friends, "Yes, I have had the greatest pleasure of meeting your mother, I'd even go as far to call me and her good friends. She was a very wonderful person many would admire. She was one of the most kind hearted people I've had the pleasure of meeting in my life time. I could say the same about your father, before he changed of course." The Hokage frowns at the mention of her father, but he knew more about the situation than he let on, "Your father truly loved your mother more than life it's self, and her death effected him in horrible ways. It changed him and has caused him to do unspeakable things as you most certainly know. He's to the point of no return I'm afraid." The older man lied slightly.
The eight year old scoffed slightly, rolling her eyes, "I could see that much..." She frowned the memories of their small talk coming to mind, "When I talked to him... He was so different... I could barely recognize him..." She let out a sigh pushing her tears back, it wasn't the time to cry. "He needs to be stopped... He- I- I can't let him get away with what he did." Megami let out a shaky breath as it finally caught up to her, "He killed... He murdered everyone... Over something that wasn't even their fault... Mom... Mom wouldn't have wanted that, no matter what they may have done... Their... Their all gone..." A tear slide down Megami's face but before it could fall to the floor, she clenched her fist controlling the wind in the room to wipe away the tear.
The Hokage frowns catching the tear but knew it would be better to not call her out on it, "I know it must be hard Megami, but like you said, he needs to be stopped, and he will be stopped, by you."
Megami's head snapped up her eyes widening in horror at his words, "What?! What do you mean stopped by me?"
"I said, that you need to be the one to stop him. In fact you're the only one that can stop him. He told me himself." The Hokage sighed, of course he was worried but he knew where Zeref's intentions were.
"I-I-" Megami shuttered out in shock, "I can't- I could never... I'm too weak for him! Tha-That doesn't make any sense! I couldn't..." She lets out a shaky breath her mind flashing to his curse, he could have killed her then and there if she didn't react fast enough, "He's too strong... He could kill me easily! That's a suicide mission!"
The Hokage shakes his head with a sigh, "I, in no way mean any time soon, I know you're not prepared nor strong enough to fight him now. I mean when you are strong enough. Of course when that time comes me and whoever may be training you will also have a say if you're ready or not."
Megami frowned, "What do you mean, 'whoever trains you'? What do you mean...?"
The Hokage smiled at the fact she caught that detail, "I mean, that for the time being I think it would be best if you were to stay in the Leaf Village under my protection until I think you're ready to be on your own, or until you feel as though you're capable of being on your own. Though I do have to warn you about something." The smile on his face dropped as he went serious, "I want to warn you about the possibility that some of your clan members survived."
The girl's lips parted in shock having not even considered that possibility... they couldn't... they can't be... but if they are... then...
"I bring up with possibility with a warning that due to your I guess you could say, connection you have with your father, that they may come looking for you if they were to find out where you are." The Hokage said his face the most serious she's seen him since she got here.
Megami gulped not meeting his eyes, yeah... he's right... they would, they hated me the moment I got back when he murdered only a family... but it's the whole clan now... but if they were to be alive and they were to find me... they'd surely kill me without hesitation...
"That being said, I really do think the choice of hiding your last name was a very smart one, my dear. I do think it's best that as few people as possible know about you and your past for your safety." The Hokage said his face not softening in the slightest as he spoke.
Megami nods, she understood why he was saying that and she did agree that it was the smartest option as of now.
"Now, as for your training and who you'd be working with as a team. I would like to say I think it'd be best if you were to be put on a team with the two boys out there, Itachi and Shisui Uchiha. Both are very bright and trust worthy for their age, and their strength is well beyond their years, much like I'm positive your's is." The Hokage's serious aura dropped as he smiled at her a bit.
The blue haired girl nods, she trusted the Hokage to pick two trust worthy people. So if he trusted them to keep her secret safe, then she trusted them. Plus she liked the idea that she knew them before she was put on a team with them. Then again, the idea of just how powerful the team could be also crossed her mind. Two Uchiha's and a Vermillion were an unheard of team, mostly due to the fact of how recluse her Clan once was. But the amount of strength and power the three could have put together excited her, if the two boys were to get and master their Sharingan and if she were to be able to master her Dragon Force, the trio could be close to unstoppable.
The Hokage smiles at her, "Now do you want me to call the two in now, so they can be informed of the situation and about everything?"
Megami nods and that's all it took for the Hokage to call the two boys in. Walking in the two boys looked towards Megami, who smiled at them with Shisui smiling back at her brightly while Itachi gave her a nod. "I'd like to properly introduce myself to you both. It's nice to meet you, I'm Megami Vermillion."
Both Itachi's and Shisui's eyes widen as they stared towards the girl in shock, clearly astonished by the sudden new information that was given to them.
Shisui was the first to snap out of his shock as he spoke up, "You mean... like from the Vermillion Clan? Like the magic Clan? With the powers and no chakra? That Vermillion Clan?"
Megami smiles nodding her head softly at him, "Yes Shisui, that Vermillion Clan."
Itachi frowned as he spoke up for the first time since she met him, "Did you just remember this? Or did you always know?"
Megami sighs, she already expected the question, "I knew since the moment I woke up. But due to the fact I didn't really know where I was, or who you guys were exactly, I wasn't sure I would be able to trust you guys, no offense, of course. But I do want you guys to understand it really doesn't have anything to do with you, it's more so trust issues that were built over time. My clan's been hunted since it first came out in the open and their powers were exposed. I can't count the number of people outside of our clan that want what we have, that want our powers no matter the cost of getting them. They want to find out what makes our clan different from everyone else. You could compare it to how the Uchiha are hunted for their Sharingan at times."
Itachi nods before Shisui speaks up once more asking, "Wait, I'm confused, if you don't want people you can't trust knowing about your secret, then why are you telling us? How do you know for sure that we aren't going to tell everyone about you?"
Megami smiles softly at him though he could see a look in her eyes that put him on edge, "I mean the Hokage's the one that said I should trust you, he said you were trust worthy. And not sure about you but I don't think it's a good idea to go against the Hokage and prove him wrong."
Shisui smirked slightly hearing the underlying threatening tone. He realized then that she was smart, a lot smarter then she lets on.
Megami smiles again, her smile this time was genuine and sweet, "Do you guys have any other questions?"
Shisui grinned as he pipped up eagerly asking the question he wanted to know since he found out her clan, "What magic power do you use?"
Megami giggles raising her hand holding it out letting a tornado appear in her palm. Shisui was in awe as he gawked at with with a large adorable grin on his face while Itachi stood beside him looking impressed.
"I have rare magic that in my Clan we call Lost Magic, we call it Dragon Slayer Magic. I won't bore you with the details but to put it simply my magic was created with the purpose of defeating and slaying dragon. More specifically, it's called Sky Dragon Slaying Magic."
Both Uchiha's nod paying attention to every word that came out of the blue haired girl's mouth. Megami smiles at both of them with Shisui grinning back with that adorable grin that Megami has come to love in less than 24 hours. Itachi gives a small, light smile in return that made her smile widen as that was the first time since she's met him.
The Hokage smiles at the interaction before it drops, "Megami? Do you want to tell them the unfortunate events? Or do you want me to explain?"
Shisui frowns, "What do you mean?"
Megami gulps, "Uh, a day or so ago, before I was found outside the gates... my clan was massacred, by a very powerful mage in our clan..." Megami gulped again, "Though I can't say I'm surprised that it happened. Everyone could see it coming. I speak for a lot of people when I say that some of the clan rules can cause a lot of distaste towards the clan and it's people."
Both boys looked confused and their faces held clear sympathy for what had happened to the girl and what she had to go through but neither spoke up not knowing what to say and both fearing that they may cross a line they don't want to.
The Hokage looks between the trio before letting out a sigh, "Megami here is the only confirmed survivor of the Vermillion Clan that we are aware of and if there happen to be more, they may come after Megami to try and attack her."
Shisui's eyebrows frown as he looked at the Hokage in confusion, "Why would they try and attack her...? Has she done anything?"
The Hokage shakes his head, "Megami hasn't done anything."
Megami nods, "They'd do it cause of the connection I have to the Mage that caused the massacre. They may come for me if they knew I'm alive to either to hurt me to get revenge or to use me to try and find the mage thinking I know where they are."
Itachi frowns raising an eyebrow, "And why would you know where he is?"
Megami smiles sadly at the two her eyes dropping to the floor, "Well, because the mage that massacred the clan was my father."
Itachi's and Shisui's eyes widen staring at her in shock. Megami froze, scared they'd think the same as the rest of her clan did.
Though she was surprised when it was Shisui who spoke up, "That's stupid though! They can't put the blame on you or think that just cause you're related to him you know where he is!"
Megami's eyes widen in shock at his words, they then flicker towards Itachi who also looked slightly mad with his eyebrows frowned as he nodded in agreement to what Shisui had said. Megami could feel tears build up in her eyes before she blinked them away as she smiled at both boys, "Thank you, that means a lot more then you may think."
Shisui smiles back gently and Itachi smiles softly at the older girl.
The Hokage smiles softly at the scene before he spoke up, "Now that's settled and out of the way," His smile widens as he looks towards the boys, "How would you two like to protect her while she's here? More like you two will be put on the same team as her so it won't look odd when you're there to protect her."
Both boys looked towards Megami though she was already looking towards the ground in fear to look at them, scared they'll reject the offer to be on her team. Though both boys do the opposite as they look at each other and nod before turning back towards the Hokage both saying in unison, "It would be an honor, Lord Hokage."
The Uchiha duo bows while Megami stares towards them in shock, not believing they actually wanted to be on her team.
The Hokage smiles at the two young boys, "Thank you both for accepting the offer. But I wouldn't worry too much about her, she can handle her own perfectly fine. She is a Vermillion after all." He flashed a smile towards Megami, "Now since you both don't currently have a team, this works out perfectly and all I need to do is find you three a suitable sensei."
The trio of children nod their heads as the Hokage continues, "Though that being said, I already have a few people in mind, but for now I have an idea of who can train you guys while I get in contact with them. Is that okay?"
The three share a glance for a quick second before looking back toward the Hokage, all nodding their heads in agreement.
The Hokage smiles at the trio before he sends them on their way. They're not even ten yet, but I really do believe these three have a lot of potential, more then I first planned. Megami's eight only being around 5 days older then Shisui while Itachi's a few years younger then them being 5. Though with their strength you could never tell, they're all advanced beyond their age, that's for sure. With some intense training they very well could surpass them in due time...
It was the next day when the trio met up again. After yesterday, the Uchiha duo showed Megami to the apartment she'd be staying in before showing her around the village a bit more. They weren't able to show much before it was time for Itachi to be home but they showed her places to eat and the shops.
But as the trio walked towards the training grounds, Megami wasn't in the best mood and it showed as she let out another sigh.
Shisui who walked on her right side glanced towards her in concern, wondering what was wrong. This had to have been at least the tenth time she had sighed since they had met up, and he was growing concerned that something had happened in the short amount of time they were apart.
Though before Shisui could speak up and ask what's wrong, surprisingly, Itachi was the one to beat him as he asked the question that's been on Shisui's mind since they met up. "What's wrong?"
Megami's head swung to her left where Itachi was walking staring towards her with a concerned look on his face with his eye brow raised. She didn't think they had noticed her change in behavior, mostly cause everyone else she's even talked with never really cared about her all that much, so this was a new thing for her. Blinking the girl just put on a smile shaking her head, "Ah, it's nothing, I'm fine."
Shisui rolled his eyes, he didn't buy that for a moment, "Yeah, we may have just met recently, but I don't buy that, what's wrong?"
Megami's eyes widen before she frowns as they reached the training grounds. Walking towards a tree she sat down leaning her back against it as Itachi and Shisui sit on either side of her, giving the girl their full attention. "It's really nothing big, honestly... I guess... I'm just still in shock you guys actually wanted to be in a team with me. You had the opportunity to say no and not do it but you didn't... It's just... I'm not used to people being this... nice to me..."
Shisui frowned, he didn't like how she worded that, "What does that mean exactly?"
Megami frowns again as she put her focus on the ground as she drew shapes into the dirt with a stick she found beside her, "Let's just say, the Vermillion Clan doesn't have the... nicest people, to say the least."
Shisui glaces towards Itachi as the two share a look and frown. The two have both heard plenty of rumors about the Vermillion Clan, and at this point you would have to live under a rock to have not heard at least one rumor. Though since they've met Megami they started to believe that most of the rumors weren't true. But they guess that some of them were true and that not all the clan members were not all like her.
Megami smiles as she drew a small three-person family in the dirt beside her, "In the Vermillion Clan you could say it was more of a village than a clan. We had so many people that we were all put into groups called Guilds. Honestly theres a lot I could talk about when it comes to guilds really. But yeah, my mom was the guild leader of the strongest guild in our clan. My mom was very well known throughout the clan, she was know as the smartest person in the clan. She was amazing, she was beautiful, cheerful, nice, caring, anything you could want in a mother really..." Megami smiled at the thought of her mother.
"My father before everything happened, he was also like that. He was a well known pacifist, he hated everything to do with fighting. He was caring and kind. He also had so much patience with me no matter how annoying I'd get when I'd cry or whine about something stupid. He'd take care of me while mom took care of the guild which was quite often." Megami said as her smile turned into a frown as she scribbled out the mother of the three person family in the dirt.
"When I was around three, like all Dragon Slayers at that age, I was sent to the former Dragon Slayer in our clan. Her name was Grandeeny, she like me had Sky Dragon Slaying magic. She taught me everything I know about my magic. I trained with her for around five years before she passed away and I was sent back to the main part of the clan compound. When I arrived at the main compound, everyone hated me... They all despised me for my father's wrong choices, choices I weren't even aware of when I first got back. They acted like I have any control over what he had done. I was only there for barely a day, if that but it was hell. I found out my father was a murder and later that night I found out why he did it. He was learning forbidden magic and mom didn't have the heart to leave him alone. It's ironic, the person who hated fighting and bloodshed more than anything became the cause of easily the largest massacre known to mankind. He wiped out the entire clan that held easily more than 5,000 people out in one night... all on his own."
Megami let out a shakily broken laugh as tears slide down her slightly chubby heart shaped face. The two boys moved closer to her in a way of comfort. Itachi reached and grabbed one of her hands holding it softly rubbing shapes into the back of her hand. Shisui wrapped an arm around her shoulder pulling her closer to him holding her closer in comfort.
Megami let out a breath as she continued, "He went on and on about how it was all the clan's fault mom was dead. He finally snapped and his magic went out of control. It was then I realized just what happened, and I recognized the magic. He learned one of the most forbidden magic's known to our clan and was cursed because of it. He learned Ankhseram Black Magic and was cursed by Ankhseram, the god himself. He was cursed with the Contradictory Curse... It's a curse that can kill life it's self if it's touched when the user goes out of control... The curse works in horrible ways... The more you love life the more you kill it... It's horrible... Mom knew that and she knew he loved her... She knew what she was getting herself into... I don't think I'll ever really understand that... Why she did that... She could have left... She would have been better off without him, alive..." Megami let out a huff blinking as she pushed back her tears.
Shisui had a sad smile as he pulled the girl closer letting her rest her head on his shoulder comfortably, "I guess sometimes, you want the people you're better off without... No matter how bad they may be for you."
Megami frowns, biting her lip holding back more tears as she snuggled into the warmth that Shisui's body provided for her. She knew he was right, she just would never admit that out loud.
Shisui then out of no where stands up pulling up Megami with him as a stupidly adorable grin found it's way on his face, "How about we forget all the depressing stuff for a while, get your mind off things? What do you say? Cause I love the idea of settling it once and for all. Who's stronger, Vermillion or Uchiha? I like to think the answer is obvious but may as well give it a fighting chance." The stupid grin formed into a challenging cocky smirk as he stared slightly down at her.
Megami felt her eye slightly twitch at the diss at her clan. She glares as the wind around them starts to pick up making Shisui grin noticing he got her riled up, "Oh it's on Uchiha."
Shisui smirks as he readied his Sharingan. Itachi lightly smiled at the two as he backed away moving to the side lines not wanting to be in the middle of the fight that was about to start. He wanted to let the two settle it on their own.
The two both breath out before they both nod at each other as a single to start before they charged at each other. Megami was slightly faster in the speed department due to her using the wind to her advantage to speed her up.
Shisui was the first to throw a punch in which Megami dodged jumping back aiming a kick at his head midair. Shisui blocked it pushing her foot away making Megami lose balance and stumble slightly on her landing when her feet hit the floor. Megami was quick to throw another punch though it didn't land as once again Shisui dodged it as he flipped back with a smirk as he decided it was time to dial up the fight a bit to make it more interesting.
"Fire Release: Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Shisui didn't put all that much chakra into the attack so it wasn't as big as it could have been but if it hit it would still be effected. Megami smirked, "Sky Dragon Roar!"
A strong blast of wind came from her lips dispelling the fireball on contact. The two share a smirk and rush towards each other again, though before they could land a bit on the other an Anbu appears suddenly between the two. Both of their eyes widen as they both try and stop only for them both to tumble and fall straight on their faces.
Megami lifts her self up slightly spitting out the dirt that got into her mouth from the fall before glaring towards the Anbu growling out, "You could have waited a second, ya know!"
Shisui's head pops up from the dirt as well spitting out dirt just as Megami did seconds ago. He glared towards the Anbu in annoyance but he didn't speak up on it as Megami did.
What pissed Megami off even more was the light snicker of amusement she heard from the Anbu making her glare intensify as she realized that they did it on purpose. It was then she decided she didn't like them and she had their scent memorized so she could glare at the every time she saw them.
Megami then heard Itachi join the Anbu as he let out a snicker as well walking towards the three of them. Megami turned her glare towards the younger boy who sniffled his laughter raising his hands up in defeat towards her mocking making the blue haired girl roll her eyes. Though her attention was brought towards the Anbu once more as they spoke up, "The Lord Hokage has requested your presence. He'd like to speak to the three of you in private."
They then bowed with one last snicker and Megami could have sworn they looked in her direction. She glared back at them before they disappeared in a cloud of smoke. She knew they were watching her and Shisui fight. They could hide their chakra from Itachi and Shisui all they damned want but nothing could get past her nose.
With a sigh and a roll of her eyes Megami gets up dusting off her outfit. Holding her hand out to Shisui she smiles down at him as he takes her hand letting her pull him up as he grins back at her. "Let's get going then, yeah?"
Itachi nods joining their side as they started towards the Hokage's office.
Along the way the trio talked more, getting to know each other more with Megami joining in now. The blue haired girl learned that they had met earlier in the year. She had also learned that Itachi was part of the main branch of the Uchiha clan. She also learned about that branches of a clan were a lot like how her clan had guilds. They had learned more about her magic and how the training works which the found fascinating and wanted to know more though before she was able to tell them they found themselves in front of the Hokage's office and they knocked not wanting him to wait longer then he already had.
Megami flashed a smile towards the Hokage as they entered the room but frowned as she glanced towards the corner of the room spotting no one but she knew someone else was in the room, she could smell them. She turned back towards the Hokage only to see him smiling towards her knowingly and it was then she knew she wasn't just smelling things, someone was actually there.
The Hokage moves his gaze onto all three of them as his face drops into a serious expression, "So I have come the the decision of who will be training you for the time being until I can get into contact with who I want to train you permanently." He glances towards the same spot Megami had smelt someone in and gave a nod. Suddenly someone appears causing Itachi and Shisui to tense in surprise while Megami steps closer to the two. Narrowing her eyes at him as she analyzed him, he had bright blue eyes and spiky blond hair, he would be considered handsome if Megami was older.
He noticed her looking at him and flashed her a smile, Minato was impressed to say the least. She was able to sense him, how he had no clue, but he suspected it was smell as he remembered the Hokage mentioning she had a inhumanly sharp nose. The fact she was able to sniff him out the moment she entered the room just backs up that statement. He could tell she was strong for her age, and those senses of hers were not to be underestimated in the slightest.
The Hokage smiles noticing the look on Minato's face and nods at him to introduce himself. Minato smiles at the three children, "Hello, I'm Minato Namikaze, I'm going to be your new sensei for the time being. It's nice to meet you all."
Megami kept her narrowed brown eyes on him for a quick second before looking towards the Hokage. Once she sees him nod at her with a supporting smile she turns back towards the older blond male with her sweet smile, introducing herself. "It's nice to meet you as well, I'm Megami!"
The Hokage smiles noticing how she didn't give her clan name and gave a soft chuckle, "Megami, dear, I wouldn't give you a sensei I didn't trust enough to know about you, you can tell him, after all he would have to know as soon enough he'll be sitting in my seat giving you these orders."
Megami's eyes widen along with Itachi and Shisui's as they realized what he was implying. Though the three shared a glance and decided it was best to not speak on it now. Megami turned back toward the blond male with a sigh as she put on another smile. It was then that Shisui and Minato both narrowed their eyes as they both saw through the smile somehow. "Alright then, let's do this again. It's nice too meet you as well, I'm Megami Vermillion."
Minato's eyes widen for a fraction of a second before they turn back to normal. He didn't believe the whispers and rumors of the Vermillion clan massacre but he didn't believe them till there was proof. And standing right in front of him was proof. Minato smiles back at the girl before he glanced between the two boys on either side of her.
Shisui flashed a grin at him, "I'm Shisui Uchiha, nice to meet you."
Itachi gave him a simple nod of greeting, "Itachi Uchiha."
Minato smiled at the trio as he saw the similarities between this team and his old one. Shisui reminded him of Obito. Itachi reminded him of Kakashi a little bit. And Megami kinda reminded him of Rin. The blond's eyes narrow, but they weren't going to end up like them. They were going to be stronger then they could have ever been.
Minato smiles once more at the three of them before looking at the Hokage and gave him a nod. He saw the potential that he was talking about now. The Hokage smiles back at him with a nod. The blond looks back at the three, "Alright, how about we go to the training ground and get to know each other?"
Shisui and Megami share a grin while Itachi gave a nod of agreement.
As they all walk towards the training grounds, the four talked and got antiquated. They talked about their likes, dislikes, their dreams and other things like that. Basic information, nothing too personal.
Minato let the three kids walk ahead of him as he fell behind the group watching at they talked. Minato mostly kept his eyes on Megami, watching as she smiled and laughed, they seemed almost fake to him. He knew that Megami was more hurt and effected by her clan's massacre then she lets on. She lost all of her parental figures, watched as her clan burned around her, and on top of that she witnessed her father be the one to bring her clans down fall. He knew she'd need parental guidance, one she will no longer be able to have. It was then he had an idea that he knew his wife would be fine with, he'd just have to talk it over with the Hokage once this session was over.
As they arrive at the training ground he smiles holding up two bells, "You three will be trying to get these bells from me before the timer goes off, the people who get the bells pass."
Megami's eyebrows frown staring towards him, there's only two bells... but there's three of us... how are we supposed to... I don't want to leave either of them behind...
Itachi and Shisui's thoughts were in a similar place as Minato looks at their faces observing their facial expressions. He smiles as he sees the look of concern being passed around in the trio as they all try to figure out just what to do. He then holds the bells up letting them jingle in the wind one last time before he disappears in a cloud of smoke.
Before either boy could go after him Megami was quick to grab both of them pulling them towards her as she smiled, "Guys, wait! I have a plan."
Shisui grins patting her head, "Alright hit us with it."
Megami blushed a bit at the act of affection before she nods telling them the plan.
