"We've seen the basic overview of your skills, Naruto and to say they suck is an understatement, we have alot to work on," said Tenzo, of course, Naruto had the decency to look embarrassed.
"How long do we have?" asked Shisui.
"About a month and a half to get him ready," said Tenzo to which Shisui and Yugao both looked shocked.
"That is definitely not enough time," said Yugao.
"We'll be splitting the training, I will help him with chakra control, reading regulations, manners, books and such, Yugao will help him with Kenjutsu and Shisui will help him with taijutsu and teach him the body flicker will you," said Tenzo knowing that Shisui would get it to a good level, most likely one that he could fight with it.
"How do you plan to split it?" asked Shisui.
"We abuse Naruto's ability to make hundreds of shadow clones," said Tenzo.
"Than what should we do with the original?" asked Yugao
"Simple, we switch him around, one day with me, one day with you, one day with Shisui," explained Tenzo.
"So when do we begin?" asked Naruto.
"Right now, Naruto summon about a 150 clones," said Tenzo. Naruto did as ordered and suddenly there were about a hundred fifty clones, if anyone else saw this many, it might give them a heart attack as to see so many of the blonde menace.
"Okay, Naruto you and fifty clones stay with me," ordered Tenzo, "fifty go with Shisui and fifty with Yugao."
As soon as the group split up, Naruto decided to ask the obvious question.
"Why did you want me to summon shadow clones?" asked Naruto to which Tenzo sighed.
"Naruto do you know the secret of shadow clones?" asked Tenzo to which Naruto shaked his head.
"You receive the memory of your clones," explained Tenzo "this means say you want to learn a technique, if you and a shadow clone focus on it, it will take half of the time and if you and two shadow clones focus on it, it will take a third of the time and so forth."
"That's so cool," said Naruto.
"Indeed, now split your clones into 2 groups, 25 each," said Tenzo.
"Now what?" asked Naruto as Tenzo pulled out a couple of books.
"One group will be reading these books, the other group will be working on chakra control with me," said Tenzo.
"But reading books are so boring!" shouted Naruto and Tenzo hit him on the head.
"Naruto it is boring but necessary, books give us knowledge that can save our lives," said Tenzo. Naruto didn't seem believe him and there was the fact that Naruto believed that he had to stop reading once he exited the academy.
"Like what?" asked Naruto.
"Say, you have a mission and you don't have any food, you find these berries," said Tenzo.
"I'd eat the berries," said Naruto.
"But how do you know if these berries are poisonous?" asked Tenzo.
"Um well," stuttered Naruto but Tenzo's point had been made clear.
"This is why books are important, they give you the knowledge you need to survive," said Tenzo.
"Alright, alright, I'll have that group read the books," said Naruto as he pointed towards the group on the right, they did as ordered and found different books to read. Books on chakra, fruits and vegetables, hunting, cooking, geographical locations, ettiqute and so much more.
"Now Naruto and other group follow me," said Tenzo and they walked towards the trees.
"So what's the plan, taichou?" asked Naruto.
"I am going to teach you, tree walking," explained Tenzo as he walked towards the tree, and putting a foot on it and began walking on the tree, Naruto and his clone's eyes widened at the sight, "what I need you to do is to focus chakra into your feet, not too much and not to little, and walk on the tree."
Naruto and his clones did as ordered with Tenzo offering advice, at first all the clones were pushed off the tree and created a dent.
"Naruto, you are using too much chakra, decrease your amount," criticised Tenzo and Naruto did as ordered.
-With shisui-
"Now chibis, split yourselves up into 2 groups," ordered Shisui. The fifty Naruto's split themselves into 2 groups as Shisui made a shadow clone on his left to help with the training.
"Half of you are going with me to learn the body flicker technique," explained Shisui.
"While the other half with be working on taijutsu with me," finished the shadow clone.
-With Yugao-
"Let's start with basic katas," said Yugao to which the clones nodded.
"One thing you must note is that the Tanto is smaller than the basic sword-" explained Yugao who to fight with a tanto.
