Not a fan of cats?
Orochimaru had invited Sakumo over for a sleepover so they can talk and watch movies all night.
But once Sakumo walked in he had noticed five cats. A gray one with a blue collar with the name Felix. Then a fluffy white one with a yellow collar with the name Milk. Next to Milk was a brown kitty wearing an orange collar with Oscar engraved into it. Then a black bobtail with a baby pink collar that said Burnt was plying with a siamese wearing a black collar with the word Mocha engraved into it.
“Oh I didn’t know you had so many cats I thought you only liked snakes. ” Sakumo was a dog person by all means. He didn’t mind cats but the cute faces was all he liked.
“Hm, oh yeah, I forgot to tell you about them. I hope you don’t mind. They’re kind of everywhere and most are quite snuggly.” As Oro had said this Milk and Felix had crowded around the snake Sanin’s legs until they were both picked as if proving Orochimarus point.
“I’m not a big cat person, I much prefer canines but I guess cats are all right but I don’t see why anyone would want so many. I think one or two is good maybe three, but five? I mean cats aren’t all that great all they do is eat, sleep, bite, and scratch. They usually have a cute face is all.” Sakumo clearly should have watched his words because next thing he knew Orochimaru bitch slapped him across the face.
“How could you possibly say such things about such an exquisite and adorable creature?! Oscar is so intelligent Charlie was so funny Milk is so lovely Burnt is so interesting Mocha is so beautiful And Felix is so….special! And you can’t say anything about a cats name because cats are meant to have weird names!” Oro was obviously very angry over the unkind words Sakumo had used well talking about the cats, so Sakumo tried to think up an apology but with Orochi’s yelling about amazing cats it was hard.
“Hey I’m sorry cats are incredibly intelligent and elegant creatures and I apologize for my uncalled for behaviour.” He really hoped that worked he had loved the snake sumner for a very long time and didn’t want to create a gap in the friendship because of Orochimarus over exaggeration about cats.
“No, sakumo you can’t take your words back. Now leave I don’t want your negative energy to spread in my apartment to my children.”
“But they’re just cats I don’t see the big deal. I’m not hurting them or telling you to get rid of them. And why do you refer to them as your children?”
“You did not pass the vibe check, you now must leave. And I call them my children because they are my adopted children!”
“No need to get all worked up about it. I’m sorry I’ll leave but can we hang out Wednesday at your favourite lake in the woods after dinner?” Sakumo was trying to ask Orochimaru out on a date but as usual the snake was oblivious to anything romantic.
“I go there every night so if you’re there and I have yet to forgive you then I will chase you away and peacefully sit with my children in the meadow.” As Oro said this they were trying to lift Sakumo up and out the door, but he was to tall and muscular for it to work very well so they gave up and just told him to leave like a normal person.
“Ok sounds good enough for me sorry about what I said about your cats again. I’ll see you in four days at the lake bye!” Once Sakumo left Orochimaru went to they’re bedroom and proceeded to curl up with all five of their kittys and the few snakes that got along with the cats and contemplated if they were going to forgive Sakumo or not until they finally fell asleep after two and a half hours thinking of ways to tell Sakumo no and hurt his feelings just enough.
