Summary
“I’m fine Anija… what do you mean Madara is the other father?”“The baby shares the chakra signatures of both you and Madara, which can only mean that he is the other father. Did you not know Tobi?”“Anija! Madara and I have never done anything together! You know I wouldn’t get together with the enemy!”“But he is the other father…”-Or a baby happens to end the war?
Note
This came to me today after I drew my madatobi love child again, but please note I do not know much lore and know only a small amount of madara and tobirama lore and info. Most stuff will be coming from madatobi fics and the small amount of videos and stuff I’ve read about the warring states era.

Chapter 7

It had now been a week and three days since Madara left, and Izuna had never wished to have his brother more than now.

A heavily pregnant, agitated, and tired Senju Tobirama was nothing to mess around with. Izuna has nearly exhausted his chakra ten times over in the last twenty-four hour period just to stop the albino from crying, to complaining loudly about his ‘idiot’ of an older brother. The main reason he’s exhausted himself though? To stop the damned Senju from taking off his house slippers and throwing them at his head whenever he got fed up with Izuna.

This was one hundred percent Izuna abuse, he didn’t even put the baby inside the damn albino and he was the one getting beat up for it. Izuna learned the hard way to not bring up how the other man’s mood swings and anger issues had gotten worse without Madara there.
-
Izuna crept slowly through the house one night, sharingan activated while rapidly scanning every area he walked through after having heard clashes and clangs coming from the kitchen, only to stop dead in his tracks when he came face to face with what was making the noises. He couldn’t help the laugh that escaped his mouth, which is ultimately how the albino had noticed him.

“It’s not funny.” Fumed the pregnant man, rice he had been cooking had somehow been set on fire and had caught the curtains behind the stove on fire as well.

This caused the Senju to have to drench the kitchen in a suiton created wave, to avoid greater damages than what had already occurred.

“Sure, and you and Madara aren’t in love with each other Mama Rama!” Izuna wheezed, doubling over with laughter as he recounted the scene with his clans doujutsu. The facial expression, the state of the kitchen, everything was priceless to say the least. He thanked amatesaru that he had his sharingan activated, he could not wait to show Madara this when he gets back.

While Izuna had his laughing fit, Tobirama’s blood continued to boil. He hadn’t been able to sleep properly since Madara had left, which was a little over a week ago at this point, six days to be exact… Not like Tobirama was counting the days down or anything, it wasn’t as if Tobirama was upset Madara and him weren’t together romantically. Nothing like that.

So It came as a surprise to both of them when Izuna was suddenly knocked backwards. Although it was debatably more shocking as to what it was that knocked him back, it had been done by a water dragon, one that Tobirama had unintentionally summoned… With his anger alone. No hands signs, nothing.

Tobirama’s anger had diminished as fast as it had come, eyes widening as he rushed over to Izuna who was still spluttering on water left behind by the said water dragon.

“Izuna! I’m sorry, I didn’t- are you okay!?” Tobirama stammered, worried that he had now severely hurt his baby’s uncle, Madara’s brother, an Uchiha they were working so hard to make peace with for their baby’s future.

“What the hell was that!?” Izuna asked, choking on water slightly still. Tobirama breathed a sigh of relief shortly, he hadn’t injured the man beyond comprehension or movement.

Bewildered at what he had witnessed, Izuna went to sit up to ask the pregnant Senju what the hell had just happened. Before fully making his way into a sitting position, he winced, hands going to grab at his side. Tobirama’s eyes widened, flickering between the other man’s face and hands that were now gripping his side.

Of fucking course, that pregnant and overly emotional idiot had to had either broken or badly bruised some of his ribs.

“Idiot, you do know some medical ninjutsu right, like Hashirama?” Izuna asked, face skewed up in pain, rubbing the still painful spot slightly.

“I- I only know the basics, I can only do minimal healing, but afterwards I’ll call for Hashirama!” Tobirama said, as he dropped to his knees beside the older man.

Izuna watched as Tobirama struggled to sit on his knees with his bulging baby bump in the way, but said nothing, not even an attempt at a joke was made.

Even though Izuna could have definitely told the albino he looked like a waddling penguin, as he had to scoot closer to the injured man on his knees. He had just been out of reach of the injured man’s side, because of where he had dropped.

Tobirama parted the others' sleeping yukata, just ever so slightly so he could take a good look at the injury. It was already bruising, turning a nasty purple and black.

Tobirama winced at the sight, he knew it had hurt, he had practiced most of his jutsu on his very own clones. The data from attacking his own clones would transfer to Tobirama himself after he had dispelled the clones. It had given him insight on what the jutsu would be like from an enemy stand point, as well as if it was okay to go to use in battle.

The slight glow of green soon surrounded the albino man’s hands, bringing them closer to Izuna’s side as he began to heal him as best as he could muster. About ten minutes into the healing Izuna could see the red eyed man struggling silently, sweat starting to bead on his forehead causing his hair to slightly stick down, as well as the labored breathing the man was displaying.

“Okay, that’s enough…” Izuna spoke, the other ignored him, as he continued to heal him to try and rectify his mistake.

Izuna saw that the albino wasn’t stopping, and clearly wasn’t planning to. He sat up more and decided to stop the younger man himself. Grabbing a hold of the other man’s hand he abruptly pulled them away from his wounded side, green dissipating into thin air.

Wide red eyes met with his mouth moving to say something, although nothing seemed to be able to come out. Struggling against the raven haired man’s grip, Tobirama tried to break free of the hold.

His eyes still remained on Izuna’s, looking him directly in the eye as he continued to struggle, trying to regain control to continue healing the Uchiha clan heir. Izuna stilled slightly when he realized why Tobirama was keeping prolonged eye contact with him.

The Senju and many other clans knew prolonging eye contact with an Uchiha could easily end in their demise. Tobirama had consistently made eye contact with not only Madara and Izuna,
but as well as every other Uchiha in the compound, although he would never gaze too deeply for too long he still met their gaze.

This time though his eye contact was different, prolonged and unusual for the albino male. Izuna remembers the damned clause one of their idiot elders had insisted be put into the peace treaty for them to accept, if they hadn’t needed his vote they would have done away with it.

“If a Senju harms any Uchiha in any way other than self defense, the Senju responsible for the injuries subsequently submits themselves to that of the other for punishment, even including the sharingan. Allowing whatever punishment the recipient of said injuries would like to be placed upon them, short of anything sexual and death itself.” Elder Kota had spoken, his clause for his vote to be towards peace at the drafting of the ceasefire and peace treaty.

Madara and Izuna had groaned silently and glared at the elder, as had most of the Senju delegation. Hashirama had tensed, looking over towards Mito and Tobirama as if to ask them what he should do.

Of course Tobirama being the brains of his clan had stepped forward and spoke up, hand ever so resting slightly on his very small, at the time bump.

“We will accept the clause-” Shocked gasps resonated throughout the clearing of the Naka river, from both sides of each delegation. Including shocked rambling and flailing from not only Hashirama, but as well as Madara and Izuna.

“Though there will be one in place for the Uchiha as well, same elements and same punishments. Although this clause will not be allowed for the children of either clan.” The albino's eyes slanted, glaring at the elder who had demanded it causing him to shrink back in on himself.

“We ended child hunters after both of our little brothers had been killed by them, this peace is to protect our children.” Tobirama spoke, coming to stand by Hashirama’s side, as he lovingly placed a hand on his elder brother's shoulder, before continuing.

“And do not think I won’t hunt down and kill anyone and anything that threatens the life of my future child or the children of the village. Be it my clan or another’s, no harm will come to the children of either clan, or the village.” Tobirama spoke, cold glare still situated on the elder as his voice dripped with hate.

They had known the white demon specifically never went after children, but they hadn’t expected him to be soft for them, and especially not so vocal about the protection of not just his clan's children but as well as those of Uchiha descent.

“If you can’t accept that in addition to your clause, forget it. I’ll take mine and Madara’s child and raise them myself away from these lands, I will not allow them to be in harm in any shape or form.” Tobirama spoke again, voice clear yet shaky, eyes glossed over with tears he refused to let fall. The memories of his two younger brothers and how their lives had been cut so short, suddenly rushing back to him from a place he had kept the memories locked away for the last ten years. There was absolutely no room for further negotiations, everyone could see that.

“We accept.” Madara spoke before the elder could.

“But-” Kota tried to speak up.

“We accept.” Madara and Izuna both said this time, eyes glaring holes into the arrogant elder.

“I accept.” Kota spoke, gulping at the looks his clan head and heir were giving him now.

“Alright! With that out of the way let’s move on to uhhh.” Hashirama spoke, losing his track of thought searching for the scroll with the next topic, soon being bonked over the head with it courtesy of his lovely wife.

“I swear without me and Tobirama you'd lose your head, dear husband.” Mito sighed softly, as Hashirama grinned sheepishly accepting the scroll from her and began discussing the next topic.

Back in the present Izuna was still in such shock that Tobirama was thinking he was going to punish him in some way for what happened. He had seen the other's face then and had seen it in battle, Tobirama hadn’t intended to harm him, he didn't even use hand signs!

With the shock of everything he had absentmindedly let go of the others wrists he was holding onto to prevent him from healing anymore. Allowing the other to break away and start healing his wound again, eyes never leaving Izuna’s.

Izuna groaned, pulling and pushing the other off, being as mindful of his pregnant swollen belly as possible. Eventually finding a way to get the Senju off of him and stop the healing once again, although the white haired man looked even worse. Eyes foggy as they still stared into his, sweat dripping down from his neck and head onto the floor.

“Tobirama! What the hell!? Why are you keeping eye contact still? It’s done, it's over, I’m fine.” Izuna yelled, shaking the hands he had once again somehow captured in his own hands.

“I… I hurt you, if a Senju hurts an Uchiha they must allow the recipient of said injuries to punish them how they see fit.” Tobirama spoke, repeating the clause from the treaty meeting almost word for word. As his head was tilted to the side in confusion, why was Izuna asking that? He had been there and he knew why.

“Tobirama! I’m not going to hurt you! You’re carrying my niece or nephew, Madara is in fucking love with you. Head over heels, smitten. I can see it, he’s my brother.” Izuna spoke, voice soft looking into the others still wide and scared eyes before signing.

“Listen… Madara and I didn’t agree to that clause because we wanted it, we agreed because it was the only way we could currently get that old geezer to agree to peace. This was an accident mama Rama, I’m not going to hurt you for that. ” Izuna bemoaned, moving to stand. Tobirama watched with panicked eyes as he saw Izuna grimace again.

“Please just let me finish! I can’t heal the bones but I can heal the bruises!” Tobirama yelled, Izuna knew the albino man didn’t like owing anyone favors, but this was a little much. He rushed to stand up with the Uchiha, reaching for the injured side again trying to activate his chakra to heal the bruises more.

When his world started to suddenly thrusted into spinning, unfocused vision as if light was to dim in and out, as well as muffled sound. That last thing he was able to make out before it fully faded to black was a muffled scream of.

“Tobirama!”

Izuna had stared in shock as the other started to fall toward the floor, moving forward with his fast shinobi reflexes he easily caught the pregnant male in his arms. Izuna contemplated what he should do, Tobirama and his niece and nephew needed to be looked over immediately.

He groaned in pain as he leaned down, placing Tobirama's limp body in an upright position as he supported him. Helping Izuna slightly to where he could place one of his arms under the Senju’s knees and another cradling him at his back, keeping a tight grip on him no matter how much pain it was causing him. Once he was sure he had a firm grip and wouldn’t drop the other no matter what he rushed across the compound, catching concerned looks from all who he passed.

Busting through the wards of the medical treatment center within the compound, Izuna was met with Hikaku who had been delivering important documents to the medical staff.

Hikaku’s eyes widened as he saw the state Tobirama was in, ushering out orders to the medical staff on hand as he continued leading Izuna to an empty room as if he had been the head of medical ninjutsu.

Once Izuna had gotten Tobirama situated on the bed, other medical staff had started to surrounded the albino, checking his vitals and putting an IV into the pregnant man, it was a plant based liquid of medical herbs and helped along with minimal medical ninjutsu that hashirama had created to help within the medical jutsu world for those who needed immediate help with things there body lacked in their current state.

Tobirama looked frail, more so than when Izuna had struck him down nearly five months earlier, as well as looking so much younger than when he was awake. Tobirama’s normal resting face made him look older than he was, he was far too serious for a man of the age of only twenty-two. Without his face guard which he had foregone soon after he had entered the Uchiha clan’s compound walls, he had looked younger but now he looked so very young.

Izuna was sure they were close in age but with this he wasn’t so sure now, without his usual expression he looked so soft, young, and innocent. All who knew of the white demon knew he wasn’t innocent, just as no shinobi was.

Shaken out of his thoughts suddenly with a shake to his shoulder he turned to see Hikaku.

“What happened?” His cousin asked, fear lacing his voice as he watched the medical staff work at the albino male.

“I got hurt and he felt bad, he tried to heal me and I let him for a bit… Then he got all sweaty and had labored breathing. I tried to stop him but the idiot was stubborn.” Izuna sighed, hand going to undo his ponytail to fix his hair that had been jostled around from this morning.

“He felt it was his fault, it was an accident, I tried to tell him. When he stood up after me he just collapsed, I was lucky I was there. I don’t wanna imagine if this were to happen when he was out alone walking or by himself at home.” Izuna sighed, as he finished tying his hair back into pace, ringing out some of the leftover water still in his hair.

“Now that he’s settled in here with people to monitor him, I’m going to run to the Senju compound to retrieve Hashirama so he can do a once over on him. You stay with him! Do not leave him until I return, Madara will literally have our heads. I’ll be back soon!” Izuna rushed out as fast as he could, running towards the Senju as fast as he could as he left Hikaku behind to watch over the unconscious Senju in the medical ward.

When Izuna arrived at the Senju compound gates he gulped down air, as he caught his breath. Dear Amaterasu, he hasn’t run that fast and long since he first became a shinobi and had to escape child hunters.

Once Izuna had caught his breath fully enough to form sentences he approached the opening of the gate, he was met by that one brown haired cousin of Tobirama’s who was a freakishly strong warrior woman, one who always appeared in her armor and her red lip paint.

“What is it you damn Uchiha runt!?” The woman bellowed at him, Izuna looked behind him. Was she talking to another Uchiha that tagged along? He knew she didn’t think him to be a runt, Izuna fumed.

“I’ll have you know I’m considered tall within the Uchiha! You Senju are just freakishly big!” Izuna yelled, before taking a calming breath while the Senju woman cackled in front of him.

“Anyway! That’s not the point, I need to speak with Hashirama immediately!” Izuna kicked back into panicked gear, remembering why had run nearly half way across the damn earth. He knew he was being dramatic there, but why the hell were there so much fucking land and bodies of water to cross to reach these idiots.

“What's wrong? Is Tobi okay?” The woman, who’s name he just still couldn’t seem to remember asked.

“I don’t know! I need him to come look him over, he fainted a short while ago. Please go get him, Madara is on a mission right now so Hikaku is watching over him while he’s unconscious.” Izuna hurriedly explained the situation as best as he could, the brown haired woman nodded understanding the situation somewhat and rushed back towards the compound to retrieve her cousin.

She returned moments later, two others trailing behind her. A flailing Hashirama who was running towards him faster than he had ever seen him run and his wife Mito who was hurriedly following as she yelled at her husband to calm down.

“What’s wrong with my precious Tobi!? What happened!” Hashirama wailed, hugging Izuna, getting snot on him in the process.

“I don’t know what’s wrong really! Let’s just get a move on, we should hurry!” Izuna yelled, taking off with Hashirama hot on his tail. Mito looked at her cousin in law and sighed at the concern etched onto her features, bringing her into a small hug before pushing towards the wailing idiots who had already taken off.

“You go, I’ll stay behind and keep an eye on the elders and everyone else. I know you want to see him as well, just don’t allow Hashirama to do anything to stupid please?” Mito sighed, having to ask someone to watch her husband as if he was a child was something she never foresaw when marrying the man.

“I’ll make sure of it.” Touka promised, turning to place her weapon inside the gates, she did not want there to be any chance to give the wrong impression to the Uchiha. Leaving as soon as she was done, she followed the wails of Hashirama and the shrieks of that runt of an Uchiha.

Once they had reached the Uchiha compound Izuna had to wave away worried and overly curious people after they had crossed the gates, all who just wanted to know why two other Senju were in their compound suddenly.

Hashirama wasn’t scheduled for a visit until a week after Madara returned, for a check up and to help Tobirama transform into the form he would need to be suited to birth naturally.

Small whispers and murmurs went through the crowd, mostly elderly people speaking their dislike of it.

“Can’t believe they just are letting them roam around here now”

“They shouldn’t be here, not yet for Hashirama-San at least.”

The one that finally broke Izuna’s composure of course was from Kota.

“As if that idiot needs company.” He spoke, rolling his eyes. Izuna balled his fists and turned to face the wrinkly bastard.

“If anyone has a problem with them being here, bring it up with Madara when he returns. I’m sure he’d be glad to hear from those who have complained about this ‘company’, as you put it, just somehow is here to check on the mother of his child and our future clan heir’s wellbeing. I’ll be sure to let him know how you feel Kota-San” Izuna smirked, eyes closed face conveying just how serious he was which got most to shut up and Kota to choke on his own saliva.

“Let’s go.” Izuna waved for the two Senju to follow him toward the Medical ward, rushing in; they were met with only Hikaku and Tobirama still left in the room.

“They left a little while ago, and said he needs to rest. The IV seems to be helping him a bit.” Hikaku relaid to the other three who had just entered the room.

“Still, let me just check them over.” Hashirama sighed, sinking to his knees beside the bed his little brother was in.

Hands glowing green Hashirama scanned all over Tobirama’s body, specifically spending more time than usual on his abdomen region before sighing in relief and getting up off the floor from his knees.

“He’ll be fine, he should wake within the next day or so I would say.” Hashirama said, and everyone collectively sighed, they finally could let go of the breath they didn’t even know they were holding.

“The baby? How’s the baby?” Izuna asked, looking panicked for a moment. Madara would skin him alive if the baby had gotten hurt somehow.

“She’s fine! Healthy as ever and big, just shaken up slightly because mama took a tumble.” Hashirama beamed at the others before his face fell, realizing what he had said.

“Okay, good… Good, thank Amaterasu. Wait, she!?” Izuna sighed before realizing himself what was misspoken, eyes widening and turning to the taller man.

“A girl!?” Touka and Hikaku shouted after hearing Izuna.

“Shhh no one’s supposed to know until they are born!! I learned how to read the gender of babies while preparing to do this for Tobi… I accidentally saw it last time while examining, you can’t tell them!” Hashirama yelled, flailing which had caused Tobirama to stir slightly in his sleep.

Everyone went deathly quiet, waiting for the albino to let out another snore again, resuming only once they heard one.

“Awe, a Senju and Uchiha princess, how cute. Will she be called Uchiha-Hime or Senju-Hime?” Touka asked, curious to what it’d be.

“Neither of our clans have had a main line female in quite some time, I’m unsure.” Hashirama spoke again, looking at his brother's sleeping form again.

“I’d say Uchiha-Hime…” Izuna spoke quietly, as he watched the albino male's chest rise and fall as well.

“What? Why’s that!?” Hikaku asked, none the wiser.

“They’re one hundred and ten percent into each other, they don’t see it but I do. I bet by the time construction is finished on Konoha they’ll be together and Tobi will soon be Tobirama Uchiha himself.” Izuna chuckled, as he watched Hashirama’s face contort through several different emotions at once.

“I’ll take you up on that bet. I say it’ll happen before the village.” Touka cackled, reaching her hand out to shake Izuna’s hand who complied. While Hashirama was still trying to process everything in his tiny brain that was overrun by weeds.

“Madara and my baby brother!? No way. Not gonna happen!” Hashirama yelled, going over toward the bed as if standing near Tobirama could stop Madara or Tobirama’s own feeling’s from occurring, as if he was a force field that combated love.

“Don’t know if you know this dear cousin of mine... but your precious Tobi is pregnant with Madara’s kid.” Touka laughed.

“He’s still innocent! The baby didn’t happen naturally, he’s still pure! I won’t let that old pervert Madara taint him.” Hashirama wailed, throwing himself over Tobirama’s form jostling him.

“You’re the same age you fool!” Izuna groaned. But was soon shocked to hear another voice join the current four who were talking.

“Anija? What, why are you here?” A low groggy voice asked, sitting up ever so slightly.

“TOBI!”

Was all he heard before he was nearly crushed to death by his own brother's hug, as Izuna tried to pull him off saying he was suffocating the baby.

“Dear kami, kid is in for something I’ll tell you.” Touka whistled, while Hikaku laughed, both watching the three idiots on the medical bed fighting, it was two against one trying to free Tobirama from his brother's grasp, but they were still failing.

Soon they were able to free the albino man and sit down to actually talk before Hashirama and Touka had to return home that night.

“Don’t do that again otouto!” Hashirama cried.

“I’ll try not to Anija.” Tobirama laughed.
