Chapter 3
~ 2 Weeks Later ~
In the last two weeks Naruko has kept throwing up, so to figure out what is happening she went to Uzushio hospital.
"Lady Uzukage, How may we help you?" A nurse asked.
"Can you do a test on me?" Naruko asked the nurse.
"Of course, let me get Doctor Danny to check on you," The nurse said.
"That would be a terrible idea," A different doctor said.
"why would that be a terrible idea?" Asked the nurse.
"It's because he has a thing for blue eyes, So I would say Doctor Shirayuki," Said the Doctor.
"Alright, I will go get Doctor Shirayuki. Give us a minute," Said the Nurse as she walked away.
"Of course," Naruko smiledd. she waited for 5 minutes before going into a room with Doctor Shirayuki.
"Hello Miss Naruko," Shirayuki said.
"Hello Shira," Naruko said and smiled in return.
"what can I do for you today?" Shirayuki asked Naruko.
"I was wondering if you can run a tests on me," Naruko said.
"of course. what has been going on?" Shirayuki asked.
"I've been throwing up for the last 2 weeks," Naruko replied.
"well that's easy," Shirayuki said with a smile.
"How is that easy?" Naruko asked.
"You're pregnant," Shirayuki said still smiling at Naruko who was shocked.
"W-What? how do you know that?" Naruko asked unsure how the doctor got to that conclusion.
"If what you said about throwing up. Than that was a theory. why don't we do a test to see if I'm right." Shirayuki said with a smile. Naruko nodded as her only reply.
~after the test~
"Well Miss Naruko, you are indeed pregnant," Shirayuki said looking at the test.
"I-I am?" Naruko asked unsure if this was true. Shirayuki nodded in reply.
"Your due date is November 4th," Shirayuki told Naruko. In reply she nodded.
"Come back in two months for a check up, ok," Shirayuki said.
"Alright," Naruko said.
"On the 10th 1:30pm, is the time and date alright?" Shirayuki asked Naruko for confirmation.
"Yes that's fine unless I'm busy, but I'll let you know," Naruko told her.
"Goodbye Shira," Naruko said waiving.
"Goodbye miss Naruko," Shirayuki said back as Naruko left. After leaving she went home, when walking into the house she was met with Kazuma without a shirt on. she looked at Kazuma and felt fear erupt in her. He looked at her and smiled.
"Hello Naru-chan," Kazuma smiled. her heart broke.
"H-Hello Kazu-Kun," Naruko said. He hugged her and kissed her forehead. Naruko couldn't move, fear was all she felt.
"Naru? Are you alright? Did you see the Doctor?" Kazuma asked, worry evident in his tone.
"I'm fine. The doctor said it was just a bug," Naruko lied
"That's good," Kazuma said. After that he went back into the kitchen. Naruko let out a breath she didn't even know she kept in. She went into the kitchen to help Kazuma cook dinner.
~ 3 weeks later ~
Naruko came home a little earlier than she normally does. she went into the kitchen to cook dinner for her and Kazuma. It was their one month anniversary. She heard the door open, and she saw Kazuma walk in. He looked at her with surprise.
"N-Naruko?" He asked. She looked behind her and smiled.
"Welcome home Kazuma," Naruko smiled. He blushed and walked up to her, wrapping his arms around her waist.
"Hey Naru. What are you doing here and not in the office?" He asked. She blushed when he put his arms around her.
"I wanted to surprise you, go and sit down. I'm almost done," Naruko told him. He nodded in reply and sat down. Naruko placed the food on the table and sat down. Kazuma lifted an eyebrow but shrugged. With that the two of them ate.
"Anyway Naru, what's all this for?" Asked Kazuma.
"Um. You might not want to eat for a few minutes," Naruko said looking at him. Kazuma nodded and placed his chopsticks on the table and took a sip of his tea.
"I'm pregnant," Naruko said straight forward and blunt. In reply to that Kazuma chocked on his tea.
"W-What? H-How?" Kazuma asked, still in shock.
"Um. You remember that night you asked me out?" Naruko asked him.
"How can I forget? Not only did I ask you out but I had the time of my life," Kazuma replied.
"Yeah. You got me pregnant that night," Naruko said.
"When did you find out?" Kazuma asked, starting to get a bad feeling.
"3 weeks ago. I found out when I went to the Hospital," Naruko said answering his question. Kazuma was angry with this answer though, he got up. Naruko looked at him.
"K-Kazuma-kun?" Naruko asked confused.
"We're through, Lady Uzukage." Kazuma said as he started to leave. Naruko began crying.
"W-Why?" Naruko asked, tears streaming down her face.
"Because that night you lied to me. I was worried sick that night. You said you had a bug and I believed you! As I said, I'm out," Kazuma said only just looking at her. He left the Uzumaki compound, Leaving Naruko to cry in her room. Absolutely heartbroken.
