got inspired to make this after reading some madara mpreg fanfics on fanfiction.net and ao3. tobirama made the terrible mistake of calling madara fat (he's lucky madara didn't just straight up destroy him thanks to hashirama), then some random shinobi barged into tobirama's house and performed a pregnancy jutsu on him so now tobirama gained 10 pounds and got pregnant with 5 babies.
