Sakura wants to learn from the teacher of Yondaime to become something greater and change the place that makes Naruto leave. Naruto takes Otogakure's offer and leaves the place that hates him behind. Sasuke wants to learn how to heal from the best medic to heal his precious people and help Naruto when he comes back.
In a world, Sasuke wants information, Sakura wants knowledge and Naruto wants a family.
Sasuke goes with the best spymaster to learn how to gain more information. Sakura goes to the best scientist to gain more knowledge. Naruto finds out about Tsunade's Uzumaki part and wants to be family with her.
In a world, Naruto wants to learn the art of Uzushio, Sakura wants to be away from Konohagakure and Sasuke wants to be the first Uchiha Hokage.
Naruto picks up Uzushio's legacy and goes with the best sealing master to learn. Sakura picks up secrets that make her want to leave Konoha and ends up at Oto. Sasuke picks up one of Uchiha's dreams and studies under the Fifth Hokage.
In a world, Sasuke is fascinated by the jinchuriki seal, Naruto wants a place that needs him and Sakura can make flowers bloom at her will.
Sasuke sees the Kyuubi seal and wants to learn more about it from the one who knows most about it. Naruto feels unwanted at Konoha and chooses to go to the place that wants him more. Sakura succeeds in using Mokuton and the only Senju in Konoha takes her under her wings.
In a world, Sakura wants to see the world, Sasuke chooses to be a spy and Naruto is fascinated by what the human body can do.
Sakura wants to learn more about the world and its people and goes with Jiraiya. Sasuke learns what his brother is, chooses the same road, and spies Orochimaru. Naruto wants to learn more about the human body and how to fix it and ends up studying under Tsunade.

- Sakura is a civilian and her parents are still alive.
- Kakashi is still their team sensei.
Path I: Naruto & Jiraiya - Sasuke & Orochimaru - Sakura & Tsunade
- Naruto chooses to love. He goes on a trip with Jiraiya to become stronger to get Sasuke back.
- Sasuke chooses revenge. He goes to Orochimaru to gain more power to kill Itachi.
- Sakura is left behind. She studies under Tsunade to become strong enough to stand with Naruto and Sasuke.
Path II: Sakura & Jiraiya - Naruto & Orochimaru - Sasuke & Tsunade
- Sakura wants to be greater. She admires the Hokages and wants to surpass them and be the first female Hokage. When Sakura meets Jiraiya, the Fourth's teacher, she wants him to teach her. Then Tsunade becomes the first female Hokage and Naruto leaves. Sakura goes on a trip with Jiraiya to become stronger, strong enough to change Konoha for Naruto.
- Naruto chooses to hate. No one in Konoha actually reaches out so Naruto is consumed by hatred. He accepts Orochimaru's invitation and leaves Konoha that hates him behind.
- Sasuke chooses to heal. He is traumatized but instead of the power to kill Itachi, Sasuke wants the power to heal, to save, and to protect. He studies under Tsunade, the best medic out there because Sasuke wants to heal and help Naruto when he comes back.
