High School Medicine

Konoha High School is known to be a popular high school for great well-behaved students. But things are sometimes different from what they seem. Itachi Uchiha, a bookworm who excels in every subject, has seen the ugly side. In charge of the school's book club to help failing students, Itachi is always a target among those who take advantage of the weak. Sasuke, a new student, becomes popular enough to bully the weak and influence others. Unfortunately, a new student arrives and experiences the ugly side as well. Being a rebel amongst rebels, Nagato isn't a stranger to being bullied and defensive or aggressive. Itachi not alone in the chaos, finds it fair if the school goes through their shoes but with a twist.
