Kyoko in Naruto Shippuden

Kushina watched as her son slept, "I do not know what to do, Minato."

Minato sighed beside her, "I understand how you feel, an alternate dimension of our Konoha. I always thought about the what ifs before. Experiencing it however is something else."

Kushina felt frustrated and envious, "It is not fair either. They get to live the life we wanted with Naruto - chan while we died."

Minato hummed, "They got what we wanted with Naruto instead it was Kyoko - chan who lost her parents."

Kushina frowned her eyebrows, "And from what I can see the Kyoko - chan in this dimension is very stubborn too. Our alternate selves offered to adopt her but she declined."

Minato recalled his alternate self talking with Naruto, "Yes I remember."

Flashback:

Minato, "Naru - chan, come here for a bit."

Naruto, "Yes Dad?"

Kushina, "Since when have you called Kyoko, nee - chan?"

Naruto scratched his nape, "It was just recently actually."

Minato huffed at that, "You should have told us son, we have been trying to adopt her for ages, you know that."

Naruto sat up then, "Actually that is the reason why I started calling her nee - chan. I thought I would get her used to the idea first."

Kushina had a thoughtful look, "Hm, so you were planning on easing her in?"

Naruto nodded though he was nervous inside, "She has rejected being adopted directly. So, I figured I would go the slow way. She is not against it from what I can tell, though she has this guilt she might be a burden."

Minato slammed the table in anger, "She is not a burden. Who said she was?"

Naruto, "I don't know but I heard her say it. I think some people have been gossiping."

Kushina was fuming as well, "I see, thank you for bringing this to our attention Naru - chan. Do not worry about the gossiping idiots, mama will deal with it."

Naruto smiled then, "Thank you mom, nee - chan deserves a family that loves, cares and treasures her."

Kushina beamed getting up a kissing Naruto's cheek, "Yes, yes she does. Well then, I have to go to the Academy now. I got the afternoon class and I have to prepare."

Minato kissed Naruto's forehead, "And I have to return to the Police Station, Fugaku came up with a new strategy for increasing security."

Naruto's cheeks were pink as he returned the kisses, "Okay, I will see you for dinner then?"

Minato, "Of course."

Kushina grinned as she went out, "I can't believe Naruto let us kiss him, he would complain about how childish it was."

Minato laughed, "I guess he is maturing now."

Kushina sighed, "They grow up so fast."

Minato kissed his wife, "Indeed, I will see you during dinner then."

Kushina giggled, "Of course. See you, honey."

Naruto opened the door after his parents left, "Nee - chan, come on in."

Kyoko, "Anything weird?"

Naruto, "Mom and Dad are mom and dad even in another world."

Kyoko smiled, "I guess some things remain similar no matter what."

Naruto, "Yeah, but it looks like mom put her Kyuubi to sleep. Not like Kyuubi is complaining."

Kyuubi appeared, "A peaceful sleep sounds great actually. Your parents can be loud."

Minato inside the seal, "Oi! Oi!"

Kushina twitched, "If you were still my responsibility I would put you to sleep indeed."

Naruto sweat dropped, "He he he he, yeah some things remain the same no matter what. What about you nee - chan?"

Kyoko, "Orochimaru is a woman in this dimension and a poison Mistress."

Naruto paused then nodded, "He, I mean she is not our Orochimaru, I will not do anything."

Kyoko nodded, "The Akatsuki are strange. I saw them and it is very odd."

Naruto, "Meaning?"

Kyoko, "They look like they are being controlled like a puppet. I cannot explain it but their behaviour and movements are very odd."

Naruto, "Maybe that's the starting point of research. A way to return home for us both."

Kyuubi hummed, "The path that you, Naruto and I used, have thinned so we will need to boost it. Only then we can travel safely back home."

Kyoko, "Right, so how do we do this with Sasuke hovering around?"

Naruto (⁠;⁠ŏ⁠﹏⁠ŏ⁠), "Yeah, he is something else."

Kyoko, "He is not forcing you, is he?"

Naruto shook his head, "No, he does not ask for anything. He just likes hugging and kissing a lot, he does not go beyond that. The Sasuke I know keeps a professional outlook when in shinobi gear."

Kyoko nodded, "True, it is like a huge whiplash, isn't it? Sasuke is someone who is very private. Then, we meet this version who has no problem showing off he is in a relationship."

Naruto, "He will be here soon."

Kyoko, "I will go check out more of this world. Do you want to come with me Kyuubi - tou?"

Kyuubi, "It will be safer considering everyone thinks I am with Kushina here."

Naruto, "Be careful."

Kyuubi licked Naruto's cheek, "I am always careful, my little kit. I will check in on you later."

Kyoko left just as she saw Sasuke knock on the door, 'Hm, roses? How cringe but sweet! At least I know Sasuke loves Naruto in this world too.'

Kyuubi snorted, "Uchihas, always so possessive."

Kyoko, "Oh?"

Kyuubi, "I left a clone behind and the brat is looking around searching for someone who is not him. He is subtle about it though."

Kyoko nodded, "I will show you where the Akatsuki are. They were surprisingly easy to find. I am not sure if they are unable to detect me or are pretending not to notice me."

Kyuubi, "Let's pretend it is the second one. They are a menace back home."

Kyoko, "Agreed! We are close."

Flashback end!

Naruto meanwhile was on a solo mission, he could not believe Sasuke keeps following him around. It was just a simple D rank mission but the dark haired shinobi was following him on top of the rooftops. After the blond had finished the mission and received his pay, Sasuke then immediately took him to a secluded spot. Naruto raised an eyebrow at him and the Uchiha looked at him with a mischievous smirk. Naruto sighed as he was kissed down his jaw then up again till he was kissed hard. It was not his Sasuke but he knew he had to keep up the charade of being this world's Naruto.

Kyuubi, 'Kit, come here quickly.'

Naruto, 'What's wrong?'

Kyuubi, 'Your nee - chan and I found a way back home but we need to work together. Reverse summon yourself.'

Naruto, 'Got it.'

Sasuke poked him, "What are you thinking?"

Naruto sat up, "I feel thirsty. I have been moving around a bit."

Sasuke got up, "I will get you something."

Naruto watched him leave, 'Sorry Sasuke. Reverse summon!'

Kyuubi, "Naruto is on his way."

Kyoko, "Awesome."

Naruto appeared in a poof of smoke, "Nee - chan."

Kyoko, "Ack! We better move, they noticed us."

Deidara, "Well, well, well, we have two sneaky shinobi here."

Itachi, "Naruto - chan, why are you here?"

Naruto, "We were practicing a long distance travel jutsu."

Kyoko, "And we ended up here, sorry for the intrusion."

Hidan, "Well, we can't let you leave."

Kyoko, "Sorry we must. Go now!"

Naruto moved as Kyoko pushed him away from Hidan whose eyes were now a very strange colour. Naruto is now pretty sure they were puppets under Genjutsu which would make it a little complicated for them. Kyoko used her staff to create a level four, tall grass and trees to hide behind but she could only use this once. Naruto thanked her for the cover and the two moved silently trying to get to the point Kyuubi had mentioned. In order for them to return they needed to balance the two worlds, meaning they needed to call this world's Kyoko back from their home world.

Kyoko, "Kyuubi, could you call your clone in our world to prepare Kyoko - san that side."

Kyuubi, "Already did, looks like the rest did their best to make sure she was comfortable."

Kyoko, "I see."

Kyuubi, "You did not change much even in a different dimension. Still a sharp observer and a very kind soul till the end."

Kyoko, "She figured out she was in an alternate dimension."

Kyuubi nodded, "Yes, and she was very surprised by the changes but took it in stride."

Naruto, "Nee - chan, I left my clones to distract the others but it can only distract them for so long."

Kyoko, "We are ready to pull the other Kyoko in and go home."

Naruto, "That is a relief."

"Leaving without saying goodbye, how rude!"

Kyoko, "Who are you?"

Naruto, "His eyes are red. Are you an Uchiha or a Yuuhi?"

The boy Kyoko was sure it was a boy, jumped down and started to head towards them. Naruto took a defensive stance in front of Kyoko saying he would distract him. Kyoko nodded and focused on opening a pathway back home while Naruto and Kyuubi started to fight against the new attacker. Kyoko then noticed the Akatsuki were now watching them with calculating eyes and became wary of their presence. She was not sure why Itachi was part of the group, perhaps he was rebelling against his parents here. She was not sure but created clones to be ready to defend against them if they decided to attack all of a sudden.

Kisame, "Hey isn't that your future brother in law, Itachi?"

Itachi, "Yes, it is Naruto - kun. I am surprised Sasuke is not here though."

Deidara, "Un, he never lets Naruto go too far from him according to you."

Itachi, "Which is why this is very surprising."

Pein, "Keep an eye on them."

Konan, "What hot gossip!"

Kyoko twitched, 'What is this? Free soap opera for them?'

Kyuubi had dark lines on his face as he heard them through his sharp hearing, "Naruto, finish this quickly kit. Your nee - chan has almost completed the summoning. We are going home with a bang."

Minato, "Naruto - kun."

Kushina, "Kyoko - chan."

Kyoko looked at them, "No, stay back."

Sasuke, "Naruto! Wait, two of them?"

Kyoko, "Like I said it is unstable. Stay back. Naruto, do it now!"

Naruto grinned taking out his smoke seals, "You got it, nee - chan."

Before anyone could move there was a loud bang and everything was covered in smoke while Sasuke, Minato and Kushina screamed their names. On the ground was one Naruto and Kyoko who was staring with a very complex look before she got up and checked on him. Naruto got up looking confused and asked what happened to which Kyoko simply answered it was a jutsu gone wrong. Kushina, Minato and Sasuke rushed to check them over asking if they were alright making them look at them confused. Meanwhile Naruto and Kyoko woke up in their home dimension with Sasuke and the rest hovering over them.

Sasuke, "I leave for one mission and this happens to you two. I should just stay at home."

Kyoko sighed, "Do not be ridiculous, Sasuke - tan. That is not you."

Ino, "Are you alright? You are our Kyoko right?"

Kyoko, "Don't worry Ino - chan, we sent that world's Kyoko home."

Sakura sighed in relief, "Thank goodness, it was weird listening to someone who is you, treat us as strangers."

Hinata nodded, "Yes, it was really odd."

Kiba pat Naruto's back, "You had us really worried man."

Shino nodded, "Do not disappear on us again."

Shikamaru, "Naomi - chan almost broke down crying when your counterpart avoided her."

Chouji, "You should check on her."

Kyoko winced, "Oh yeah! Naomi - chan is alive here. She was not back there."

Torune paused then nodded, "I see, no wonder your counterpart avoided her so much. Were they close back there?"

Kyoko saw Naomi walk over to her, "From what I gathered they were not close but they worked together as Chunin. Naomi gave up her life during a mission so my counterpart could escape."

Naomi pouted leaning on Kyoko wanting to hug her, "I would do the same. But please do not avoid me."

Kyoko opened her arms getting a hug, "Naomi - chan, I am home."

Naomi hugged her tight, "Welcome back."

Tsunade, "Welcome back Naruto, Naomi, go rest for tonight. I expect a report on what happened tomorrow though."

Naruto leaned on Sasuke, "Sure baa - chan."

Kyoko, "You got it Hokage - sama. I am happy to see you are not so sick here."

Tsunade, "So I was a sick person in that world."

Naruto, "Yup, it was so weird to see you sick always. I hope you stay healthy for a long time baa - chan."

Kyoko, "And I am so happy to see Sasuke is not as perverted here."

Naruto, "Understatement."

Sasuke looked at Naruto with sharp eyes, "Did he?"

Naruto, "He stopped when asked but he was pretty shameless."

Sakura, "What about me and Ino - chan?"

Kyoko, "Reverse everything between you two."

Ino, "So Saku - chan was like me and I was like Saku - chan. Interesting! What about Shikamaru and Chouji?"

Kyoko smiled, "Let's have a sleepover. I will tell you everything."
