Summary
After the end of Naruto Shippuden, Sasuke inexplicably ends up in the world of Demon Slayer. Sasuke is back to his twelve year old self, but with all of his memories before he was teleported.Sasuke wakes up from his daze. His eyes are slowly regaining their vision. He slowly sits up and observes his surroundings. It looks as if he is in a giant sky, whose reflection is reflected on the thin surface of the water on which he lies. After Sasuke sat up properly (even with effort, using the one arm he has), he saw a person standing in front of him. Or is that a person? Where is he? Why is he here?Important!!! English is not my native language. I use Google Translate. So if there are any typos, I'm sorry. This is my first fanfiction.

Hashira

=- Tengen POV

A few days ago Tengen got the news that a new Hashira was joining. Today the Hashira gathers to greet him. From what he's heard from the others, he's supposed to be young. He's also a water breather.

Now everyone is gathered in front of Oyakata-sama's mansion, waiting for him to bring the new water Hahsira.

He stands with Himejima and Shinazugawa. The Wind Hashira itself only joined a few months ago.

The Flame Hashira is surprisingly sober and stands a little away from the group.

Within the last two years, two Hashira have been killed and one has retired. Therefore, someone new is definitely not wrong.

After waiting for a while, the sliding doors open and the master comes out with his daughters and the new one.

Uzui imagined someone with flair, but when the Master and his new work colleague arrive, is all he thinks. Is he going to a funeral?

It's not that the corps isn't a way to go to the funeral. There are only a few who make it to retirement, but that doesn't mean dressing like that. But the mask that sits at an angle on his head is flashy.

In addition, the sounds that come from the new one are unpleasant. It doesn't sound like a human. But not like a demon either.

Everyone kneels down. "Greetings Oyakata-sama," he hears Himejima say.

“Hello there, my children, please get up again,” he greets everyone. The master's illness has now spiraled around his right eye.

“Would you please introduce yourself,” he says to the new column. This one takes a step forward. “My name is Giyuu Tomioka and I use water breathing. I look forward to further cooperation.” says the new water Hashira calmly while his dark, examining eyes examine the Hashira‘s.

Oyakata-sama nods at Tomioka with a reassuring smile. The Water Hashira goes from the terrace to the others and stands in the gap between Uzui and Rengoku.

Tengen can practically feel Rengoku and Shinazugawa's hearts beating faster than they should. His own heart is also affected by the presence of this scary cold aura.

“Now let’s move on to the mission reports from the last six months.”

=- An hour later

The meeting took longer than expected. The new Hashira just stood there most of the time, he didn't say much. Probably because it was his first meeting.

=- Giyuu POV

The meeting definitely took longer than expected. Shortly after Oyakata-sama says goodbye and goes back to his property, two people approach him at the same time.

A very tall, broad man with a muscular build and slightly tanned skin arrives first. His eyes are chestnut brown. He also wears a light gray headband decorated with six light pink gemstones. A small chain with light blue gemstones hangs from the band on both sides, framing his face.

The second one who comes towards him seems to be his age. And… Oh no. He knows the scars. Please. Not.

Sanemi Shinazugawa - if he remembers correctly - his face and body are covered with scars that he probably acquired while fighting demons. He wears a green-tinted version of the standard uniform that is unbuttoned.

“Hello, nice to meet you Tomioka. My name is Tengen Uzui,” says the first. “Sanemi Shinazugawa,” says the second, annoyed.

Shit, Giyuu thinks. “Giyuu Tomioka,” he says calmly.

Another man, also a well-known man, approaches him. Out of the corner of his eye, Giyuu sees Rengoku leaving. The man looked terrible, unlike last time.

"Nice to meet you. I am Gyomei Himejima.” the giant introduces himself.

Giyuu takes care to keep his chakra low. He noticed during the meeting that Himejima had a good feeling. Maybe he's blind?

The others were also tense, and still are. At the beginning of the meeting he kept his chakra low but not so low as to be almost unnoticeable. Apparently his presence frightened the others a bit.

"How old are you. You sound young," Himejima states. “I’m 16. 17 in about a month.”

"Thanks for the reply. You’ll have to excuse me, I’m unfortunately blind.”

“I understand,” Giyuu says calmly. "And? Do you have anything planned in the next few days?” asks Uzui.

“I’m going straight to the swordsmith village tomorrow. My sword needs resharpening.”

“I have to go to the village too. We could go together tomorrow.” Himejima says surprisingly.

“Gladly,” Giyuu replies. “I would leave then. Have a nice day. My crow should take me to the water estate.” That’s enough attention for him for now. Thank you.

He bows briefly and then goes to the gate. He follows his crow to his new property. Farukon flies after him.

His new property is huge. So really huge. It is beautifully secluded and in a traditional Japanese style. The property is surrounded by a beautiful river. He hears a waterfall in the background.

He can train here undisturbed. Not just the breathing technique but also Taijutsu. And maybe he can continue training with the Kusanagi no Tsurugi he got from the god. He only got it recently after a mission when his katana was thrown away by a demon. He stores the sword in a scroll that he always carries with him.

It probably took Giyuu 15 minutes to walk to the property. As far as he understood, all Hashira's properties are next to each other. But his property is about 10 minutes away from the others at a fast pace. The headquarters itself is further away.

Giyuu won't even question how one has enough money for not just one organization but also for such large and many properties.

Tomioka enters the large gate. He sees a main building, a dojo and everything is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The river actually runs through his property and ends at a pond with a waterfall.

He enters the main building. It seems to be set up. But without any decoration. A futon is laid out in one room, next to it are three pairs of the new uniform - the only difference is the now gold buttons. He goes further and finds a kitchen. It is just as spacious as the other rooms. Giyuu looks around and decides that as soon as he gets back from the village he will go shopping.

Conveniently, Giyuu now has an unlimited salary. Even though he probably won't use it much.

Farukon sits down next to Kanzaburo at the window. Both seem to get along well, as always. Giyuu gets a bowl of water from the kitchen and puts it on the table along with a few grains.

He raises his arm so Farukon can land on it. "I'll be right back with Farukon." is the only thing he says before he leaves the room.

A short time later he appears in the room again. He didn't really have anything to say. The god congratulated him on the promotion and that was it.

The falcon flies to Kanzaburo on the table and picks up a few grains. “Kanzaburo. You'll take us to the swordsmith village tomorrow. How does that work?”

“Just like when you first visited the master,” the crow caws as he fluffs up his feathers.

Giyuu just looks at the bird with a blank expression on his face. “Really now?” he asks incredulously. The crow just nods and turns back to the grains.

Tomioka sighs and walks out of the kitchen. He's not really hungry for dinner and goes straight to his new bedroom. He found simple rice balls in the kitchen. He can eat these for breakfast tomorrow before meeting Himejima.
