Summary
Even when pregnant, Madara still just destroys the enemy ninjas just fine. Madara used a Henge to hide his own pregnancy for 6 months, but then shortly after Madara saved Hashirama's ass from doom some male medical-nin eventually figured out that he's pregnant and spilled the beans. Madara still wants to fight, but Hikaku is worried he'll end up giving birth on the battlefield if he keeps going.
