"So. How long are you trying to hide it from me?" Temari tests. She knew there wasn't anything to hide, but, it would be funny if she said so.. right?
"What are you talking about?" Replied Shika, nervously.
"You seriously think I Wouldn't find out?"
It was hard to not smirk or laugh at this situation. it was a pretty funny conversation after all, especially if you're the one behind it. Shikamaru started physically stressing now. He was fidgeting with his fingers, touching them one by one as if he was counting.
"Tem, I really don't, I don't! I genuinely have no idea what youre talking abou-" he blurted out. what was he even trying to say?
Well. It was too funny for Temari to hold herself in any longer.
"HAAA!!" she laughed out loud. she was laughing out loud for a while after that. a good few minutes. shikamaru on the other hand, absolutely pissed.
"What the fuck was that for?" Temari fell to her knees from laughing. She was laughing so hard she was losing breath. Literally. She was turning blue until shikamaru grabbed her and pulled her onto the couch in a swift move. not in a sexual way though. it hurt.
"Fucking OW??" Said the blonde, still laughing, but got a gasp of air while being pulled down.
"You can have the couch. I'm gonna go catch a smoke." Shikamaru walked outside, annoyed and bothered.
Temari was still laughing. she only stopped when a commercial break played on the tv.
