“TAKE THIS….RASENGAN”
Naruto slammed the bright ball of rainbow chakra right into Doto’s chest.
“AHHHHHHHHHH” screamed Doto as he blew back from the impact.
Naruto fell to his knees, a smile on his face “take that…ya bastard”. He turned and saw Sasuke laying on the ground.
He pushed himself back up and ran to his teammate “TEME!!!”.
Sasuke opened his eyes and smirked “hn, so I take it you beat him dobe”.
Naruto dropped to knees and carefully lifted sasuke’s body up so he could place his head on his lap. He scowled “course I beat him, don’t underestimate me bastard”.
Sasukes smirked even wider “never said I did..Naruto”.
Naruto beamed “are you alright tho bastard?”.
Sasukes scoffed “your the one who took the most hits and your asking me if I’m alright”.
“BASTARD, SEE IF I EVER SHOW CONCERN FOR YOU AGAIN”.
Sasuke laughed “I’m fine dobe. At least I’m not the idiot who got thrown into freezing cold water”.
“BASTARD!!!”.
Sasuke laughed even harder at that. Naruto’s eye widen, he’s never heard Sasuke laugh like this before but soon found himself joining in.
After a while, they just stared into each others eyes. Naruto gasped as he felt Sasuke’s hand cupping his cheek.
Sasuke smiled softly “you really scared me back there….when you got thrown into the water. Hell this mission you worried me so much, Your so reckless”.
Naruto leaned into Sasuke’s hand “I can’t promise you that I’ll stop doing that, you know me well enough that I always jump headfirst into fights but I’ll try not to worry you so much teme”.
Sasuke chuckled “fair enough dobe”.
Naruto noticed that Sasuke kept looking at his lips and found himself looking at Sasuke’s lips.
“Naruto, can I-“.
“Yes please”.
Without further ado, they leaned in and pressed their lips together for a soft kiss. This was so much better than the accidental kiss they shared in the academy.
They pulled back with small blushes on their faces. Sasuke drew Naruto’s face down and nuzzled his nose “your mine now dobe”.
Naruto beamed brightly “which makes you my teme”.
Naruto looked up and saw that the sky was blue again and the snow melted away revealing green grass. Naruto gasped “Sasuke!! Look”.
Sasuke looked up and his eyes widened “it’s spring”.
They looked back each other and Naruto smiled “now that…is a happy ending” as they leaned back in for a passionate kiss.
Naruto smiled into the kiss..yeah…he definitely got his happy ending.
