If
Kakashi had put together a team of Ninja to capture a member of the Akatsuki after hearing news a few months back that there was a small cabin two members were supposedly staying in.
Kakashi had gather, Naruto, Sakura, Neji, Hinata, Kiba, and Shikamaru. They were making there way through the forest and stopped by an inn to take a break, they had been traveling for a week now and still no sign of them anywhere, everyone they stopped by and had asked for any information was silent and had nothing for them.
"Ahhhh Kakashi sensei, this is taking too long, were not getting anywhere with this mission, it's pointless!!!" Naruto cried out, tried from walking there endless travels with still no information as to where exactly they were going.
The blonde was bored out of his mind, swinging his arms back and forth as he made his cries of bored very loud and clear.
"Would you be quiet!" Sakura yelled, punching Naruto hard in head as she normally did when Naruto bothered her, which was almost anytime the poor blonde spoke out loud.
Kakashi sighed, why had he had to be the one on a team full of children, he felt like a teacher walking young teens back home from school, oh yeah, he was technically a teacher walking a bunch of young teens, as seeing the oldest with him was Neji who had recently turned 14, and the rest being 13 expect for Shikamaru who was even younger being only 12.
Kakashi hated it. Too many young children on his watch as they left to find s-ranked criminals, my goodness how drunk was Tsunade when she pasted out this mission on to him.
Kakashi walked into the inn and the kids had all lined up behind him, well almost all of them, as Naruto was off touching almost everything that was in his reach in the main lobby of the inn. As he was given a room key he turned to Neji.
"Neji, would you mind, taking the key and getting everyone up to the room please?" Kakashi new he could trust Neji with the key more then the rest of anyone here, and Neji did as asked.
"Of course, no problem, everyone this way, our room is upstairs."
Naruto ran over quickly, "Hell yeah! I call dibs on the bathroom first!" Sakura was quick to run after Naruto. "Oh no you don't! Ladies first you jackass!!!"
Kakashi facepalmed as he watched the children run off to the room upstairs. Kakashi sighed as he pulled a picture out of his pocket lending close to the older man who had just checked him in.
"I was wondering if you could help me with something."
The man was cheery to reply. "Sure what is it that an older man like myself could help such a young hansom fella like yourself with?"
Kakashi let out an embarrassed chuckled, as he simply just showed the man the picture he was holding, "My team and I are looking from two people, they are often seen wearing these black cloaks with red clouds on them, have you seen anyone wearing such an item?"
The man moved his glasses up his face slightly and put the picture up to his face so close Kakashi wondered just how blind this old man was.
The man let out a hummed breath, thinking on the picture of a moment. "If I am remembering correctly I think I saw this very boy in the picture."
Kakashi was shocked, the picture had been one of Itachi, meanings this old man had saw Itachi not long ago, which quickly got Kakashi very interested in what this man knew.
"Where is he? When was he here? How long has it been since you've seen him?!" Kakashi spoke as if the whole world depended on these answers.
The man scratched the back of his head a bit overwhelmed with the amount of questions just thrown at him, the old man was struggling to remember exactly, but with age comes with the easy memory lost, and he had it pretty bad, the poor guy had a hard enough time remember who all checked into his inn daily.
Kakashi let out a sigh, quickly realizing his mistakes, he stepped back for a moment, giving a small bow of his head as he apologized for bombarding him with his questions.
Before the older man could speak again, a young woman walked from behind a curtain right behind the desk. "Sorry about my father, he struggles to remember much these days." The girl walked beside the old man, who Kakashi took to be the woman's father.
"So who is it you are looking for?" The woman ask reaching for the picture, Kakashi handed it to her, and she took not much longer then a few second to glace at the picture.
"Oh I remember him, he was walking with his parent, they rented out a cabin not far from here from us, a few months ago we heard screaming, but when we got there the door was locked, and a note was on the door, saying if we left them alone they would continue renting it out for a little while."
Kakashi took in the information. "Thank you, this will help a lot." The woman gave the picture back to Kakashi. The girl nodded her head and watched Kakashi start to walk off to his room.
As Kakashi went to walk upstairs a young boy in a hood had stumbled into him. "woah there." Kakashi chuckled as the young boy caught his balance.
"haha, I'm sorry, didn't see ya, I'll get out of you're way." The hooded boy walked over to another boy, who was also hooded, both around the same height, they started to walk off as Kakashi noticed a picture in his hand, then Kakashi noticed his once filled hand, was now empty, his picture of Itachi gone.
"That little-" The kid had taken the picture, and he needed that picture if he was to ask others for information about it. "HEY!" As he called out the two boy took off running. The loud call had the kids back in the room notified that something was happening downstairs.
Kiba looked out the window with Akamaru in hand, the dog barked a few time alerting the others that something was wrong, Hinata joined Kiba at the window. "Why is Kakashi Sensei running after those kids? Should we join him?"
Before any of them could discuss the matter Naruto leaped out the window. "Hell yeah we should join, this weeks been boarding as hell, time for some Uzumaki Naruto action!!"
