Family Ties
Story of Thomas' first interaction with Harry's Godmother Lea in Grave Peril. I think I remember he had burnt skin on his neck from her because she either touched or kissed him? I'd have to reread it. But it'd be interesting to see what happened there from either of their perspectives
I actually did find more I wrote from this that's from Lea's pov of what she might say to Thomas. Although I don't know if it would be accurate to her voice. (I think it's a bit wordy for her character, maybe it'd be more inner dialogue?)
"You are less interesting to me (as some reference to Harry?). Oh, but you also have a pet. How lovely she is." (Justine was with him)
"There are no words that bind me to you, but what your blood speaks. Yet, that is not enough to bind me."
"But I could still help you, take away your hunger, give you rest. You'd have no more worries and you could still help him. Show him that being a pet is what he needs. He would follow family."
(and her kiss that burned him would happen somewhere in there, but it also marked him. Maybe not so much as protection but just as a way of knowing when he is near? He is still his mother's son after all so there might be some responsibility Lea might feel towards him due to the connection?)
