Chapter 1
Kakashi and Obito walked in town headed to Ichiraku for lunch after a mission, the two of them hung around each other alone more then with others holding hands and sometimes kissing when no one was around that that's not the point here Kakashi and Obito sit down and look at the menu.
"So Kakashi wanna hear something?" Obito was always one to break the ice as Kakashi was more of the listener of the conversations they would have.
"Let me guess more Uchiha rumors?" Kakashi guess as he called the waiter to order.
"Well um yeah~" Obito admitted of course Kakashi knew Obito better then anyone he was his omega anyways not that Kakashi had even presented yet just Uchiha's tented to present earlier then other clans.
Obito never pressured Kakashi to present one or the other, Gai once told Kakashi if he didn't present alpha then Gai would win. Obito couldn't care less what Kakashi would present as or even if he was a beta.
Obito just wanted Kakashi to be Kakashi. that was one of the reasons Kakashi loved him, plus his sent always calmed him down after a long day.
They were both given there blow of ramen after they order.
"so can i tell you what i've been hearing??" Obito questioned again "Come on please Rin doesn't want to listen to the rumors i have she always say don't dig into peoples personal life's and don't spreed rumors." Obito pouted and looked over to Kakashi.
Kakashi signed and gave Obito a look they said fine continue as he slurped some more noodles up.
"ok ok great so the head of the clan had a son two years ago right you remember me telling you about that and there was that whole Uchiha party for it and what every." he paused and Kakashi nodded remembering Obito going on about the party and the birth of the head of the Uchiha clan having a baby. Obito continued.
"well there's rumors going around saying that his sent is to strong and sweet saying his already an omega." this count Kakashi attention for once Obito was talking about something other then stupid rumors this rumor was interesting to Kakashi.
"you mean?" Kakashi questioned wonder if what he thought was right. Obito nodded his head fast and aggressive as he took too big of a bite of his food.
once he finished his big bite he coughed a bit on his food but forced it down to continue talking with Kakashi who was impatiently waiting for Obito to continue.
"Yeah some say....his blood born omega. now for all i know now its just rumor since Fugaku-sama has been staying away from the Uchiha publication and is refusing to make any statements about his son."
before Obito could continue, Kakashi spoke up.
"If his blood born Fugaku need to take him to the Hokage there hasn't been a blood born omega in 50 years! or even more! the last one on record was Madara Uchiha! why would Fugaku not state anything yet?! blood born omegas are treated as fucking royalty! especially in high court, the Uchiha would not have to worry about anything anymore."
Obito seemed at a lost of words after hearing Kakashi ramble on.
"wow clam down Kakashi" Obito puts a hand on Kakashi shoulder"there just a rumor that's all, its like its turn or anything."
Kakashi pushed Obito's hand off.
"Obito you got to understand if that child is really a born blood omega staying at his clan could be dangerous for him, you know that right?"
Kakashi seemed generally worried about this even though it was just a rumor that Obito told him.
"look Kakashi i understand what your going at but its just a rumor i over heard from someone and for all i know Itachi just carry's a strong sent from his mother or something. and until Fugaku-sama makes a statement or anything then there's nothing we can do."
Kakashi could now smell a sent of concern from Obito his omega sent felled with nervousness for the child in his clan that may be in danger but yet he can do nothing about it.

it had been two week later since that conversation Obito and Kakashi just finished a mission with Minato-Sensei and Rin, Minato had to go on another mission dealing with some stuff about the war that's at hand.
Kakashi and Obito were taking a small walk throw town when Rin ran up to them.
"Kakashi Obito! we got an important mission lets go ill explain on the way!" Rin grabbed Kakashi and Obito hands and dragged them off.
"Rin whats going on?!" Obito question as Rin pulled so far that he swore he arm was going to get pulled out of place he ignored the pain in his arm as he was more confused at there mission without there Sensei with them. Kakashi looked just as confused but now running alongside Rin and not having his arm pulled.
"There was a kidnapping and we were aside to track them out as to many ninjas where just sent out to the lines of war but we got to get the kid. before they leave the village!" Rin explained some but not enough and Kakashi questioned what Obito was thinking.
"okay do we know who was kidnapped and who did the kidnapping?" Kakashi asked in a rush tone.
A Clan kid. head heir." Rin glanced down before she could continue.
Then she looked once's at Obito and when there eyes meant it hit him he knew
"WAIT! You mean Itachi?!" He questioned both Rin and Kakashi could smell Obito's omegas sent change to a angry smell of rage as a child from his clan had been taken it may not be his baby but it was his cousin and a child of his clan and his omega instincts wants to protect children
Kakashi spoke up again.
"Okay so they went for the head heir of some clan but who is the they that kidnapped him we got to know what we might expect. if anything his could be another start to another war."
"Iwagakure, someone said they saw a stone head protector."
"stone ninjas what do they want with an Uchih-" Obito cut himself off mid sentence. of course they might have ether heard some rumors about maybe him being a blood born omega or even just the fact his the head heir of the clan or they want the kekei genkai. it doesn't mater they need to find them before its to late for Itachi.
