Chapter 4
"Good night, Callum."
"Good night, Rayla."
Rayla turns the lantern off and they both sleep beside each other.

"What did you want to talk about, Elako?" asks Janai.
"I wanted to tell you and Queen Amaya that... I would like to have a wedding planned..."
"A wedding? For who?"
"Me... and the human I'm in love with."
Amaya signs, "A human?" Janai interprets.
"Yes, Queen Amaya."
"That's a great news! When would you like the wedding to be planned?" Janai asks.
"In the next month."
Amaya signs, "Who is the lucky human, huh?"
Smiling, Elako says, "Her name is Alyssa. She's amazing..."
Janai and Amaya smile at him and Janai says, "Consider it done. Your wedding will soon take place. But you must come again tomorrow with your beloved and you both together can tell us how you want the wedding planned."
"Of course."

In her sleep, Rayla is constantly moving and Callum gets disturbed by it but he doesn't wake Rayla and instead tries his best to sleep. After a few minutes Rayla wakes up all of sudden and shouts, "NO!"
Callum wakes up to find Rayla heavily breathing in cold sweat. "Rayla? It's ok, it's ok." He puts his hand on her shoulder and the other rubbing her back to comfort her. He asks what was wrong but without answering, she hugs Callum. He is at first a bit shocked and then hugs her back. He pats on her back to calm her. "Did you have a bad dream?"
"Y- yes..."
"It's ok, I'm here for you."
"Yeah..."
"What was in your dream that scared you so much?"
She hesitates to tell him.
Callum, noticing her hesitation, says, "It's ok, you don't have to tell me if you don't want to."
Rayla nods.
"Will you be able to sleep now?"
"I think so."
"Okay. Remember, if you need me, I'll always be here for you."
Rayla smiles and says, "I know."
